Appearance:Rian is an exceedingly tall man that dresses in a long coat that covers his exposed body other than the bandages he wraps himself in constantly training his body in speed and strength. He carries around with him a short tanto and uses no other weapons apart from his gloves in which he uses to make his lightning based attacks more dangerous by amplifying them to greater proportions. He also wrapped his body in bandages on his upper torso and arms to further restrain his movement so when he removes them he is able to fully maximize his powers and pull out all stops to defeat any opponent. Though he is aggressive one must not know he finds when people pick on the weak and helpless he cannot stand by without further interjection. and will throw himself into harms way to right wrongs he witnesses.

Personality: Rain is a very aggressive Out spoken Ninja. though aggressive he can seem to have a lighter attitude towards his comrades once he has known them for awhile but always values strength amongst his companions. The fact being is that so that they may keep up with his aggressive fast paced attack style. He tends to over whelm his opponents with a steady onslaught of attack combos that will leave his opponent open for another set of crushing attacks. He was able to maintain the aggressive personality due to the fact that his Mentor lived as a missing nin and fought at a moments notice. He even made Rian fight opponents that where far his Superior.
Rian also has a sense to make him view weakness as a thing to look down onBut also a thing to pity . But he is very kind to those who wish to obtain more strength and is always willing to help those who wish to train their bodies and souls to have the will of lightning. it being quick to attack with thunderous aftermath. because of such an onsluaght he has a nick name of "Tide of the Heavens given to him by many masters of dojos. In whom he had defeated due to his mentors grueling training sessions.
Rian also is very spiritual. to periods in his life to have to take time out to reflect on his life up until that point needing a few days of meditation. This being is that his master told him a healthy body comes with a clear mind. During his meditations He is able to clear every thought and happening that had transpired during the previous week or two. With this technique on self reflection Rian is able to calm himself and always be fresh to be able to take anything head on.

Description: Enlightenment Of Thunder and Lightning, a traditional Korean martial art passed on through the centuries to one student at a time. It amplifies the presence of Metal element in the atmosphere and collides it with a medium, creating lightning. EOTL had long gotten rid of the traditional movements and forms and has instead been taught so that each successor could incorporate EOTL into their own fighting styles as a way to advance the art. Essentially, EOTL uses the "quality, not quantity" approach, as the art relies on having a very refined and pure Chakra even if not much in amount, instead of enormous quantity of unrefined Chakra, the breathing method is the key to purifying the Chakra to be used, similar to how only pure uranium can be used to create an atomic explosion. Master Taer states that the art takes Yin Ki and Yang Ki and turns them into negative and positive charges which are then collided. The focal point of breathing is Yin of inhaling (negative charge) and Yang of exhaling (positive charge). Due to the Metal elements presence in the body the user's body is very tough.
Because of this the User is extremly resistant towards Lightning based attacks. But receives a weakness to Wind increased by 1.5 times the damage they would receive.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, it does not grant one the properties of said objects or skills of that person, meaning turning into a weapon will not allow you to cut an opponent and turning into a dog will not give you a great sense of smell.
This technique can also be used in conjunction with someone, who may a person, a pet or a summoning creature, in which case it is called Konbi Henge (Combination Transformation). However, its principles remain the same.

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themselves with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. Naturally, it won't work with another person unless their skill gap is enormous, and the object to replace oneself with must be close in size and weight to the ninja themselves. This technique must be set up a little ahead when fighting skilled opponents, otherwise, you may end up getting struck because you wouldn't have enough time to use it.

Description: A rather simple move that can only be used under certain conditions. The user will attempt to grab their opponent from behind while the latter are in the air and lock their ankles around their neck, restricting movement to a degree, while also grabbing them with their arms. They will then change position in the air so that the opponent is falling towards the ground head first. The point of this technique is to slam the enemy's head into the ground at a high speed. While quite deadly, this technique is hard to initiate and not that hard to break out of.

Description:The user creates positive and negative charges in his fist and collides them, creating lightning, it has a stun effect, Which disrupts the opponents chakra for a few posts (2 for c rank. 4 for A rank) Causing the user to have to use 2 times more chakra to use a jutsu. the effectiveness depends on the user's skill which can produce either a current that stuns the opponent for a long duration of time or a current that lasts only for very short time. This also depends on who the opponent is because if they are powerful enough, dispersing the effect with their own Chakra would be quite easy.

