Appearance:

The Celestial Order offers light grey jackets which symbolizes their alleigance to the clouds. The members are not expected to wear the jackets except in times of war, or during a world-changing event. The Jackets are only adorned with a small symbol on the upper left corner. The colour of the symbol is dependent on the position in the Order. For Prophets, the colour matches their Sky - silver for haze, red for fire, black for black, yellow for streaked, blue for blue, and white for bright. The Guardians symbol are a basic light grey.

Description & Goals:

The Celestial Order was created to enact the Will of the Heavens, by following the words of the clouds. The Cloud Dragon, one of the clouds that controls the destiny of the sky, speaks to the Prophets. The Prohets are members that can read the clouds and see what the Cloud Dragon desires. The main goal is to be involved in world-changing events; to affect the lives of people and change the course of destiny. This might come in many forms and the Celestial Order can be villainous or heroic, depending on the clouds.
The Prophets also have the ability to Call the Cloud Dragon, and can summon him into battle. They are chosen from the Cloud Dragon and must serve the Dragon, as if it were a master; similar to a Kage. The Cloud Dragon has the Prophets search for another so the Order can be fully restored from its previous destruction.
The Guardians are those who protect thevaluable Prophets during times of war. They are not allowed to learn the secrets of the Cloud Dragon, but are given the same respect amongst their partners. They are very powerful and able to use a variety of attacks.

Sounds good. I'm off right about now, but basically you have to choose which sky you're going to Keep and basically have an RP thing where you're talking or reading the sky or something.
