the3 first one is fine. Actually, since Nushi died, I'm willing to release my stone jutsus to the public, if that's ok with the other mods. Control Over Stone does the basically same thing as the second jutsu. As air said, the first one is good. Powerful gust of wind, huh... You do realize that even swinging your arm VERY fast only creates a small flow of air? Even if you make it larger with chakra, don't expect it to seriously (if at all) hinder your opponents movement. You'll need a half-hurricane wind speed to do that, and no way that would be C-rank _________________