Description:(Officially known as the Fist of Reverse Lightning, it was renamed by Rian). It works by only creating a negative charge while using the enemies positive charge used to guard against Lightning Fist to create a lightning effect, it disrupts the flow of Chakra in the body of the enemy, the effectiveness of the technique depends on many separate factors, the user's skill level in the art and current condition when using Thunder Break, and the opponent's toughness and body density, with these factors the effect of the disruption can be very damaging or very weak. When the victim attempts to block the attack with chakra to negate the effects of lightning fist, the user uses thunder break to cause the victim's chakra to be blocked (2 posts for C-Rank, 4 for A-Rank) So they cannot preform any jutsu. Can also Be used as an AoE Attack that disrupts an area of 15 feet around the user. The user punches the ground disrupting the natural chakra around him to cause electricity to fly from the ground up paralyzing anything it touches for 1 post.

Description:This Skil requires no hand seals. It needs to be used in close combat situations in which the user is grabbed or grabs an opponents. It's basic theory is "Static Electricity" and it works by changing the voltage of the users body and uses the flow of Chakra as a current to shock the enemy. You generate negative charge on the left hand while inhaling and create a positive charge on the right hand while exhaling. Until the user lets go the person attacked will be continuously shocked so it's considered a kill technique. Thought a very dangerous move it requires alot of Chakra. to uses for 1 posts can incapacitate a victim more than that the users health deteriorates . 2 posts after that the victim dies but the user is unconscious for 5 ooc posts

Description: The User gathers lightning Chakra into three points around their hand the balls first strike with energy then send sound wave through what ever it strikes thrilling the surrounding area and causing it to break up into dust and rubble and can either hit with a physical attack or use the three balls as ranged projectiles that move at an extreme pace. If used as an physical attack the user can attack three time or once using every ball at once to do massive damage. The user can easily level a building to dust with this attack so its assumed that if it where to ever connect with a person they would be gone in a flash hence the name lightning flash.

It has a reach of 50 yards but can only travel in a straight line. but it can be fired quickly about 4 times in one post.

Rian was born out side of the Kumo village, Because his parents didn't seem it would be a good uprising for him to live in. They no Longer believed that the way of the ninja would be a good up bringing for their child so they moved to a little know village a few miles outside the main city. His father being a chuunin of average ability was able to make use of his talents to provide for his family by becoming security chief of the village training the men of it to defend themselves from attacking bandits and thieves. His mother worked on taking care of rian while his father would defend the village from the marauding attackers.

One year when Rian was about 4 an heavy attack came upon their village causing the destruction of the village, aand the death of Rians father, who ordered his child's mother to retreat into the woods to go into hiding. while fleeing into the woods the rians mother was unable to evade and striking them down once he found them. the killer came down hard onto Rian and his mother causing her to give her life for her child telling him to run away from the killer and was stabbed fatally through the back piercing her lungs.
Rian fell back wards and his mothers blood sprayed all over him and he crawled backwards completely frightened of the man with a scarf over his eyes and grinned as he heard Rians sobbing. He turned his head and pulled his sword out from Rians mothers chest and spun it splashing Rian with more of his mothers blood. He walked over to Rian laughing
"Well one more down i suppose i guess your not much of a fighter huh you let me kill you mommy. Did you like seeing her pierced with my blade. I cant wait to hear what screams you'll make as i slice you up and pull your organs out while you watch. HA ha ah ah ah ha ha! Can you hear that its your death coming closer child and its inevitable your blood will stain this earth and there is nothing you can do about it!" The man said manically as he spun his blade that made an eerie whistling noise due to the fact that there was a hole near the tip of it that was able to draw in blood then be spun around to splatter blood over the next victim, While spinning the blood would fall out releasing a whistling that sound like moaning whistling while being swung around.
The man approached Rian closer as he backed up . Unable to move any longer due to fear Rian laid there shivering and sobbing uncontrollably.
"Well child its been fun but its time for you to die." He said with a laugh as he brought his blade down towards Rian. Who could only seem to raise his arm in a pitiful attempt in protecting himself from an attack that would kill him in one blow.
He closed his eyes not wanting to see his death approaching him. It seemed like an eternity that he waited to be killed. He waited a few more seconds. Still shivering he opened his eyes he saw the mans sword inches from his his arm he rolled to the side to see the man had been stopped from a punch to the back of his head that left the strangers fist embedded in the back of his head. The stranger pulled his hand from the back of his head causing the man to slump forward falling onto his blade. Rian looked on and looked back at the stranger who was quite a large man he shook his fist off splattering more blood onto Rian. Rian was now in complete shock he had never seen so much blood before and his eyes where glazed over. The man turned to walk away and stopped a few feet away.
"Are you coming or do you think there is still something for you to do here?" The man said without turning around.
Rian hesitated a few moments and looked at his dead mother. He walked over to her and removed a necklace his father had made from metal he had worked around a sapphire. The man had already started walking and Rian Ran to catch up. He knew there was nothing left for him at this village now that both of his parents where dead. He wanted to give them a proper burial but he could do it on his own at the moment so all he could do was follow the man.

