1. I just liked the way those spoilers looked better than the ordinary one
2. It is very useful to preserve space. I, for one, hate scrolling throw a ton of text in character profiles or something when things like that could be spoiler'd. Two-layered spoilers are irreplaceable if you're looking to make your topics look neat
