Description & Goals: To create a village that is a sanctuary for people who seek to live a life without war. The village is meant to be a place of peace and meditation. It is also about brotherhood. The village may be about peace but, it will attack people who attack it first. The goverment of the Kokorogakure is different from that of a normal village. The Kokorokage is still at the top but, there is a council of 4 shinobi that makes desicions. The Heiwaseeji breaks ties.
The Kokorogakure is a tropic place. It looks alot like a place that people would go to for a vacation. It is actually made of several islands connected by bridges. A veritable paradise of sorts, it has a hotsprings created from inactive volcano. A spring exists in the center of the village. It is fresh water and has created a stream that flows into the ocean. It is the villages main water suppy. Food and animals are plenty upon the Kokorogakure. Rain seems to be plentiful but, not overdone. Amazingly, the climate never changes so food can be grown all year round.
Instead of having jounin, chunnin, and genin they have the Knights (Genin) , Captain (Chunnin), and Judge (Jounin). The ANBU is known as Kengen(Empowered). Any one who is Kengen is refered to as (Insert title) Kengen.
Each member of the council has a different title. there is the High Judge of Justice, the High Judge of Power, the High Judge of Spirit ,and the High Judge of Wisdom.

Question.. what is the use of making a new village, when some of the older villages could use the people they have and can't afford to lose them? _________________
