Name: Silver Chakra Release
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Team Silver Member
Description: A special chakra that was discovered by Dharma when she was younger. There didn't seem to be much application to it, so she has only been looking into it off and on throughout the years. Now that she has finally figured out some useful properties, it's available to all Team Silver Agents. Channeling Silver Chakra increases the physical attributes of the person, and if used on a weapon increases it's sharpness and any special effects it may have.
Name: Styles of Beyond
Requirements: Special Chakra (Such a Starkin Chakra), My Permission (Auto-Permission if Silver Chakra Release is Known)
Description: Utilizing a special version of chakra, the user presses their limits in certain areas of combat. Trickster allows the shinobi a bit more mobility than normal. Swordmaster allows them to use special techniques not normally available to wielders of the same weapon. Marksmen allows one to modify projectile attacks dealt by both ranged weapons and jutsu. Lastly, Royal Guard allows you to absorb some of the damage dealt to you and dish it back to the enemy. Each is trained seperately, with Level 1 being 2 points of training, Level 2 being 3, and Level 3 being 4. This is for all except Royal Guard, which requires and additional 2 points per level to train.
Trickster
Spoiler:
Level 1 - Improves your ability to get around a battlefield (such as using enemies as stepping stones). In addition to this mobility, you can make short ranged dashs. This differ from shunshin in the fact you can attack in mid-dash, and it takes less chakra to pull off. However, you can only do this on the ground and once per post. Also unlike shunshin, the overall speed and distance of technique depends on the user's base speed. You can dash infinately in Trigger Mode.
Level 2 - At this stage you can use the dash ability twice in a row, as well as dash once while in midair. You gain an additional midair dash while in Trigger Mode. This also allows you to double jump by creating a platform of energy below you in mid-jump.
Level 3 - The last level adds one more dash to both the ground and air versions. Additionally it allows you to instantly appear above or below your last position or just above an enemy. This is much like shunshin, requires no handseals, and will be accompanied by a flash of the special chakra that allowed you to use these special abilities.
Swordmaster

Level 1 - This style allows you to make jutsu for special weapons with the type 'special'. This allows you to learn the technique regardless of your fighting style. However, there are some limitations. Firstly, you must have the special weapon and it can only be use with said weapon. The only exception to this rule is the common techniques listed below. Secondly it cannot be kinjutsu, and may only be elemental if the weapon itself is. Lastly, the rank of the jutsu is limited by the level of style you know. This level allows for up to B rank techniques. Another thing to point out is that it allows you to rapidly switch out weaponry. This either has to be on your person or in a special summoning item on your person.
Level 2 - Bumps the rank to A. You now have your own pocket dimension that you can hold weapons in and use with the rapid switch ability.
Level 3 - Bumps to S.
Marksman

This is the same as Swordmaster, except it applies to ranged weapons as well as jutsu. The jutsu that can be use this is ones that create small projectiles, and either require no handseal or are two ranks below you. Another difference is each level adds to your rate of fire. In the case of a jutsu like Housenka, it would add a few more projectiles. This cost extra chakra of course. Another thing to note is that this usually directly affects the projectile and not the weapon you are using. Which means it's special jutsu is more like an alteration to the projectile rather than a totally different technique.
Royal Guard
Spoiler:
Level 1 - This is a unique style that allows you to reduce damage while at the same time storing the tension of the damage you would have taken. You take 25% less damage, plus 10% for each rank below the technique that hits you. For each 25% damage reduced from a single attack you gain 1 Tension Point. You cannot reduce the damage of attacks higher rank than you (for this purpose kinjutsu is considered a rank higher). A physical attack done by you can deal addition damage according to the amount of tension points put into it.
E - 1
D - 3
C - 5
B - 7
A - 9
S - 11
This can be combined with another physical technique. You can only reduce damage from physical attacks unless you are in Trigger Mode (even then it's only half effective). If the attack deal any energy damage, that part of the attack isn't reduced. You must move after each block or your guard will be broken. You can only use purely Taijutsu while using Royal Guard. This is because any type of energy flowing threw you're body with disrupt the tension held within you.
Level 2 - Base reduction becomes 50%
Level 3 - Base reduction is 70%

