The night had just settled into the countryside. The world was at peace at the midnight hour. All was well as children were settling into bed, being sung lullabies to soothe in the sleeping process. The guard was changing soon as the gates were being closed for the night. All was as planned. As the midnight hour struck, the guard changed stations and the patrols were called back. It was a plan of perfect execution. The full moon shone softly over the main villages of the ninja world. A singular long cloud passed over it slowly. A testament to a beautiful night. A picturesque moment.

And then.... Boom...

10% of the southern entrance and homes were destroyed in Konoha. In Kiri, the center of the village exploded and sank into a hole. In Suna, the cliff's covering the western wall crashed on the the homes below. In Kumo, the northern gate was shattered and the people with it. In Iwagakure, the eastern homes on the cliff ceased to be no more as they fell off.

The night was young.... the scars will be forever.

Hoka Had Been On His Way to the sand village to see if there was any work there he could do for the village when a massive explosion went of Hoka Dodged a bit of rubble. "This isnt good!" Hoka Thought as he began running towards the sands village. He continued to dodge more rubble and entered through the small crevice to come into the large destroyed city.

The Destrution was obvious and he began helping as best he could. he cold see the numerous bodies and he helped remove the few survivors among the dead.

Kaza continued to atempt to help those who were fleeing while he looked for other survivors, making sure to keep himself at a relatively high level of stamina should he need to make a quick getaway.

As he continued to help some more ninja began to join him,

"Took you guys long enough!" he shouted back, not even looking if anyone was listening to him. Kaza wanted to keep people spirits high, but that seemed nigh impossible in this scenario.

A shout... someone was seeking help just ahead, and kaza picked up speed, soon coming across a woman trapped beneath a stone, which had created a fortunate shelter from the other debries. Kaza began to calm the women as he removed a small amount of rubble for her to climb through to him, as she climbed out she thanked him and tossed him a hug, which caused him to blush as she was rather pretty, but Kaza took no time to hold her as well, carrying her out of the rubble and towards the other rescued.

A small medical post had been setup on the border of the destruction, as more and more villagers came out injured and in need of care.

"This is your stop" he told the woman, leaving her with the ninja they're and returning to the destroyed area of Sunagakure.

_{IC: The kazekage's footsteps were fast and along his side were three other shinobi accounted for that lived in the village hidden in the sand. "Zaraki, Nero take the further point, Gaara and I will take anywhere else. The movement of the four shinobi disappeared as they split into two groups totally forgetting about the escorts such as Ahira and Karen, but the village was top priority and Ballian never lets anyone harm his village and gets away with it. Gaara's eyes were filled with anger but at the same time he was relaxed with a soothing feeling upon his feeling that both Ballian and Gaara knew who had done this complex amount of damage. Zaraki never been in the village in over months and he was still in awe the amount of damage destructed towards it was incredible. "Nero, we gotta grab the people and get them to the sick bay center set up." Zaraki wasn't very sure but he was very pissed about the amount of damage done to the village. Nero listened to Zaraki's orders and moved fast with unwrapping his entire forearm and his arm started glowing a blue aura when it forced forward with fury of rage in his eyes to dig through the sand and push its way, when the hand clenched the feeling of a few people, he gently closed his hand with reflexes and pulled them out slowly. The sound of young people coughing echoed the area when the sand was flowing down still. "You alright?!" Nero asked the people who he saved and they grasped upon him and started hugging him; Nero didn't understand but he carried the young children off to the sick bay and held them closely as Zaraki started digging with his sword through the sand, knocking pounds upon pounds away. Gaara and Ballian using their power to manipulate sand, they started reforming the wall of destruction but it wasn't working properly and caused alot of stress upon them; Gaara held the position of sand and Ballian began to form sand to flow and grasp the people buried under it, but he had found a dead infant in the tavern of a home that was very young. "...." Ballian's eyes filled with the rage of a thousand men with pride and rage of war to kill people. "This is going to be a blood bath..." He spoke to himself but loud enough Gaara could hear him.}

OOC: Continuing

Only an hour had passed in the initial outbreak of the attacks. The cries of pain and suffering were abundant. The number of the dead rising. The fires were being put out but the debris continued to pile up higher and higher as friends, family, lovers and acquaintances were pulled out from the rubble, either dead, maimed or injured slightly. Children were crying as they looked at dead siblings, mothers and fathers. It was heart-wrenching.

And then.... the lights all went out. All 5 villages suffered a blackout. The hospitals with those with intensive care worked fast to build up the emergency generators. As they turned on....

BOOM! The hospitals went sky high, along with each Kage's Tower.

