Name: Spirit Pendant
Description: A small decorative disk on a small chain, it allows her to astral project. This astral projection moves as fast as she could, but can fly and go through objects. She can only use abilities that involve the senses while like this. The astral projection is blocked by energy barriers and cannot pass things that ward off spirits. If she encounters something spiritual she may use any jutsu on it except summoning jutsu, but her attacks won't effect the physical world. Charka is still drained from her actual body while she's away like this. Her body is vulnerable, and although she's in a trance it still takes the normal amount of oxygen and such to keep her alive.

Name: Spirit Serpent Blade
Description: A blade of varing forms that can create what seems to be ghost of white snakes. It can summon up to three, which will stretch up to fifteen feet and attempted to pin someone by their limbs. When forming a serpent, you must channel a little chakra into the blade for each one you want to summon while holding the handle in both hands. After you pin a opponent you can use one hand to keep them pinned, but this will make holding them down harder to do. The serpent themselves cannot be destroyed by physical means until they've hit a living creature, but are subjective to ninjutsu. A technique of C rank or of considerable physical strength is enough to destroy a serpent.

It takes various forms depending on what form she is in;
Human and Rookie: Shortsword
Champion: Shield (in this case she must place her other hand on some part of the shield)
Mega: Longsword
Ultimate: Wakazashi
Penultimate: Dagger
Sacred: ???

Ok, so far the First one looks fine.

The Second one is a little iffy, but I think it works out.

The Third one seems like it should be S-rank. The reason why is it's second ability, though the lightning doesn't do much, it increases the speed and pushes forward at a higher speed, though I think now that it might be ok.

2. No good. If they can't be destroyed by physical means until they hit you, it's almost as good as indestructible (because you won't be able to move afterwards)
3. This weapon has three abilities. Each of them is almost worth A rank, and two are above that. Speed increase from a weapon doesn't make any sense no matter how much I think about it

2. Chakra (and your new clan's energies) can still effect it while it's on the move, and you can always dodge it. Certianly most shinobi have some sort of techique that can destroy them. Even so all five have to hit you for complete immobilization.
3. Cut down on it's abilities and explained the speed thing.

2. You realize you are supposed to balance it generally, not against my bloodline, right? >_> And hold on, are you implying that if you hold your weapon with both hands and all five serpents hit, the target is completely immobilized?
3. You realize that doesn't make any more sense to gain speed from, but would actually hurt you?