Rian had spent a few years training with his mentor whose name was Taer. While under his apprentice ship Taer only showed him basic ninjustus and taijutsu moves and would have him fight and and all challengers that wished to defeat Taer for fame. Most of the time Rian was outmatched but his masters teachings allowed him to over come most opponents. Taer said "If your to weak to defeat these opponents you might as well die." He would say as he walked into his hut and allowed the Challenger to fight his student. The first experience that Rian had was a bout with a samurai that had challenged his master to a fight to the death.
"Come out Taer so i may prove myself as the greatest warrior in these lands by killing you!" The man hollered as Rian looked on from the porch and ran to the door to get his master.
"Taer sensie a man is out there with a sword and he wants to fight you are you going to defeat him like you defeated all those other men before?" Rian asked excitedly. He enjoyed watching his Sensie Fight people the action always made himexcited and it was amazing to see his msster crush the enemies so easily but when a good fight came along he always watched eagerly trying to learn as much as he could from the fights. Only this time he would not be watching.
"Rian i have no time for this you will fight for me." Said Taer as he walked back into the hut and locked the door. Rian was horrified how could he defeat such a man he was much larger than him and had to be alot more skilled than he was. Rian turned around and shivered the man had a furious look on his face and started yelling.
"HOW DARE YOU INSULT ME! YOU COWARD TAER YOU HAVE YOUR SUBORDINATES FIGHT FOR YOU WHEN YOU COWER IN YOUR HUT! FINE ILL KILL THIS BOY THEN ILL KILL YOU AND LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT A COWARD YOU WHER-" Rian did not allow the man to finish as his fist collided with the mans jaw breaking it instantly. He was furious no one called his master a coward. he was the bravest man he knew and always was a defender of the weak. Rian was on top of the man in a second pounding down landing blow after blow upon the mans face. He roared with such a fury that birds flew off in all directions. He felt delight in crushing such an unworthy opponent to feel his blood soak his hands as his blows obliterated the mans face even more. Rian raised his hand for what he was sure to be the final blow when out of no where a hand grabbed him and sent him spiraling to the ground . Rian tumbled a bit the laid sprawled on the ground and looked up. It was his master and he had stopped Rian from delivering a killing blow.
"Are you so weak that you would kill a defenseless man. What made you go into such a rage that you were willing to kill him?" Taer asked with a glare clearly disappointed in his students choice and lack of self control. Rian shivered his master had never given him such a look before and he knew that Taer was entirely serious.
"Im sorry sensie he called you a coward and i felt that i had to defend your name. I got carried away in the moment it wont happen again." Rian said with his head down.
Taer took the man to the nearby hospital and later came back saying that their time training here was at an end and he now had to wander the world and learn more taijutsu and come back when he felt he would be able to redeem himself in a fight. Only then could Rian graduate from his Masters Teachings and become a full fledged master himself

After many years of traing himself in many different forms of martial arts. Rian decided to become a mercenary for hire. He figured there was no better way in honing his skills then protecting someones life by using his own as a buffer. At first he worked for a few villages here and there. As he worked more he gained more notiriety for his complete loyalty to anyone who purchased his exremly expensive contract. Eventally a crime boss bought his contract and used him to fight in death matches. Though Rian did not wish to kill these people he was forced to under his moral code that he must remain loyal to whom-ever holds his contract or is released from service. So now he is at the mercy of this sadistic don biding his time until he can escape.
