Bloodline Name: Starkin
Clan Name: Nova is the Leader's name, but due to the nature of the bloodline the person may be from a different (bloodlineless) family.
Leader: Aleison Nova

Clan Description: This is a fairly new clan, composed of three shinobi. Allie was on a mission one day, and it lead to her unlocking her bloodline. Although she succeeded in her mission, an older gentleman lost his life in the combat that resulted from her doing her jobs. On his dying bed he gave her a Star Charm in thanks of her and her comrades protecting his village. Unknown to him or Allie, this was made out of a highly radioactive material. This radiation combined with Allie's chakra and produced some unusual abilities. Allie can use the charm to give four others the bloodline, two of which she's already given (they can't have a previous bloodline). After this, the pendant doesn't have enough energy to give anyone the bloodline, but a Nova family member can try to give themselves the bloodline. Only they can benefit from it however. Also any children produced by Starkin will be a Starkin.
(And yes, I'll actually rp the mission out. Preferrably the others that join can be on it with her.)

Bloodline Description: The radioactive pendant is made from highly concentrated deposit of Aurarium that was mined from one of the many meteors that had crashed in Fire Country. For some unknown reason it modifies the chakra of one given the bloodline, giving them the ability to use chakra itself as a weapon and a shield as well.

Bloodline limits:

Evolving Weapon - When a shinobi from the the clan becomes a genin, they are taught how to form they're chakra into weapon of pure energy. This weapon must be something they can use at that rank, and will evolve into stronger versions of it's self as the shinobi gains skill (aka rank). Examples of this include a genin's wakazashi becoming a katana at chuunin, then become even longer as they progress to Jounin. The weapon doesn't have to change types, but will still evolve it's appearance. The weapon has no special properties or powers, other than being energy rather than metal. It can even be broken, although it's just formed again after a few minutes. If the weapons are rather small (such as kunai or something considered equally small) this can be two of them. Fist can be choosen, and they will be covered in chakra that intensifies. They may even be covered in gaunlet or gloves or energy. Those with bows produce energy arrows of normal arrow strength, or can use physical arrows that get a slight power boost. Any projectile, ammo or thrown, disappear after the attack. They only get to choose one (or a set) and this choice can't be changed once made. They tend to name them, updating the title as it grows in power. Starkin usually make their own personal jutsu that uses or affects the weapon. Five ot these jutsu don't count towards the total amount of jutsus know. They still must learn these normally, however. There must be as least one C and B rank amoung these, and only one can be S ranked.

Heavenly Body - The special chakra that resides in the body of a Starkin makes it different from normal human, if just a little. First off, this sharpens their sight and hearing. This isn't to superhuman state, but rather are as sharp as humanly possible with having a bloodline that's related to sight or sound. The Starkin body seems to be resilent against natural illness. They also have the power to produce wings of chakra that look much like an antlions. These wings bleed chakra, and take stamina to use. Genin are advised not to use these much, Chuunin should use them moderately, but Jounin don't have to worry about the strain and can stabilize the chakra bleed. This wings still lose chakra at Jounin level, but they can handle it for a bit longer. Gonin/Kage can use their wings without losing chakra, but they still have to worry about the physical exhaustion.

Constellation - If any starkin are within the same country, they can sense the general direction and distance of each other. If they are within fifty miles and known each other well, they know the general health condition and emotions of each other. If within sight, the gain that information regards of how well they know each other as well a sense of skill level (only the rank, nothing about there specialties or weakness).

Name: Elemental Admixture
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Starkin, Appropriate Elemental Release
Description: By learning this technique, a Starkin can infuse his clan jutsu with an element. This element must be what their first release was. The only effect this change does is any side effects being hit by the element would have.

Name: Torrid Weiss
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Starkin
Description: The concept of this jutsu is very simple, hit as many things quickly as possible. It concentrates chakra into the hands and releases 10 - 20 moderate powered blasts. This is usually used on a large group of enemys, although it can be focused on one foe.

