Weaknesses:While she may be fast, her small frame makes her light, and thus, she can't take hits too well, nor can she Deal much damage when it comes to fighting hand to hand, compared to others her level. She cannot Carry too many objects, for the weight could crush her, and she is unable to break from Genjutsu as easily. Description: An unique ninjutsu, this technique transforms the user into an animal of choice. Chakra is slowly, but constantly drained while this technique is active. The user gains the traits of the animal he transforms into, but looses the abilities which his human form grants him (practically everything). The vampire can transform back to his normal form at will.

If the user transforms into a cat, it allows him to sneak about, and he gains the cat's perfect eyesight and unmatched intuition. Vampires of any level can transform into a cat, however, higher level vampires do not gain the ability to transform into a giant cat of sorts.

Bat:Jet black with a red shine, and crimson eyes, Shizuka's bat form is small and fast, alot like her. to know it is her though, you would have to reveal her to light, or get close enough to her to see for yourself.
If the user transforms into a bat, it allows him to travel discreetly and at a high speed. Only neophytes or higher can transform into a bat. While neophytes can only transform into a small to average size bat, vampires of a higher level can choose to transform into larger versions in case they need to carry something, up to a gigantic bat that can carry over 500 lbs at Nosferatu level. Of course, the bigger the bat is, the more obvious that it is unnatural. While transformed high vampires obtain tough skin and Nosferatu have hard scales, it is still not advised to use large bat sizes unless absolutely necessary. Can only be used at night. High vampires can use it during daytime if the weather is cloudy. The Vampire Queen/King can use it regardless of the weather and time of day.

If the user transforms into a wolf, it allows him to travel quicker overland while staying more aware of his surroundings. Only adepts or higher can transform into a wolf. Adepts transform into a normal size wolf, high vampires transform into a large wolf. Nosferatu can transform into wolves about two-three times the normal size which have protective hide. The Vampire Queen/King can transform into a giant wolf with hard protective hide that can also cut things.
Name: Bestial Form
Requirements: None
Description: This is what the vampires call it when one of them goes into a bloodlust frenzy. The vampire loses his human features - his skin becomes a shade of gray (from light gray to dark gray, depends on person, like human skin color), his eyes glow red, his teeth grow to about a wolf's size and become very sharp, and his nails turn into claws. While in this form, the person gains a 100% increase to his strength and speed, but becomes absolutely mindless, and will attack friend or foe. Though this state can be induced by drinking excessive amounts of human blood, there are no known ways of canceling it. It will wear off within minutes if the transformed vampire has no possibility to attack and/or drink anybody's blood, but they tend to do just that, thus prolonging the transformation - practically, turning to the Bestial Form would be the end of the vampire as a person if there's nobody to stop his rampage.
Name: Knowledge of the Blood
Requirements: Adept level
Description: This bloodline limit allows a vampire to obtain knowledge of another person by drinking a bit of their blood. Since Ghouls and Neophytes are very vulnerable to the bloodlust, they can't use this technique, but other vampires can. This technique is perfect for vampires who need to obtain information that can't be available by other means. Using their personal and racial traits and/or genjutsu, they can seduce a person of the opposite gender and have a chance to bite them. Obtaining information from people of the same gender will be harder, but a charismatic enough vampire can talk anyone into dropping their guard. Vampires can also share information between themselves by drinking a few sips of each other's blood, but it is rarely used due to the ability to share their thoughts. Also, the knowledge that the vampire obtains is chaotic, and he might have to spend some time sorting it out later. The vampire can't be sure that he got what he needed either, since he can't choose what he wants to learn, and he needs to keep his teeth inside the victim's neck to keep the flow of information. A minimum of 100 ml of the victim's blood is required for the ability to take effect.
Name: Telepathy
Requirements: Adept Level
Description: All vampires of adept level or above have the ability to establish a mental link between each other, thus exchanging opinions without the need for speech. High vampires can also send their thoughts to ordinary people, but they won't be able to get a response. The vampire must have the other person, whether vampire or not, within sight and no further than fifty feet away to use this ability. Nosferatu are able to locate others through this ability, but they need their mental image and they can only know the direction in which to travel. Vampire King/Queen can also know if a certain vampire is alive or not. It will also allow any vampire to recognize any person he met before by his/her mental image, something that cannot be disguised or changed.

