Lainey Uchiha stood in an open area, the grass only a foot high. She looked around to study the area, deciding it was a fair place to fight. It was empty field for about 500 feet. Her hands slid down to her thigh's and the sound of metal sliding against metal could be hard as her right hand pulled out one of her Wakizashi's. She looked around, waiting for her sparring partner to arrive. "Hey! Where are you?" Her voice echoed for several moments as she smirked, she was a lot faster than he was.

The ninja was named Ken, and Lainey sliced the ground in front of his feet with her wakizashi. He laughed a bit and pulled out his own sword, similar to Lainey's. He moved back, making about 20 feet of space between them and then charged at her. "Bad move!" She shouted at him as her body flickered and she appeared behind him, her wakizashing coming slamming down from above. Ken barely realized what was going on and he spun around, deflecting the slash with his own sword and sending him rolling on the ground. "Didn't expect that..." Ken coughed and Lainey was charging at him again, both of her wakizashi's were in their sheath's and her hands were making hand seals rapidly.

Lainey blew a large ball of fire towards Ken. The ball of fire scorched the grass and started a small brush fire. Just as the ball of fire was going to hit Ken his body was replaced by a log, which was burnt to a crisp. Ken appeared a distance aways, looking towards Lainey and standing in a defensive position. She studied the space between them, about 75 feet now. She tucked her hair behind her ears and stared at Ken, pretending to pull out her Wakizashi, but actually started running towards and threw two smoke bombs ahead of herself. Ken moved sideways to get into view of Lainey, and Lainey did the same, running on the side of the smoke ball making hand seals. Housenka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Mythical Fire Flower Technique]. Her voice rang out the same time 5-6 balls of fire billowed towards Ken, who dropped the kunai he had in his hands and dived to the ground. The balls of fire soared past him, except for one that hit just to the right of his body, causing him to groan in pain.

Ken was pushing himself up, his body a bit weak. They weren't fighting to kill each other so Lainey waited for a few seconds for him to gain his composure. Smoke from both of her fire jutsu's was still rolling around the field, the wind blowing it into their noses and causing Ken to cough, but Lainey simply inhaled it, loving the smell. They stared at each other for a few more moments, Lainey pulled out her wakizashi's and vanished, appearing in front of Ken in the same second with both swords held up. She smirked and made a slash downwards with her right sword and a stabbing motion with her left.

Ken deflected the sword slashing downwards with his kunai and dodged the stab by stepping to the side. Lainey roared and slashed with both of her swords, coming from the left and the right. Ken ducked and rolled to the side, Lainey's swords hitting the ground sinking 5-6 inches into the ground. Ken kicked her hands away from the sword handles and Lainey pulled out three kunai on each hand. She swung both arms and threw the six kunai, four of which Ken deflected with his own kunai, and the other two sink into his right arm. Before he could even look up Lainey was in front of him, her fist flying directly into his face. He started to pull up his arm, but bolts of pain shot through his body and her fist slammed him, making him stumble backwards. He lifted up his good hand, falling to one knee.
