Description: It is a Cross like object, with a red gem in the middle, that supresses powers, sealing them in a way that only allows them to be human except for minor traits.
While wearing it, the person is weakened to water, any body of water (IE, a lake, river, stream) will cause them to take a power repulse, making it so that they get hurt badly and lose half of their chakra reserves. The Person that is wearing it cannot remove it.
Advantages:it will hide your non humanly nature, chakra and looks are hidden down to a minor form. When it is removed, they can take the highest form of their power that they have unlocked, with double chakra, stamina, speed, and strength for two posts.
Disadvantages: Weakness to water, Chakra repulse* from bodies of water, Weakened constitution while wearing it, weakened power while wearing it, Still has minor traits (IE:Vampires need blood), Someone other than the one equipped with it must take it off.
Rank: B-A
Other Requirements: Must have a power, transformation, or bloodline that is high powered. They also have to be a minimum of second stage.

*Chakra/Power Repulse is where they get a shock from their own power at the touch of water, it causes their own sealed power to hurt them with thalf of their own strength, though only water that happens to have existed for more than 5 days, Rain does not cause it, nor does the power of an opponents ninja, though they are cut in power during such to be 1/3rd weaker.

Well, Sadly I started making this out of boredom, I figured it would be more or less a restriction device, preventing those of high ranking power in their bloodline from being uber, while also giving them a boost for a post or two.
Though the more I think about it, the less I know wether it is a good thing.
Partially, I don't think it would be used, but also, I don't know how to use it, I might just get it as an object, should I get it finished.
Can someone just lock this, until I can manage to figure out how to finish it.
