Name: Kokohi no Jutsu - False Place Technique

Description: This simple illusionary technique changes the appearance of a nearby object slightly, for example, it can make small objects invisible, change the text on something or make some object have slightly different shape. The object will regain its original appearance after the jutsu is released, dispelled or, in case it changed the shape or visibility of an object, touched on purpose.
Megumi led Nikko to their front yard, followed by Bravery, who sat down on the grass and payed attention to their next training session. Megumi began,"This is a simple task for a genjutsu user, you should be able to learn this quickly, and it doesn't even require us to go far," she pulled out a scroll out of her pouch and picked up a stick from the ground, "This is called 'Kokohi no Jutsu- False Place Technique. It can prove useful if your smart with it. I want you to transform the stick, so that it looks like the scroll."
Nikko looked at the scroll once and placed his attention on the stick, while holding up a one handed seal, he began concentrating,"Make the stick imitate the scroll. The stick doesn't have chakra, so I need to use mine to mask its appearance. Kokohi no jutsu," he said. The stick looked in a way, distorted, blurry for a couple of seconds, before becoming clear in the shape of the scroll.
"Good job," Megumi replied, inspecting the fake scroll, looking exactly like the real one she had in her hand.
"Now open it, and let me put in the words to, make it more realistic," Nikko said.
"That won't happen," Megumi replied.
"Why not?"
"Well, can you open a stick?" she said. Immediately Nikko understood the idea of the technique and its limits,"Let me see it..." Megumi handed him the false scroll, and it even felt like a scroll would, proving Nikko's potential as a genjutsu specialist. He threw it against the house and upon impact, the masking chakra disappeared, causing it to look distorted for a second before turning back into a stick. Bravery ran over to the stick, picked it up and ran over to Nikko with it to hand it to him. Nikko took it from Bravery and threw it again, and the dog went to go retrieve it.
"Hey stop messing around this is a training session!" Megumi said, slightly annoyed.
"Well then, we should train him," Nikko said looking at Bravery. He didn't know what exactly caused him to say that, but it made him think about how Bravery hasn't left his side since yesterday, almost as if he was expecting Bravery to follow him out on missions as well.
"What? thats ridiculous..." Megumi said, stressing on the word 'ridiculous'.
"Well, why not? Here," Nikko handed Megumi the stick, "Put this behind your back," she did as she was told and Nikko stood behind her. He held up the same one handed seal,"Kokohi no jutsu!"
Nikko walked back over to Bravery and knelt beside him, petting him and resting his hand behind his neck, Nikko asked him, "Which one is it?" Figuring out what Nikko was thinking, Megumi switched the scroll and the fake one between her hands. She held them both out.
Bravery looked at both of them for a second, sniffed them, and immediately began barking at the scroll in Megumi's right hand. Nikko and Megumi both looked at each other in suprise. Nikko put up the one handed seal to cancel his technique. The scroll in her right hand blurred for a second, and became a stick once again.
"Amazing..." she said. Bravery began hopping around.
"Throw it, he wants to play," Nikko said, and Bravery began running after the stick.

Name: Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu - Mole Hiding Technique
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: This earth element ninjutsu lets the user hide underground for extended periods of time. A shinobi using this technique can also move about, which may allow for an escape, surprise attack or something else. However, a skilled opponent may be able to detect the user by sound, vibrations or other, less conventional means.
"Good. Well, that's as far as genjutsu training goes with me. Unlike you, I dont have an eye for strategy, nor do I know any genjutsu I could teach you. If you wish to train your mind, you will have to learn on your own, or look elsewhere. In the meantime, the only thing I can do is train your body," and she took out a kunai, spun it on her finger and caught it. Nikko took out a kunai as well, and held it out in front of him. Megumi ran up to Nikko, and their kunai's clashed multiple times leaving sparks in between them after every successful block made by Nikko. Bravery immediately got up, growling baring his fangs. His mane stood, up and he had the same vibe in his eyes that he noticed Bravery did with the pretty Konoha girl before scaring her away. When their kunai's clashed they were face to face, while struggling to push Nikko's kunai back, Megumi asked him, "What's Bravery doing?"
"I don't know," he said before jumping back and throwing the kunai. Megumi blocked it with hers, and Nikko barely managed to pull out another one to stop Megumi's attack. They were at a 3 second stand still, "No matter what, he won't hurt you" Nikko said. Megumi's eyes glanced at Bravery for a quick second before jumping back. Bravery ran at Megumi in his terrifying state, but he jumped on her using his two front paws to stand him up so he could lick her face.