Description: In addition to their natural charm, vampires of Adept or higher levels can use hypnosis on their victim for quicker results. This technique requires a direct eye contact to be performed. The hypnosis can differ from controlling the person's actions for a while to making them fall into an unnatural slumber. The genjutsu's power grows with along with the vampire's level. The downfall of this technique is that after it wears off or if the target is able to resist/dispel it, it will surely lead to some serious complications (the person will obviously turn hostile or unfriendly towards the user). This is like taking a shortcut through the steep mountains instead of going around them.

Kantana - The chakra is enforced on the blade and the user does a slashing motion Sending a white aura of chakra at the enemy Cutting but also creating a wind in the process incase they try to dodge it still get a sting of wind that pushes them backwards.
Dual weapons (Buster knuckles for example) - The user has his two weapons or (how many you have) ready and the chakra flows off them and then does a slashing motion (similar to the kantana's Style but slightly diffrent)as he cross the blades creates an x motion of white aura of chakra going directly in the direction pointing.

Description: The Wings of the Vampire using this jutsu Glow with the chakra of the user, as they start flapping, creating gusts of wind. The wind brings about feelings of darkness and dread, as the person feels themselves falling into the void of darkness with in themselves. all the while the winds Generated can be used with other wind jutsu, but deals small damage to the body of the victim.
Background: (At Least 5 Lines, Not Sentences)
Shizuka is like most Maidens of the wind, she enjoys the nice summer breezes, and the smell of spring, as well as the calm before the storm, and the tranquility after. Her main goals are to grow as a Wind Maiden Kunoichi, and to learn to harness the power that helps her move fast.
From a Young age, Shizuka had been disliked by her father. Even her mother noticed that, but would not stand against him on it. Takeo Otori had wanted a son, and that was all there was too it, While her mother was content with Shizuka as she was.
Shizuka never got any positive treatment for anything she did from her father. It was never good enough, which is why she folds under pressure. Her fear of earth based jutsu actually came from her father, who knew how to do those, and had used them on her in order to punish her.
Shizuka alway only wanted to prove to her father that she was good enough. but to him, she could die, and he would never shed a tear.
In the Academy, she worked hard, and tried to strive for perfection, the only things keeping her back was fear.
She had a slightly harder time passing the Genin Exams thanks to her small light frame causing her to be intimidated by bullies before every exam. She only managed to get through the exam by reminding herself that even the Trees bend to the wind.
Shizuka was banished from her family During a training exercise of walking on water, with her Sensei, the Sannin of the sand, Jikota. She had been in only her underwear, in order to not be held down by her already sopping wet clothing, when her father had seen her, and decided that he would take no more.

Shizuka ran along the plains, enjoying the summer breeze more than she should. 'Your on a Mission, now don't get destracted' She silently Scolded, as she noticed the location of her goal.
The wind picked up, kicking sand everywhere when she got close, showing her prize only a few feet away, but something was wrong.
"Gotcha!" Shouted a Male Voice from below her, as he grabbed her ankle and pulled down, drawing her into the dirt, making her cry out in fear. The light dimmed as a cloud of sand passed over the sun, obscuring the light. A Cry rang out from the man as the sound of blood getting unleashed was heard. Shizuka crawled out with all the strength her legs could give her, her arms straining on the top level, trying to pull her frame out of the Sand.
She silently thanked her mother for teaching her to put Senbon into her sleeves, as she prepared for another attack, this time, the man being outside the dirt would make things easier.
"You won't get me that easily again" Shizuka said with a determined glare, as she pulled out her Twin Razor Fans from her Obi, and prepared to face the guy head on.

Ok, you need two more mental weaknesses. Also, if you like smaller fans, I created a Custom Weapon called Razor Fans, which are approximately the length of a Kunai while folded, and twice the size of a shuriken when extended. You may want a few of those.
