Description: Slamming his Sword of Chaos into the ground, and adding in his chakra the genin would then run forward of course he'd be ya know he'd be stopped by the blade,but instead of stopping he would throw the blade,and follow after it as he runs the blade would move the air away from him making his speed increase in a straight path. When he reaches his opponet he can either attack with the Sword of chaos or other blades

Description: Running at his enemy Shin would raise the blade as if to strike,but instead of striking when he swings the blade it dissapears along with Shin almost, and a heavy mist sets in and hundreds of shadowing figures are spotted running towards the enemy while Shin concentrates his energy into keeping himself in the air by standing on his blade, and using the element of wind to keep him up until the Mizu clones(Shadows) swing their blades in each different body part except for the head only to miss on pourpse and do a back kick and send them into the air with Shin coming down standing on the dull side of his blade. Well I'm not a mod but I can tell you that the first one needs to be changed, I'm almost positive that the only ones able to create and control ice are the hyouton clan and even if you could it would be allot higher than a C ranked jutsu. Also, you cannot make E-ranked. The second woudl be C-ranked.
Yes, Mitsuaki, the only ones to make and control Ice are Hyoton. also, there are water jutsus for people to control water. for something liek control of water it would have to be a bloodline trait, or something you get from a Bijuu (which you can;t have on these forums).

Syra, for the first one he is presuming to control water. He's trying to get every water jutsu in one slot I think. I think it's a bit too close to a gaara like thing over water. If you want to have similar effects, you have to create different jutsus of different levels for it, like many of the jutsus I made for Haldur. _________________

Its not like Gaara I don't have auto defence and once it turns into Ice BAM no more control over it I can't be god with this move and the second one just helps me keep hold of my sword..
