Background:
Where exactly he is from is a mystery, he simply appeared in kiri after it was ocupied by oto. After his appearance, he was marked as a missing nin, but he wasnt hunted down because of the village's state of chaos, he was even asked to help the village with missions because he wasnt hostile. He has never worked as a squad with others and is avoided by most because of his unpredictable behavior and multiple personalities(besides the fact that he's a missing nin).

Izaku has several consciousnesses that are constantly fighting for dominance inside of him, when the dominant one changes, he experiences a slight loss of memory and a change in the way he acts. Its been like that for as long as he can remember. recently, he has taken on a student and joined the mysterious ninja group, silent reality.

After several events including the silent reality's attack on suna, the death of his student, and the disbanding of the Reality, Izaku slowly sank into shadow. For awhile, he continued killing in the name of the organization. He has since started trying to find a new purpose rather than simply killing for the sake of killing.

Sample Post:

Izaku swung his broadsword as hard as he could, only to have it cleave straight through a tree as it missed its intended target. His eyes shown blood red in the moonlight at the coast of kiri. He had been sent on a mission to eliminate another rogue ninja that had been hiding out there for the past few weeks and was killing civilians.

He ripped his blade out of the falling tree and jumped back as the enemy ninja took a swing at him. kill him……now. The voice went through his head as he fought back against the shinobi, it had an evil sense to it, but he wouldn’t argue with it. He sliped his sword back into its sheath and made several hand seals before exploding in a flurry of leaves, only to reappear several meters away from his opponent.

He waited a few moments before making another hand seal, lighting up the beach with a flash of fire as several explosive tags went off, engulfing his unsuspecting foe in the blast. that was to easy……everything is… we need a greater challenge next time… Izaku simply nodded and turned around, heading back to the village to report his victory and colect his bounty.

You need to put in the Basic Jutsus, Dark. That, and because you're applying for Chuunin, you get more Jutsus. As you know, the Basics don't count. And, since you're applying for SR, technically, you're a Missing-Nin because that's what it consists of, so you need to put that.

im too lazy to track down all of the basic jutsus so i put "*all basic jutsu's learned"

With Hidden Mist you should have Kiri Shunshin no Jutsu to disguise it better and maybe make ti seem like a dispersed Kiri Bunshin.
