Name: Gourai Rensa [Strong Thunder Lotus Chain]
Type: TaiJutsu
Rank: A(KinJutsu)
Requirements: Hachimontonkou [Eight Inner Celestial Gates], Chain(Sealed within a Weapon Scroll)
Description: One will first open a celestial gate and then use their chakra flow to guide the Chain to their opponent. The Chain will wrap around their opponent, then the user will throw their opponent into the air. Though, if the target is a heavy opponent, one would consider spining them around a few times before propelling them into the air. Using increased speed, with the chain in their hand, they will meet their opponenet in the air and then punch them several times in the chest or stomach. Before they reached the ground, the user will then deliver one final blow to the chest, knocking them to the ground. One who has a great control over their Chakra Element will be able to unleash it in the last attack on the user.

You'll have to make a second jutsu for the second one, since it's a lot different. The second one will also require the first one as a pre-requisite.

Actually, on Leafninja and on Wikipedia, the Lotus Techniques are mainly B or A-Ranked. It's only Asa Kujaku that's S-Rank(unofficially)

Yes, the Jikota version adds on, just like Exploding Shadow Clone to Shadow Clone.

Also, come to think of it, all Gates-based taijutsu are Kinjutsu, so add that too.

If the jutsu is different by more than a little bit, you must separate them into two jutsus. I believe I said that any jutsu involving the gates would be Kinjutsu.
