Name: Jouteihira Dageki no jutsu (God's Palm Strike technique )

Description:
The Jouteihira, just like it's lower version, is not a very well known jutsu. Though it's power is enough to be whispered about when the names of the strongest jutsu are brought into conversation. The user of this jutsu will gather a great amount of chakra into their hand and fill their palm with as much chakra as it can hold. Their hand will begin to glow blue as the chakra stored inside becomes visible do to its concentration. When this is done the user will move forward and strike their target with their open palm, releasing the chakra out into the target upon contact. Just like Jouteiyubi, the damage done by this attack leaves no visible effects at first. The Chakra released expels outward and travels through the target almost like a sound wave, similar to an earthquake moving the ground. The wave moves through the target and exits, then the power of great pressure wave seems it act upon the contact area. The Joutihira is much stronger then the Yubi strike. Simply because of the area the wave acts upon is now many times larger then it once was. If placed correctly this jutsu can kill with one strike. But the damage of the strike, if placed over any bone mass, is sure to break it.

Requirements:S-Rank; Must know Jouteiyubi, and Jouteihira. Despite being an S-Rank kin, this jutsu requires only 6 point training.
Description:
This jutsu is different then the first two jutsu of God's wrath. The user of the Joutei-go will gather chakra into all the finger tips of one of their hands, building it up the energy within them until all their fingers glow a deep blue. Then just as before they will move in and strike their target with all of their fingers at once, similar to a five prong strike. The chakra is released from all the fingers at once when contact is made, sending five strong waves of chakra their the target instantaneously. Just as before the target seems to show no outward effects of the strike, though unlike before, Unlike before, upon chakra release a small faintly transparent flash of blue chakra is seen from the user's finger tips and the user's hand is pushed back, and the effects of the jutsu are much different. The five waves move through the body outside the circles of points on contact just like normal. Causing internal damage and possibly breaking bones. But the area within each of the fingers from the attack is massively damaged. the waves created by the fingers upon release clash against each other within the middle, completely crushing the mass inside with a powerful force. If placed over the target's internal organs, this jutsu is sure to crush them with a heavy force. This jutsu is very deadly when used correctly.

Canon kinjutsu have similar training reductions. As well, it requires being an S-Rank shinobi and knowing two other jutsu to begin training. Just being S-Rank is not a easy thing to gain in itself. But I raised the training up a bit more as well.

Very tempted to deny this to be honest.

It's quiet similar to the abilities of the Hyuuga. And I know they're not exactly the same; but they're close enough. The ability to use chakra to cause internal damage upon strike without causing external damage is the gift of the Hyuuga Clan, if we start allowing people to make Jutsu's along these lines without being apart of the clan; it'd make the Clan useless.

And yes, you could argue that the main gift of the Hyuuga's is closing off an opponents chakra system, but it'd be more than reasonable to Rp this technique doing that too.

I see your point. But these jutsu only do damage to the body. they cannot effect the chakra system whatsoever. To sum it up these jutsu simply inject chakra into the body in a wave that causes damage. As well the Jyuuken of the Hyuuga don't have to even touch the target, while these do.

Also, there's at least one other canon technique that cause internal damage. Even in real life there's many similiar styles and even different styles with similiar abilities (talking martial arts, of course).
