Appearance:
His favorite clothing includes black gloves, a long-sleeved black shirt, and a black vest with several hidden pockets. The vest has the Uchiha Clan Symbol on the back. Also wears jeans with a few extra pockets. The jeans are made with a stretchable material that allows him to fully utilize his flexibility.
He carries most of his tools in his vest and pant pockets. As for footwear, Taisei thinks open-toed shoes are a liability, so instead of wearing traditional sandals, he wears black combat boots with steel toes/soles.
Taisei also wears a hooded black cloak. However, he keeps the hood down except during bad weather, and usually takes it off when he fights. His headband is worn around his head. He also wears a long black, white and gray scarf that is wrapped around his neck all the time.

Personality:
Taisei is anti-social. He stays in his room much of the time, working on either his notebook of combat tactics, or modifying/creating/dissecting weapons. He spends his free time doing that, practicing his Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, or occasionally reading a book. This has led to his lack verbal agility, making his words easy to misinterpret. He has a rather sardonic sense of humor. If he jokes, it either is usually with negative sarcasm, or meant to be insulting.
Taisei has a soft spot for girls. He isn't exactly a sucker for them, he's just a bit more tolerant toward them than boys. He also won't go all out when he fights a girl, unless he has a good reason to do otherwise.
Taisei has a rather agile mind. His high intelligence allows him to come up with effective battle plans on the fly. (He also keeps a notebook in his room, in which he writes down tactics he makes up for later use). Those traits have also led to his interest in Shogi, which he is rather good at.
Special Abilities:
Name: Sharingan
Requirements: 3-point kinjutsu training for each stage
Description: Sharingan is the bloodline limit doujutsu of the Uchiha clan. It possesses several powerful abilities, though it is developed through three stages. When just awakened, it is in Stage 1, with only one tomoe located above the pupil; in Stage 2, another tomoe appears, and they are now located to the left and right of the pupil; all three tomoe appear in Stage 3, and they are located in a triangle shape around the pupil: one directly above and the other two to the bottom left and right. The Sharingan is activated by sending some chakra into the eyes. It does not cost much, but only a true Uchiha can have it activated for prolonged periods of time without risking their health.
Stage 1: The initial stage of the awakened Sharingan, it only gives the clan members some basic abilities. Among these is the ability to see movement somewhat faster than what they would normally be able to and to detect chakra. This allows them to react better and gives them higher accuracy than most. Thanks to the chakra detection ability, many camouflage techniques are rendered ineffective. This stage also allows them to see clearer than normal.
Stage 2: The second stage of the Sharingan allows those who possess it to see everything with even better clarity, including objects that would normally fall out of sight because of their speed. This allows them to dodge and attack as if their taijutsu skills were one step higher. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank B or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique.
Stage 3: The third and final stage of the Sharingan opens even more possibilities for the clan members. Their vision of moving objects improves further. Their ability to see chakra and movement allows them to memorize the techniques used by their enemies and copy them, one of the abilities the clan is highly famous for. Additionally, visual genjutsu of rank A or lower can be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique. [/strike]

Name: Amaterasu - Goddess of the Sun

Description: In Japanese mythology, Amaterasu is a sun goddess and perhaps the most important Shinto deity. Her name, Amaterasu, means literally "(that which) illuminates Heaven". She was born from the left eye of Izanagi as he purified himself in a river and went on to become the ruler of the Higher Celestial Plain.
Amaterasu is a powerful technique which is used by the right Mangekyo eye. It creates a powerful black flame, one that can burn anything and everything the user set their eyes on. It takes a few moments to manifest, which is the only way for someone to escape being turned to ash. The only thing that can put out these flames is the user themselves or another Uchiha with the technique. Amaterasu puts a heavy strain on the user and costs a lot of chakra, so its use is very limited. The flames of Amaterasu are said to burn for seven days and nights straight. Of course, the user's death will also make them disappear.
Note: This technique costs 40 points to activate and 5 per post. Putting out another person's Amaterasu costs 30 points. Putting out your own Amaterasu doesn't cost any points

Description: This technique is based on space manipulation. It creates a miniature black hole, which makes an area of about six feet in diameter collapse in on itself, at the point the user focuses their sight on. The user can control this technique to cover a smaller area. In reality, whatever is inside the area of effect is transported to another dimension. While frighteningly powerful, this ability takes a bit of time to be executed and its pull isn't that great, so it is possible to escape.

