Basically, the ninja controls everything, from the strength, and path of the fireballs, to the speed they travel towards the target.

Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is believed to be the one of the strongest jutsus of the Katon series. This ninjutsu however requires a lot of chakra, concentration, and preparation time. A few diverse hand seals are done, and after gathering all the chakra in his mouth, the ninja will create so much flame that a red-hot fire will light up around them. All that chakra is then converted into fire inside the ninja's mouth, and it is all ejected at once, creating an extremely long blaze of fire, going directly to the opponent. This technique is straight, fast, and strong. It is most likely to be used after the enemy has been immobilized, because with such large amounts of chakra being used, the user cannot simply afford to waste it all by missing. It has to be a sure direct hit or the user will be considered a "sitting duck" while they take the time needed to recover.

Background:
Not much is known of the Shukun, or where it comes from, but one thing is for sure: to become Shukun, you must be the most powerful and intelligent one of your kind. It is a long road to becoming a Shukun, and half of those who attempt the road to glory fail and die. Initiation tests are known to take place whenever someone summons one, but being Shukun itself is a test. When summoned, the Shukun will only address its summoner, and will otherwise be close-mouthed about anything.
The scroll, hidden within the Hirokimi clan since its making, has but five marks on it. Tegatus's, his brothers, and three long-since dead ancestors. The Shukun must only be summoned in dire (a subjective term) situations, or it will not obey that particular summoner anymore.

Why didn't you tell me that Teg? Um, also, your RPC must have the same Jutsu's (if they require hand seals or is a strong genjutsu) in-order for your Summon Boss to have the Jutsu.