Name: Sword Pierce
Type: Special
Rank: B
Requirements: Swordmaster 1, Weapon capable of stabbing
Description: A rather basic technique, only rank highly because it's potential damage it can inflict. Essentially all it is is you throwing your sword straight, but it has a twist. You use chakra to blast the weapon out your hand which increases it's speed exceptionally. IF not dodged it will easily impale your target. You don't have to even throw it, but the motion is made to trick the opponent. Damage and speed of this technique is increase when you're in Trigger.
Name: Drive
Type: Taijutsu / Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Weapon Capable of Channeling Chakra
Description: Though not a Swordmaster technique, this is here for ease of reference. This is a beam of energy released from a swung weapon. To use this you simply channel your special chakra into a weapon. It takes a few seconds to charge it, but the longer you charge it after the required time the stronger it gets. It's point is more for the burst of energy, so it loses cutting potential due to this.
Name: Quick Drive / Overdrive
Type: Special
Rank: B / A
Requirements: Swordmaster 1 / 3, Weapon Channeling Chakra, Drive
Description: This is simply a quicker version of the Drive technique, however it suffers in power due to this quickness. If you learn this as A (or train the differnence between B and A) you can add two more rapid Drives after a normal or Quick Drive.
Name: Charged Shot
Type: Special
Rank: C
Requirements: Marksman 1
Description: A rather simple technique, it allows you to add chakra to a project to increase the damage dealt. Unlike most Marksman techniques this does effect the weapon that launchs the projectile (the shinobi some jutsu's case). The amount or set of shots that is effected by the charge is the same amount as levels in Marksman. All projectils shots are automatically charged in Trigger Mode.
Name: Trick Shot
Type: Special
Rank: C / A
Requirements: Marksman 1 / 3
Description: A single projectile you fire gains the ability to bounce around multiple times before disappearing (or detonating if that's what it does). While bouncing it will damage multiple enemies. Alternatively, you can have it bounce around corners to get to one enemy. If you relearn this as an A rank jutsu you can do it with a barrage of projectiles, but only ones of C and below rank (weapon or jutsu). Increased rank in Markman will increase the amount of ricochets.
Name: Sniper /Reflector
Type: Special
Rank: B / S
Requirements: Marksman 2 / Trick Shot, Marksman 3
Description: After taking a moment to aim for an enemie's weak spot, you fire a enhanced projectile with the ability pierce through defenses. It will deal more damage than normal and be able to pierce shielding techniques of B rank or lower. Relearning as an S Rank while knowing Trick Shot will have the shot rebound off nearby surfaces to allow it to gain speed and power. This version can pierce S rank shielding techniques and be bounce around corners.
Name: Honeycomb Fire
Type: Special
Rank: S
Requirements: Marksman 3
Description: This allows you to greatly increase your rate of fire until you either stop, run out ammo, or run out of chakra. Though S rank, this drains little chakra while going. In order to use you must have either been firing in your last post, or been firing your weapon the whole post. In the former cause you can start the post using this technique (granted nothing stopped you while waiting for your turn). In the former case you start at the end of your post. Either way, your rate of fire is increased four times over.