"Ewwwww!!! Bravery!!! Stop!!!" Nikko rested his fighting position, and laughed out loud.
Bravery stopped licking her face, and looked her in the eyes,"Rawrrrr rawrr rawr rah raw..."
"What??" was all she could muster while wiping her face with her sleeve. She watched Bravery walked back towards Nikko, stopped, turned around to face Megumi, and leaned forward in his terrifying state, as if he was ready to pounce. Nikko's mouth dropped open as he looked down at Bravery's back. Bravery ran at Megumi, who prepared herself for attack. Before Bravery could reach her, she used shunpo to disappear and hide in the ground with Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu - Mole Hiding Technique. Nikko watched as Bravery sniffed the air for a few seconds, and he began clawing at the ground.
"She's underground?" Nikko thought, and before he could think of a strategy, he watched Bravery make his way deep into the earth, followed by a scream by Megumi, neither she nor Nikko expected this. Bravery was capable of jutsu, and if he wasn't he could dig really really fast and hide in the earth. The ground busted and Megumi looked as if she was falling upwards with Bravery gripping her arm with his fangs. She was on her back, and Bravery was on all fours over her still holding on to Megumi's arm.
"That's enough!" Nikko yelled, and immediately he let go and began licking Megumi's face as if saying 'no hard feelings'. He ran back over to Nikko and jumped on him, using Nikko's body to stand straight up, "Rah rawr rawrrrrrrr." Nikko was a loss at words so instead he smied a confused smile and began petting him, "So, you understand what it is to be a shinobi, huh? And you have an amazing sense of smell! You found Megumi underground, yes you did, yes you did!" he said playfully.
Megumi stood up and looked at Nikko play with Bravery, "You've gotta be joking! Bravery can fight!" she said, looking down at her bleeding forearm.
"I guess so!" Nikko replied. As he began playing with Bravery.
Bravery stopped what he was doing, ran over to Megumi and jumped on her, "Rawrr rar rahhhhrrr raw," and he ran into the house, with a decorated box safely in his mouth. He walked over to Nikko and handed him his Ryuteki.
Slightly dramatic, Megumi was pulling on her hair, "What is goin on??"
Nikko looked at Bravery who was looking back at him intently, "He wants you to hear the Ryuteki," Bravery barked in agreement.
"What about training?" Megumi asked.
"Didn't you say that if I wanted to pursue more genjutsu? I was reading the book you gave me, and the book states that sound is so powerful, it has been recorded that it was used by shinobi."
Megumi walked towards him and sat down a couple of steps ahead of him, "I see where this is going..."
"Just listen..." Nikko said as he pressed the ryuteki against his lips. Bravery layed down next to Nikko calmly.

Just as Nikko pressed the Ryuteki against his lips a second thought crossed his mind, "If Bravery wants to take on the life of a shinobi, he MUST know that we can't just be sitting around doin nothing all the time," he paused, and returned the ryuteki in the box.
"We should do one more thing before we finish the session," he said to Megumi.
"And what is that?" she asked.
"Let's see if Bravery can really sense a genjutsu. Just stay here with him," he said. Bravery hopped p to sit upright when he saw Nikko get up, "Stay," Bravery did as he was told as Nikko ran in the house. Megumi layed there comfortable to pet him as they waited.
Nikko ran in the house, and was greeted by Lady and Jade. Neither of them had their pink sweaters on, so Nikko raised one hand, "Kokori no jutsu" and in seconds they were wearing false pink sweaters. He went in the kitchen,"Kokori no jutsu," and food appeared in their bowls. Mai happened to be in the kitchen washing dishes when she asked, "What is that your doing?"
"Training" he said as he ran off upstairs. His room door was closed,"Kokori no jutsu" and the door appeared open, showing what it looked like inside. He ran downstairs and into the living room, "Kokori no jutsu!" and he made it seem like the couch and the love seat switched places, "That should be good," he stepped outside of the house, and Bravery sat up, "Inside."
Obediently, Bravery walked in, and was greeted by Lady and Jade. He sniffed them for a few seconds and looked over at Nikko,"Rawrr rawrrrr rah raw."
