Roiyaru isn’t a pretty boy. He knows that and is glad that he isn’t. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s ugly. His hair is kept low all the time, in a short buzzcut. However, there are still wave patterns in his hair. He wears contact lenses due to his nearsightedness and they are solely used for sight purposes, not cosmetic. He has large sideburns on the side of his face, welcoming the entry of facial hair. He has dark-brown eyes that look black from a distance though they are a lighter brown when under light. Due to being of African-American descent, his skin tone is darker than most, being of a dark-brown color. Being a teenager and all, he has a small amount of pimples and marks scattered throughout his face though Roiyaru tries his best to keep his face clean.

Clothing:

• Pair of sunglasses worn at the top of the head. Sleek, sports-like and has a silver rimming.
• Plain gray tank top with green cross printed over heart area.
• Green and gray shorts with a white stripe running down the side.
• Kumogakure headband printed on green cloth, tied to right bicep.
• White armband with green first-aid cross printed.
• Specialized gloves on both hands. Both completely black.
• Kunai Holster on left leg, bandages underneath.

Royaru loves his sunglasses, it is as if he cannot operate without them. They will be seen either on top of his head most of the time or actually worn as a pair of sunglasses. Royaru’s favorite colors are gray and green and his attire reflects that. He wears a plain gray tank top that has a green cross printed over his heart, reflecting his medic status. Along with it, Royaru wears green and grey shorts with a white stripe running down the side of them, allowing for easy maneuverability.

Royaru’s Kumogakure headband is worn on his right bicep, printed on green cloth to match along his color scheme. On his left bicep, he wears a white armband with a green first-aid cross printed onto it, symbolizing his medical knowledge. Specialized gloves are worn on Royaru’s hands, utilized in his fighting style. Even though he’s ambidextrous, Roiyaru wears his Kunai holster on his left leg, preferring to use his left hand more often than his right.

Overall, Royaru aimed for attire that could reflect his style and be casual yet he can still operate in his shinobi activities.

One thing that people notice about Roiyaru is that he's extremely energetic. It's as if he never gets tired and he doesn't like standing still for too long. This energy transfers into his training and fighting, giving him some what of an edge.

[:Comic:]
Roiyaru loves anything that's funny. Period. Even if no one else laughs, it doesn't matter, as long as he got a laugh out of it. Though, when others do laugh, it only amplifies Loyal's spirits.

[:Loopy:]
Some people think that Roiyaru’s "mentally irregular." Sure, Roiyaru does do some things that are kind of "out there," but he doesn't have any disease or anything....as far as he knows. However, Roiyaru does agree with him being crazy and loopy, claiming that being "normal" is no fun.

[:Smart:]
Though Roiyaru comes across as just as a crazy person who can never calm down, he's actually pretty smart, completely fooling and baffling people in general and his opponents in a fight. However, Roiyaru is sometimes unaware of how intelligent he is.

[:Optimistic:]
Roiyaru’s optimistic. Very optimistic. He's optimistic when others would be outright broken. It's not because he's naive, just the fact that he believes negativity hinders people a great deal.

Background:
Roiyaru was born in Kumogakure, the Village Hidden in the Clouds. During his early years, he lived the child’s life, not a care in the world, only to grow and enjoy himself happily. Once the talk about being a Shinobi entered the conversations and minds of many of the young children in the Village, Roiyaru wasn’t really particularly interested, not entirely sure on what he wanted to be once he matured. However, as time passed by, Roiyaru developed a large interest for the medical field and began spending time in the Hospital, helping the Doctors there. Once he reached the age of sixteen, Roiyaru finally decided that he wanted to become a Medical-Nin, one who fought for the wellbeing of his comrades. Having just graduated the Academy at the age of seventeen, he knows his journey isn’t over. That thought of becoming a Sannin has always been afloat in Roiyaru’s mind…

Uh ...wierd that everything is really small but it certainly works. You didn't do your specialities right. What you want to say, I believe, is Ijutsu specialist, Taijutsu minor. Not Ijutsu specialist major and taijutsu specialist minor lol. Also, every ninja except hyuuga's have an element....so you do indeed get to choose an element! If you don't know what to pick, just pick kumogakure's signature raiton element. Otherwise choose the element you like best! I'm personally excited for your character, seeing as it ties to Kumo, which in turn ties to me =)

Well you don't have to learn jutsu from an element, but it still puts you at an extreme disadvantage to not have one, for at later times there may be a weapon or jutsu of an element that you want, and then you will be out of luck. If you don't desire to learn any elemental jutsu... just don't train in elemental jutsu lol. Pick one anyways though, it will make me happy

Despite the semi-short history, which I don't mind since a ninja at E rank and fresh out of the academy would not have an exceptionally long story,
