Appearance: 
Rosu is rather small, but her frail form is deceiving. From the experiments in the SHEF, her body has become unnaturally strong and quick. Her body is athletic, and has already fully developed physically, with practically perfect shapes. She usually wears a dark purple and black kimono, with black leather sandals and black leather bracers. She keeps her long hair tied in a high ponytail, but if let loose, it will reach to her knees.
Rosu has high cheek bones, which give her jaw a soft curve, a perfect curved nose and soft naturally pink rosy lips. However, she has a scar over her left eye, and a pink scar-imitating tattoo over her right eye. The tattoo continues on her forehead in a crescent shape, connecting the real and the fake scars.
Rosu wears the Kirigakure emblem on her belt. Her two wakizashis and nunchakus are stuck in the belt: the blades at her sides and the nunchakus behind her back. She carries the bow behind her back in a custom made bracing.

Strengths:
She is very strong and agile for her size, and is exceptionally good at Raiton ninjutsu. She is absolutely merciless, and would never give her opponent any chances. Rosu has good accuracy with both projectiles and close combat weapons.
Weaknesses:
While being good at Raiton ninjutsu, she has little to no skill with non-elemental techniques or techniques of other element, and her genjutsu skills are zero. She was scarred by the experiments in the SHEF, and falling under genjutsu usually causes her to see more illusions when there really are, and makes her relive the worst moments of her life, resulting in a mental breakdown. The experiments have also made her strangely vulnerable for Suiton ninjutsu.

Description:After making their Handsigns, the user selects a weapon such as a Kunai, Sword, Shuriken, etc., and infuses it with electricity. The result is that the weapon increases in cutting power, as well as gaining the ability to deliver a slightly disorienting shock if the said weapon is applied to an open wound, or anywhere the body is exposed.

Requirements:Almost exclusively Kumo Ninja
Description:Kumo's equivilant of the Konoha's Gokakyu no Jutsu, or Great fireball Technique, and a staple jutsu of most of Kumo's Chuunin. This technique requires the user to ingest a large amount of air via an extremely deep breath, the user then uses chakra to charge the lining of their throat with electricity and expells the result in one large blast.
What is expelled is basically a large, concentrated mass of electricity with the vauge shape of a bullet, earning it its name. This Jutsu has a high enough voltage to kill on direct contact, but will mostly cause extreme pain, vision and hearing disturbance, and reaction slowing. Once the bullet hits a solid object it releases its electricity into the sorrounding 10 circular feet, shocking anybody in the radius and causing the above symptoms excluding death. This jutsu costs a relatively large amount of chakra to perform.

Description:This is a less powerful version of an advanced Kumo Jutsu. It is usually taught to Genin to give them at least one large attack Jutsu. This jutsu consists of the user turning his arm into a giant conductor, through which chakra and electricity can pass through.
The user raises whatever arm he chooses, and channels his chakra into it in such a way that it attracts ambient static electricity in the area. The electricity gathers and builds in the users limb, and after a momentary preperation time it is funneled out of the limb at once by the users chakra. The result is a large bolt of lightning fired from an arm, towards the opponent.
This bolt causes extreme damage on direct contact, mainly due to the superheating effect of the lightning, and can turn most things not resistant to electricity to smoking wrecks, but it costs an extreme amount of chakra to perform, and in addition to this it requires at least five seconds to charge the jutsu, with the user doing nothing except standing still. These limitations force it down from the higher ranks to only a B-rank, though its sheer power is of A-rank level.

Description: The user forms his hand sings and focuses his chakra around his fists. Drawing in ambient static electricity from the air around him allows him to focus a small, flexible shield of lightning around his hand. The shield is small, only about the size of half the hand of whoever uses it, and is mainly focused around the knuckles and back of the hand.
The shield acts as a electrical discharge, allowing volts of electricity to be sent into whatever makes contact with it. The electricity is paralyzing, and has a chance to stun the opponent if enough lightning is discharged, however, this obviously requires some skill in Taijutsu to hit the opponent in the first place, and it takes multiple hits for the paralysis to take effect.

