As Kaeor made his way up the stairs his eyes wandered back and forth as he took in the images of items inside the tower of the Hokage. Behind the silver haired shinobi were two ANBU that seemed to watch his every move in anticipation that he would do something wrong probably. He hated the mask they wore on their face as if it seemed they were mocking him. As they ascended to the final level of the tower Kaeor looked around to see a door that had the words "Renima" on it in gold letters. Much to his surprise they passed that door as they directed Kaeor to a door beside that had the name "Tamotsu" on it. Tamotsu looked up from his desk and saw Kaeor. His once friendly demeanor had faded away and now replaced by seriousness. He had noticed his left eye was closed, no doubt the aftereffect of the replacement Sharigan eye. He stood up and then threw a scroll at Kaeor. The scroll missed and landed at Kaeor's feet and rolled open. In it was the makings of a plan and a structure for a government. There also seemed to be numbers but for what purpose remained uncertain. Tamotsu then sat back down and looked at his guest.
"For you to kill an Uchiha is an extreme feat. I was too busy myself to handle the situation. But the thanks you got was more of a great privilege in the sense that the eye you now have is that of a cursed one. However, semantics aside, I have a proposition for you. If you will?" Tamotsu said as he gathered his things and walked out the office. He left the door open and walked down to Renima's office so that Kaeor could see him. _________________

Kaeor's eyes looked to see the same Tamotsu that he saw several hours ago. He was hoping this was all his imagination. He had enough of seeing this person in the past days. Sadly, he was incorrect as he saw what he had disliked once again and gave out a small sigh. At first he thought Tamotsu was reaching for some type of weapon but he saw that he was incorrect as a scroll flew through the air and fell at his feet.
The works of the scroll seemed simply marvelous as his eyes looked at the strong structure that was being represented and laid before him. He looked up at Tamotsu as he began to speak about a certain proposition that he had in mind. The way that Tamotsu spoke intrigued Kaeor as he watched him stand and make his way into another room.

Tamotsu entered the office with a key he had made once before because he had become forgetful as of late. He slowly pushed the door opened and stared at the empty desk before him. In his mind, he could see Renima smiling at him, welcoming him into the room, suggesting they go train again. The images made him disturbed and he shook it out of his head. He walked up to the desk and sat down the chair. He took another key and unlocked one of the drawers on the desk and looked up at Kaeor.
"The government of Iwagakure is failing. So much so that they've come to us, the country they hate passionately, to depose of their current Tsuchikage." Tamotsu said he opened the drawer and pulled out 3 beautifully done scrolls and pulled out 3 empty ones. He took a brush and opened one of the scrolls and an empty one and began to write something. "As such, the offer that was suppose to come, came for Renima and found it's way to me." He spoke as he copied verbatim and perfectly in a manner suggesting speed. "So I come to you. You obviously have the skill to help me decide what is right for this country." He stopped a moment and looked up at Kaeor. "I need someone with the power you have to help me do this." He spoke softly. _________________

Kaeor did what his instincts said and only followed Tamotsu into the room of the Hokage. As he looked up at him he began to speak on the matter a bit more which perked Kaeor's interest.

With that Kaeor didn't say anything as he let the words of Tamotsu lay themselves on his mind as he thought about the proposal. Tamotsu went back to work on the scrolls as he finished the first one and began working on the second one. He worked diligently and as if time weren't factor despite knowing in his mind that it would be. "Kirigakure's infrastructure lacks a Kage at the moment. And because of that you might have undoubtedly been feeling that you've been overlooked repeatedly. In fact, killing the Uchiha proves to me that you have the power to be Mizukage. However, we both know that the time has passed. For now however, I would like you to be my right hand man in Iwagakure." Tamotsu said as he finished the second one rather quickly the the previous one. _________________

Kaeor listened to Tamotsu as he changed topics rather quickly. Tamotsu had began to speak about the structure of Kirigakure which gained Kaeor's interest deeply. Every word he spoke was true as Kaeor's mind grasped and embraced what Tamotsu was saying. The position he was offering sounded worthwhile at the moment, Kaeor had nothing else to do.
"Sannin eh? Fine." he answered saving his questions for later. "Good. Then we have a deal." Tamotsu said as he continued to copy the scrolls as he finished the third one and then stood up. He looked at Kaeor and sighed a moment. "So then, we are ready to go? Because what I have just done..." Tamotsu said as he put the three originals back and pocketed the three copies "... ensures me a small token of passage if not having my brother mad at me. We're leaving to the borders of Iwagakure immediately and we shall depose of him. Well, more you then me. I'll heal you during the battle if need be. And i'll jump in when the time comes." Tamotsu said as he walked off.