During the first explosion, Mucro was noting the lines in the sand with careful consideration as each line was a sequence in a long formula describing chakra movement and the frequency of electric devices to receive the impulses of energy formed by chakra. The wind and dust stirred up by the shock front of the collapsing cliff side blew away the scratching and the idle thoughts from Mucro's mind. The air was thick with dust and screams as Mucro moved toward the sounds looking to aid and investigate.

Mucro made his way through rubble and rocks as countless others crissed crossed through his path, some carried bodies and others carried debris. Mucro felt along the rocks and pushing his chakra out as much as he could trying to find bodies or survivors trapped but finding nothing. Yet he searched probing deeper and loosing himself in the blankness of his mind finding the simple building blocks of the debris.

His mind began unraveling the molocules of the stone before him when the Second explosion tore him from his thoughts and broke the chakra strings leaching from his finger tips. Mucro's eyes fluttered open and he saw nothing but blackness around. Not even the stars could be seen through the dust even though it had settled a bit. Mucro looked around and heard more screaming and terror filled yelling. Mucro stumbled toward the sounds.

Azurei sat on the roof of his house, the sand building underneath him a soft yet cool surface to relax on. The dead of night and the quiet that came along with it was very pleasing, a moment where one could focus and think clearly without the chaos of everyday life. There was a slight breeze, nothing to strong but enough to give a slight chill that didn't really bother him. He looked up at the sky to see if he could see any clouds but all he saw was the glow of the moon, casting a light over the village.

The explosion rocked the Earth as rock and dust coated and mixed with the sky, debris falling and crushing everything. His gaze quickly grasped the scene, the walls surrounding the village had collapsed on the western side, the rubble completely trashing the village beneath it. He could only imagine the others that may have been out watching the moon as well, they would never see it again. Azurei stood up, focused and ready to handle the problem that he was faced with but not sure what to do. The sky was empty of clouds, Azurei unable to consult the Sky Dragon on what to do so he took matters into his own hands. "Sky Dragon, forgive for my actions. I am lost without your guidance." Azurei said as he rushed off to the danger zone.

Azurei pulled out a small scarf and wrapped it around his mouth, shielding him from the dust and debris so he could breathe. He had nothing for his eyes so he would have to make do with squinting and hoping for the best. He saw the Kazekage and someone else trying to reform the wall that had fallen. Azurei rushed over to them, hoping for proper instruction so that he could best help in the chaos that was ensuing. "Kazekage, this is bad. People are down all over the place, what would you like me to do?" Azurei asked in a hurried tone, knowing that people needed help and the situation needed to be handled.

It was then that Azurei heard more explosions, something that he knew could only be worse and was scared to look at the disaster. All the lights when out and he turned to see the Kage tower in rubble and the hospitals lying in pieces, the only place for the wounded to be healed. The flames that were forming in the village were dangerous, Azurei was at a loss for words as his home was being destroyed but he could only look for strength and guidance in his kage. "Kage....this....it's madness."

Ziba wakes up in an ally in a daze, not fully awake he says "What hit me this afternoon" As he gets himself up the building behind starts to collapsed. Ziba quickly gets out fo the way. "what the hell is going on here"?!He hurrys up to roof of the nearest building. as he gets up there he sees the Kazekage palace explodes."The Kazekage, i'd better hurry and help the others". As he runs to the Kazekage's burning palce he sees a little boy traped under so cement rocks and a mother. Ziba Rushes over and hlep them."It's going to be ok"

Karen was out in the Desert below the destruction of the village began. She wasn't training or working to get stronger, simply taking a stroll through the night. Though it seemed that the way night had started. peaceful and relaxing, was doomed to end. Suddenly a blaze of light hit the Wall of Sunagakure, and Karen looked to see a towering inferno now over the village. The sound wave of the blast hit her a split second afterward and sand kicked up around her from the explosion. Karen kept her eyes on the rising flames for a second until they dimmed down a bit. She didn't move at all, simply starred dumb struck at what she saw. Not being able to move even if she tried.

What the hell just-?"Karen took in a deep breathe as everything washed over her, realizing that Suna was under attack, and it seemed like they were loosing. Breaking from her horror struck trance, Karen dashed through the sand making her way toward the village as quickly as she could. Could another village be attacking? Gaara and Ballian never said anything about a threat. But someone one must have done this, that explosion was no accident. Karen had seen walls and mountain sides cave in before, but none of them released a ball of flame during the crash. This was done by someone, Karen just didn't know who.

Karen was just making her way up to the village, heading to where the broken part of the wall was when all the lights went out. And suddenly tow more explosions hit the village, she saw two plumes of smoke drift up from the middle of the village and Karen picked up the pace. She got closer and could see Gaara and Ballian working on the wall and removing bodies. " Garaa-sama, Balli-kun! What do you need me to do?" Karen completely skipped past the normal What is going on? and who did this? Because she knew they wouldn't have answers right after this happened. Instead she just focused o helping in anyway she could.