"You figured it out?" he asked as he put up his hand to cancel that technique. He walked into the living room, and immediately noticed the couches, he jumped on one of them to cancel it, and he moved on to the kitchen. He looked at his children's bowls and barked. He bumped the bowls with his nose, and the food disappeared. Mai looked at Nikko and the dog smiling,"Hey Bravery! So that's what he's doing, training the dog. Smart kid. I wonder if he figured out about the Ryuteki yet," she thought.
Bravery ran back to the living room, and ran upstairs. Nikko was keeping up with him with an amazed expression. He ran to Nikko's room, but instead of running inside, he jumped on the entrance, revealing there was really a door, "He didn't miss a single one."
Bravery was looking around, and he ran back downstairs, taking one last look at the house before concluding everything was back in its place, "Rawrrr raw rah rawrrr" Bravery mumbled to himself. Megumi's first thought was to take him to the Hokage and get him registered as a pet nin, but Nikko had to remind her the Hokage, Inuzuka Tomatsu, was currently out of the village. The news slightly angered her, "Why would the Hokage leave his village unattended to?! Especially while the village is under a crises?"
Nikko shrugged, "It must be important."
Megumi sighed and crossed her arms, "Not to the point where he has to leave himself...ANBU could have probably taken care of it," she thought back to her time applying for ANBU and getting denied,"They are there to help when times get rough."
Nikko sat down next to his Ryuteki and pulled it out, "That's good for today. Now let's just relax." Properly holding the Ryuteki, he began to play, the sound was soothing and enjoyable. Bravery layed down next to him. Even Megumi stopped thinking about the Hokage and sat quietly to listen. The tune was slow and mellow.
As Nikko played, there were a number of thoughts that ran through his mind, particularly on today's training session. First he was reviewing how to do Kokori no Jutsu. He thought of the jutsu as easily done, and it can be effective if used intelligently. He then thought about how Bravery was able to pinpoint genjutsu. He felt as if he needed to test his theory on it more, he knew that Bravery could tell when there is an illusion, but he wanted to push him to the limit so he knows which genjutsus he can detect.
Nikko changed his style of play, and the sound of the Ryuteki went from slow and mellow, to slow and inticing. He though about how Bravery stood up to fight Megumi, and had her cornered, she couldn't even find refuge in the earth beneath them, "He must have earth affiliated chakra," next he thought about the book Megumi had given him, and he remembered reading about how sound can be used by shinobi. Immediately he felt the urge to test this theory, but when he squinted his eyes, he saw Bravery calm with his eyes closed, and Megumi was seemingly deep in thought. He figured he didn't want to ruin the moment and that he would test the theory another day. The succession of notes were fast, and he ended the bar with a long low note, slow then fast, then high and low, he let his fingers play freely. He enjoyed the Ryuteki because he didn't have to think about how to play it, or playing it at all, allowing his mind to think while he too enjoys the sound. He can be considered a prodigy of this instrument, with every note being performed fluidly it just came naturally to him. He was thinking how easy it is to play this instrument, and that if he could somehow perform jutsu with the music, it would allow him time to think and give him time to think of a strategy. He would bring a new meaning to 'Music is Powerful'. But the most he loved about the Ryuteki was how he could make the music touch a certain emotion, whether it be happy, sad, angry, whatever. As he was playing, Mai came out along with Maino, Lad and Jade.
Oh, so he's playing the Ryuteki we gave him, seems like he's gotten good already," Mai said, as she sat down on the steps with them,"He isn't using it as a jutsu?" she blinked expecting to see some kind of illusion when she opened her eyes, "Nope...he's just playing...wow. What a powerful melody, he really has gotten good. I guess that's a good thing. Not only using the thing as a weapon." Megumi began running around in the yard playing with Lady, Jade, and Maino. Mai's eyes fell upon Bravery, who began howling with Nikko's flute, sounding slightly melodic as well. Bravery's howl was a long one, and Nikko played rapidly with the howl, which together sounded beautiful. Megumi, and Bravery's family even stopped to look, to watch it as if it were a performance.
"If Nikko allows Bravery to fight alongside him, their bond will be strong, they'll make one formidable team," Mai thought, "Who knows, he might figure out his bloodline without our help. Too bad we can't have him knowing about our clan and what we used to be. Maybe he'll become a formidable shinobi without it, or at least without knowledge OF it," her eyes began to water up, which led her to going back inside the house.