Description: Allows the user to fire multiple arrows in one shot. The user can fire up to three arrows at a time at the same speed as normal firing. This cannot be preformed if not properly trained.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to change the direction of an arrow in flight slightly, allowing it to bend around obstructions to find it's target. The arrow cannot deviate more than 30 degrees in any direction from it's original path, but can move almost freely within that area. This justu can be used on more than one arrow, or in combination with other jutsus, but the area of movement is reduced by 5 degrees per additional arrow and additional jutsu, due to the extra concentration needed.

Description: This jutsu causes an arrow fired by the user to explode in midair, releasing splinters of wood in a cone shape towards the area the arrow was shot. The effect is similar to a shotgun, but less powerful. This jutsu can be used with an Ice Arrow, but not a Water Arrow.

Description: The user charges the arrow they will fire with electrical chakra. When the arrow impacts, it will send an arc of lightning at the closest living target within 10 feet of the point of impact, singeing the target. If the arrow directly hits a living target, it's effects will be similar to that of a taser, causing invoulentary muscle spasms for a few seconds, enough for he user to nock another arrow and fire.

Description: This jutsu is based off the chidori. It is less powerful, but can be used at range. The user concentrates their chakra into both hands while drawing back the bow. Lightning forms in arcs between their hands, so it looks like there is an arrow nocked on the bow. The user releases, and the lightning arrow becomes a bolt of lightning that is fired at the target. It's effects are similar to the chidori, except less powerful.

Background: Lily and her twin sister Rose were born in the Country of Wind. Around that time, the country was in conflict, but the two girls' parents managed to move away from Sunagakure to the calmer regions of the land. They led a simple life, managing to keep from falling in poverty even with the state the country was in. One could think that the girls would live happily, but that was not meant to happen. The girls were barely a year old when their village was destroyed and the population slaughtered. Lily and Rose's mother managed to hide them, which was the only reason they survived.
The official story was that there were no survivors in the village and spoke nothing of the twins. In truth, the two girls were recovered by a team of scientists from Sunagakure Human Experimentation Facility (SHEF). They were to become test subjects, however, they were too young for that. They were handed to a man named Sadoku Sentou, a head scientist of the facility, who raised them until they turned five. That is when their lives turned to living hell, as the scientists decided it was finally time to put the two test subjects to use. They were injected a virus, which was capable of reforming the DNA, and put through a lot of experiments and grueling tests. It lasted for over five years, until one day, when the twins attempted an escape.
"We will escape today, I promise you", - that was what Rose, who was called Saya by the scientists, told Lily before it all began. She attacked the chuunin who was guarding them and killed him in a horrible way, ripping his neck apart with her teeth. She then ran down the hall, killing anybody she encountered in a cannibalistic way. Lily tried to follow her sister close behind, but the images of gore instilled fear in her, and Saya was moving at an incredible speed, the killing frenzy driving her forward. It was not long before Lily started falling behind, and she was soon caught by the other ninja guards who arrived once they received word about the break out. Lily cried out to her sister, but even though the latter could hear her, she did not even turn her head. It was the worst shock of all in Lily's life.
It was during that break out that she received the scar on her left eye, which was left by a kunai when she was trying to escape the ninja. Once the facility settled down after the incident, Rosu was once again put through many experiments and tests, which became twice as harsh due to her being the only test subject. It might have killed her, but a year later, a corrupt scientist sold her to Kirigakure. Since that time, her life has become much better. She still had to live in a small room with only a hard bed and a tiny wardrobe in it, she still had to eat low quality food, and she was still not treated like a human. But at least she was being trained to become a great weapon of Kirigakure no Sato, and was treated as such, which she decided was much better than being a test subject.
After a year of training in martial arts, ninjutsu and assassination, Rosu was given the rank of a genin. It made her life even better, since now she had some money, and could afford to improve her living conditions. She is highly valued for being more merciless than any other person of her rank and for her good skills with both close and ranged weapons. She is the ideal of a shinobi - only a tool, a weapon, and nothing more. However, deep down inside, she still have emotions left, but nobody to show them to.