Name: Susanoo - God of the Sea and Storms

Description: In Japanese mythology, Susanoo, the powerful storm of Summer, is the brother of Amaterasu, the goddess of the sun, and of Tsukuyomi, the god of the moon. All three were spawned from Izanagi, when he washed his face clean of the pollutants of Yomi, the underworld. Amaterasu was born when Izanagi washed out his left eye, Tsukuyomi was born from the washing of the right eye, and Susanoo from the washing of the nose.
Likely the strongest technique in existence, Susanoo is used by both Mangekyo eyes and summons a massive ghostly creature. It will first appear as a skeleton around the user, but quickly form muscles, armor, a sake gourd and a shield. This shield and sake gourd are the main powers of the creature. The shield is known as Yata no Kagami (The Eight Hand Mirror), and the sake from gourd forms a blade, which is known as the Totsuka no Tsurugi (Sword of Ten Hands). According to legend, the shield can deflect any attack, and whatever is cut by this sword is sealed into a different dimension, where they remain in a blissful oblivion for all eternity.

Description: Tsukuyomi is the god of the moon in Shinto and Japanese mythology. Tsukuyomi was the second of the "three noble children" born when Izanagi, the god who created the first land, Onogoro-shima, was cleansing himself of his sins while bathing himself after escaping the underworld and the clutches of his enraged dead wife, Izanami. Tsukuyomi was born when Izanagi washed out of his right eye.
Tsukuyomi is easily the strongest genjutsu in existence, which is used by the left Mangekyo eye. It is activated by making eye contact with the target. Doing so will put them into an inescapable genjutsu that is controlled completely by the user. This technique only lasts for a second in reality, but for the victim, it can last weeks, during which the user may do whatever they wish to them. While Tsukuyomi, just like any other genjutsu, does not deal real physical damage to the target, the illusion may put irreversible damage on their nervous system.

A chunin. He generally prefered to avoid fighting, leading many to underestimate him. Taisei's Ninjutsu instructor. He died during a mission, shortly before Taisei became a genin.
Mother: Sami Uchiha
Also a chunin, but no longer in active service. A member of Konohagakure's code team. She likes puzzles, codes, and riddles. When her husband died, she became increasingly reclusive, causing her family to worry about both her physical and mental health.
Brother: Seiji Aiko
Older then Taisei by about six years. He’s quite unlike Taisei. Talkative, cheerful, and quite social. However, he is often quite conscious of what others think of him, leading him to make poor choices. He’s a junior diplomat stationed in Sunagakure.
Early Childhood

The younger of two siblings. Taisei grew to become quite unlike his brother; quiet, anti-social, and not caring about what other people thought of him. At age six, his father started to instruct him in Ninjutsu. About the same time, he began to consider his room a haven, where he started working on what would eventually become his Fighting Strategy Book.
When he was seven, Taisei developed an interest in Shogi. He would study books about the game for an hour a day. Then at his mother’s insistence, he would occasionally visit hangouts that were popular among Shogi players, and find someone to play. One of his most treasured and inspiring memories was when he played the Hokage, though he lost miserably. As he grew older, he became less interested, and rarely plays. However, he still feels up to a game every now and then.
Academy Days

In the academy, Taisei made almost no friends, and a number of enemies. He excelled in his classes, but he was made fun of frequently, and he has become quite withdrawn because of it. Right before he was promoted to genin, Taisei learned of his father’s death. He left for Suna, intending to both attend Kano's funeral, and then come back to Konoha to train his butt off.