Name: Starburst
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Starkin
Description: This is a decisive jutsu that should only be used 2-3 times in a battle. It super concetrates chakra in ball in front of the user, which then turns into a wide blast of energy which is about 8 feet in diameter.

Name: Supernova
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Starburst
Description: This is a stronger verions of Starburst, this one created to take out a group of enemies. The shinobi super concentrates a certain amount of chakra within himself, and then lets it out in a supernova like explosion. The force of this explosion dazes the shinobi for a few seconds up to a minute, depend on the chakra used. This uses as much chakra as the shinobi decides to use, and damages accordingly.

Name: Shining Blast
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Starkin Wings Activated
Description: This is a powerful charge technique. The user either runs or flys at an opponent, bringing a large amount of chakra into their wings. They then slam into a foe, wings first and a burst of energy occurs. This can be combined with Lightforce Wings, becoming a brisk slap.

Name: Lightforce Wings
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Starkin Wings Activated
Description: This pours more chakra into the wings to make them and offensive tool. The wings can extend 15 feet ahead of the user and stab or slash at a foe.

Name: Shifty Shield
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: N/A
Description: This creates a shield of projected chakra, which costs no more chakra until it's destroyed. The shinobi can put as much chakra into it as they want, and the shield can be destroyed by other jutsu. This can be a solid shield, or "blanket" of chakra, either way it's from the arm. This can take place of one of the weapons of someone using Dual Combat.

Name: Shifting Weapon
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Requirements: Starkin Evolving Weapon
Description: This adds another weapon type to the ones you can form. As with the primary one, this changes form with skill. You can still only have one weapon at a time. They can learn this as many time as they want and it can be any weapon they can wield at their rank.

Name: Dual Combat
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Requirements: Starkin Evolving Weapon
Description: This grants the Starkin the ability to dual wield normal sized weapons. A Starkin with shifting weapon can only make one weapon shift into any given form at the time. They can change both weapons, but not into the same form other than the base one.

Name: Particle Accelerate
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Evolving Weapon Activated
Description: This accelerates the present chakra in their weapon by using a little more. The cutting/piercing ability of the weapon is greatly enhanced. Note, this only works on weapons with solid forms, flexable ones such as whips and kusari gamas aren't effected by this jutsu.

Name: Scourge Of Pleiades
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Starkin
Description: After making the appropriate handseals, seven starlike motes of light surround the user. These act as turrets, firing a beam of energy at anyone who approaches offensively. The amount of time these stay depends on how much chakra is used for the jutsu. They disappear after running out of energy, or may be launched at a foes. If the later happens, it explodes on contact with the intended target or any other solid object.

Name: Celestial Form
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Requirements: Aleison Nova, or taught by her.
Description: This is a mild transformation that boosts agility and enhances jutsu that deal damage using energy. Once per transformation, you can tremendously boost a single ninjutsu techinque, or attack with a Starkin weapon. Once this boost is used, the mode is immediately dismissed and can't be used for the rest of the thread. This transform state leechs chakra while activated.

Name: Nova Crash
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S (Kin)
Requirements: Celestial Form, Aleison Nova, or taught by her.
Description: This is the final resort of the Starkin that can only be used once a week. Activating this changes the appearance of the shinobi, making the edges of their wings look feathery and clothing them in an all white uniform which glows intensely. The wing seem to have grow larger and thicker as well. The Evolving Weapon gets more menacing as well and every single hit causes a small explosion of chakra that double the damage normal done by it (or them if you have two). Your speed and strength improve grandly. All jutsu that deal damage by energy are increased as well. Using this for 10 or more posts will kill the user. If used for 1-5 posts, they totally exhaust themselves and lose most of their chakra. 6-9 posts will leave them in a coma for 3 days.

Type: Ninjutsu

Description: This is a speed technique, which has two uses. It's primary use is a sudden burst of speed used to travel a few feet in any direction. It takes chakra but can be used alot. However, if you use it too many times without a break your physical stamina will wear down faster. It's second use may only be used as a Chuunin or higher. It utilizes handseals and more chakra to enable you to travel greater distances, much like Shunshin. This is only far enough to carry you out of a battle and shouldn't be used to travel long distances (unless you have a large amount of stamina and chakra, and don't intend on fighting that day).