Rank: S
Requirements: Royal Guard Level 3
Description: Surrounding yourself in your unique chakra, you become temporarily invulnerable to all attacks except genjutsu. Depending on the person, this may appear as armor or an aura. You can only stay in this form if you can pay 10 Tension Points per post.
Name: Ultimate
Type: Special
Rank: S
Requirements: Royal Guard Level 3
Description: Bringing up a hand, you conjure a shield of your special chakra. This shield is about as tall as you and float in front of your hand. It negates any attack that hit it, and it heals you equal to half the damage you would have taken. It takes 20 Tension Points per post to maintain this technique.
Name: The Trigger
Type: Special
Rank: A
Requirements: Special Chakra
Description: Surging the specialty chakra flowing through your body, you temporarily boost your physical attributes as well as the power of some moves. All physical abilities increase greatly and you gain a slow healing factor while this ability is active. You gain 10% to your T-Gauge per post you fight or train. You can stay in this form one post per 100% you get. The maxium amount of posts you can stay in is equal to one post per ranking. There are some techniques you can do to take advantage of Trigger Mode, but they require extra training.
Trigger Blur - If you switch to Trigger the moment you hit with a physical attack, or vice versa, you will deal an additional hit. You must do the training to required for a B rank to learn this.
Trigger Burst - Going into Trigger will release a small shockwave that will damage and momentarily stun those standing next to you. This damage is that of a D rank jutsu, but you can increase the rank by spending less time in Trigger. For each post you give up, the damage dealt is increased one rank. At C rank strength, the burst will knock enemies away as well. This requires training as if you where learning a B rank as well.
Dharma's Swordmaster Techniques

Name: Dragon Hail Flower
Type: Special
Rank: A
Requirements: Swordmaster Level 2, Decaforce (Blue Crimson), Sword Saint (Prime, Conflict, Knowledge) Description: After summoning Blue Crimson, Dharma charges at her enemy with the ice sword extended. She'll attempt to stab them (or punch them in the gut using the Sword Saint powers) and if successive they will be enclosed in a large block of ice. This ice will protect them from all attacks, unless it can somehow pierce or surge through it. However, anything capable of breaking the ice can free them. After learning Swordmaster 3 the area of the freeze extends to eveything (except Dharma) in ten feet and she can strike at the feet to use the technique rather than having to stab the opponent.
Name: Hidden Combination: BlackHole
Type: Special
Rank: A
Requirements: Swordmaster Level 3, Decaforce (Gravity Core + Melforce), Sword Saint (Prime, Conflict, Knowledge, Destiny) Description: Using genius insight Dharma has created a combination technique for Gravity Core and Melforce. Switching from the latter to the former will make the pulling function 'heavy' which will form a small blackhole around the blade. In addition to having a heavy pull on anything within 30 feet, it can absorb A rank and lower jutsu. It takes a small bit of chakra to support this ability for longer than a brief time. Whenever she absorbs a jutsu, she must pay half the jutsu's cost or BlackHole will disengage. Anything that enters the BlackHole will be crushed (duh).
Name: Team Silver Combat Arts
Requirements: Team Silver Member
Description: The martial arts all Team Silver members are taught, it's base teaching is to use what you're most physically capable of doing. Hence some practioners are more speed types while others are brutes. Beyond this simple concept arises two substyles, or stances if you must. This style improves overall combat effiency by 5% per ranking. This can be combined with other unarmed fighting styles.
Stoic - The style itself focuses on a single opponent, though depending on the situation it may be usable on several people. The major points of this stance is close quarters combat, and dealing as much damage with as little movement as possible. This is mostly punchs, with some knee and elbow strikes.
Dynamic - This is more for crowd control, though occasionally it comes in handy in singular combat. The points of this stance is to use your limbs' full range and some sweeping attacks. Don't like the swordsman, seems like a by-pass to fighting styles. Royal guard - no. Way too high damage reduction. I'll look at the jutsu later. _________________
The swordsman style requires a specific weapon, unless it's the general ones. And the general ones would most likely fit into the jutsu catergory of the user anyways. Basically Swordsmaster allows you to make special technique for special weapons. It shouldn't be that bad, seeing the technique is based upon the weapon itself. You got a better way for it to allow you access to techniques you can only use with a particular weapon? Without me making every single weapon that applies to it even if I'm not using it? Also, each one has to be approved, so that would filter any that over abuse the special rule.

What does type "Special" mean? A SA, or Ninjutsu? I'm asking simply for ease of training. And Royal Guard still seems like a bit much to me, but eh.
And a question- does the "Special Chakra" reside in anyone with a bloodline, or only select ones- and if it's the latter, would Shiatamme fall under it? After all, it has the Chakra from the Star Seal.