Requirements: Ginrei Kujaku, or another Chuunin Stage Starkin Bow
Description: This improves the damage potential by multipling how many arrows are shot in one pull of the bow. This takes the addition amount of chakra needed to produced the extra arrows, but any effects that apply to a single shot apply to all of them. The shinobi may choose not to launch multiple arrows, or just a fewer amount.

Name: Assimilate Familiar
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B (kin)
Requirements: Starkin with Nin Pet
Description: This gives your Nin Pet the Starkin bloodline. They can form the starkin wings, and there physical attacks are enhance with chakra. This chakra is usable only for the attack enhancement and wings, the pet still isn't consider having chakra for other purposes. Also, if you have Element Admixture, you or the pet can choose to infuse the element into their nature attacks. If you give your pet the appropriate amount of chakra, it can do any of the Starkin jutsu you know. If the pet has a bipedal form and decent intelligence, or it's using Jujin Bunshin it will have a copy for your weapon . This will be the same type of weapon, but may have a different look to suit the nin pet. They have no enhancement to physical attacks when this applies, unless that was your Evolving weapon. Finally if you use Jujin Bunshin to turn into a copy of your pet, you gain physical attack enhancement, unless your pet has a copy of your weapon. In which case it just changes appearance to suit your pet's image.

Name: Abduct / Retrieve
Type: Nin
Rank: A
Requirements: Starkin
Description: This jutsu does two things, depend on whether you're using it on and enemy or an ally. Either way, this is done by a beam of light that is projected from the sky (multiple ones in the Retrival version). The abduct function is used to bring a target 20 feet into the air and suspend them there for 3 posts. They can't do anything to move from the spot in the air, however they can move and attack freely in the spot they are in. This beam of light is only five feet at chuunin, but widens to 10 and has the chance to pick up multiple opponents. This beam of light takes a second or so to reach the ground, thus giving time for it to be dodged.
The retrieve function of this can protect a single ally, two as a jounin, three as the clan leader. It engulfs them in the same type of light, but rather that arresting there movement it lessens the damage dealt to them by shielding them with chakra. If they try to use any attacks or weapons that use energy while within the field those are also weakened. This jutsu stays up as long as the shinobi gives a decent amount of chakra. A target can move away, but the beam of light will not follow them.

Allie's Personal Jutsu for her weapon;

Name: Kujaku no Satsujin [Murder of Sparrows]
Type: Taijutsu
Rank: B
Requirements: Ginrei Kujaku
Description: Allie scours a single enemy or a close group with hail of arrows. These are about one third the size of normal arrows, but her fire rate triples for up to a minute. After a minute she has to rest because this tires her arms.

Name: Asa Kujaku v2 [Mourning Peacock v2]
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: S
Requirements: Ginrei Kujaku, Shooting Star Style, Fire Release
Description: This was base off of the taijutsu move that requires gates to access. This isn't as powerful, but none the less a powerful jutsu. Allie shots about 10 arrows at an single enemy, infused with a large amout of fire chakra. The impact of the arrows causes a similiar "peacock fan" to appear. After the jutsu, the body will burn for a few seconds, then go out. These flames can be put out normally.

Other Notes:
Aurarium and Auracite - This is a metal and gem/crystal that is mined from the same swarm of meteors that Allie's Star Charm came from. These can be made into armor and accessories that help enhance the abilities of bloodline.

Some of the jutsus look a little powerful, but considering that the bloodline doesn't give a huge boost in abilities (really only the senses and the jutsu-like weapon/wings) it's not a big issue. I would defiantly make my next character for this clan.

Bloodline jutsu do take slots...

Yuwea's right, only anything counted as a bloodline limit don't count for your slots. But that's rare in bloodlines in general and certainly not within this one.

One last thing: Is this clan gonna be for Konoha or unspecified? Technically there are no spots left for an unspecified clan, but since I'm deleting the Arashikage clan, it should free up one spot.
