Dante sat alone on the stone wall that surrounded the graveyard of the Uchiha compound. It was the time of day when no one was around doing anything. So Dante could only sit and think of mindless things to occupy his time. Though he had some trouble distracting himself long enough to make any sort of dent in the rest of the long day. I guess I could simply go out to train instead of sit around here. Though, I have no idea what i could train on. Using my Sharingan would simply drain before I can get a real exercise in since I had battled with that Inuzuka. Dante sighed and lied down on the wall.
As he did this someone opened the door to one of the Uchiha houses, Dante didn't get up to look for he already knew which one it was and who was now out with him. He heard his Uncles footsteps move down the stone pathway that cut through the garden, then made a large arc on the gravel path leading to the Gate where Dante was only a few yards from, now pretending to be asleep. Though his Uncle didn't seem to be fooled by his ploy, and instead he continued to make his way to Dante with precise and resolute steps that crunched the small gravel beneath them like glass breaking when hitting the ground.
" Dante are you really going to sit there all day? Don't you have things to do?" Dante listened to the low gruff that was his Uncles voice. Now matter how long he happened to listen to it, he couldn't help but remember his father when he heard him speak. Dante lifted one eye lid to peer down at his uncle's face. it was stern, and perfectly angled despite having three scars running crisscross along the side of his forehead. His dark eyes looked back into Dante's seeming to cut long holes into his skull as he looked.
Dante looked up into the sky in order to get away from his Uncle's stone gaze. He sighed knowing that his uncles was right, he shouldn't be just sitting around doing nothing. He was raised better then that. He should be out trying to make something of himself, trying to make himself stronger despite not truly having neither the enthusiasm or the energy for it. that was no excuse to be explicitly lazy though. He continued to peer at the blank blew sky for a few more seconds before he finally looked back to his uncle.
To Dante's surprise his uncle seemed like he had not moved a single breathes distance at all. His eyes fell exactly back into the same spot on his own, digging deeper into him making an almost permanent impression on his soul. " You are right uncle, I should be doing something of myself and not just lying around. Though to be honest I am not sure what to do. I know nothing to train for at the moment." Dante frowned as he said the words. for he had never told his uncle, nor his aunt, or anyone else for that matter, that he had been able to unlock the first stage of his sharingan. He felt that such training and discovery would be more rewarding if he developed it on his own.
His uncle scratched his chin, thinking of what to do with Dante no doubt. he looked Dante over a few times as he did so. On the second pass his eyes stopped at Dante's middle, drifting off to his right for a second. His Uncles onyx eyes narrowed and shot back up to Dante's face. His uncle had a seriously angered look on his face at that second. Is that a crack in your swords scabbard Dante? What is the matter with you, walking around with such damage done to your weapons. Get that fixed, that is what you should be doing with your time. "
Dante looked at the scabbard that held his sword Spirit, looking at the long crack curving up from the base and then branching off into two smaller cracks near its middle. Dante traced the cracks with his finger, noting the damage with a brush along it's length. In a swift flash the memory of his battle with the Inuzuka came back to him. How he had smashed the hilt of his sword into the knuckles of the Inuzuka and then blocked the claw of his dog with his scabbard. the force creating the crack in the stained wood that his uncle had pointed out to him now.
Dante had planned on getting it fixed right away, but he must have forgotten to do so and was now getting scolded for it. " This happened earlier today uncle, when i was in battle with an Inuzuka. I had planned to repair it soon after, but it must have slipped my mind." Dante tapped the wood to check if was still sturdy even with the crack. it held, meaning that the fix could be done and he would not be needing to buy a whole new scabbard for his blade. for this he was pleased, but it did not alleviate the sadness from the damage that was still done.
His uncle smacked him in the head with his hand and Dante flinched from the hit. He was not expecting the hit and was caught off guard.' Well that is to knock the fact it needs repair back into you Dante. Now head off to the Uchiha blacksmith and get it fixed. NOW!" His uncles tried to sweep in with his other hand to give him another knock but Dante quickly ducked underneath it this time. He a sly smile his jumped onto the wall and stepped off landing on the other side. Getting away from his uncle, his stone hard gaze, and fiery hands of pain.
The Uchiha blacksmith was off near the center of the village, placing himself and his shop in the bulk of business to increase profit. A smart choice, but it meant a walk for Dante. He started off down the street, glancing back at the Uchiha compound to see his Uncle standing outside the gate still watching him. Making sure that he followed his orders Dante suspected. Dante saw him shake his head then scrub his hands on the cloth he had in his pocket, getting the dust and dirt, which Dante had now been smacked with, off his skin then turning and walking back towards his house.
Dante walked down the streets rather quickly, wanting to get this task over with before nightfall. He moved past common people with a blur glimpsing the random shopper and even a few shinobi going about their business. He noticed a familiar looking Inuzuka walking into a ramen shop as he sped past, noting where it was so he could perhaps came back later. Dante looked ahead in time to see a shop sign headed for him as he was in mid jump. He instinctively put his hands up to guard his face. Though at the last second he put his foot out to catch on the corner of the stalls counter that stuck out a foot or so from its frame.
' oh Shit Dante thinks to himself, looking face on at the sign in front of him. He pulled with his foot as his moved, causing him to do a partial back flip in the air. His face fell under the sign just as he was about to hit it. Dante flipped upside down and then pushed off the sign with his hand to land roughly on his feet, completing his crude back flip. The stall owner looked at him surprise and Dante simply made a sigh of relief before heading off again. Though of course now being more cautious and aware of his surroundings, not wanting to be made into a fool as he hits an awning.
Dante makes his way around a corner stopping in front of a large shop with a small garden out front. A sign stuck out from the building, an anvil being struck by a hammer with the sharingan set into the metal could be seen on its side. The Word's "Uchiha Smithing" printed of the top. Dante stepped into the shop a bell ringing as he opened the door. the first part of the shop looked like a normal store. Rows and aisles or merchandise covered the room. Kunai, Shuriken, Senbon, Ground Spikes, Swords, and more layed neatly on the wooden shelves. Dante moved past them slowly. Running his fingers along the smooth metal as he passed.
A well Built man came around from the back of the shop where the Furnace, cooling tanks and the rest of the "Smithery Hell Hole" as Dante liked to call it, was hidden. The man looked about to be in his high thirties and had a large smile on his face, laughing wrinkles around his eyes. The man brushed his hands on the apron he was wearing, black smears showing up to sit with many others that covered the brown leather. " Now Dante, what brings you here today? Those swords holding up are they? Now I know they didn't break so tell what do you need?" Kanaru was one of the few Uchiha that did not have a serious ego problem in the Uchiha clan. In fact, He was known to be one of the most friendly Uchiha in the village. His profession was not by choice though, Even though he was able to activate his Sharingan at the age of ten. Kanaru was the worst Shinobi the Uchiha clan could have made. Though his skill with blades and metal was beyond any they could imagine as well.
Dante smiled and laughed as he watched Kanaru almost drop a Kunai that he was polishing. " No, no Kanaru, you swords have not faltered one bit. I can assure you that. Though..' Dante unstrapped his blade and set on the counter in front of him. Putting it crack side up so Kanaru could see it. Kanaru's eyes widened as he peered at the blade, then he frowned when he seemed to see the crack in the cherry wood Scabbard. " Well as you can see, wood doesn't seem to hold up as well as your greatly crafted metal. Do you think you can fix this?"
Kanaru looked it over, turning hand over hand and running his fingers along the crack just as Dante had done before while he was talking to his uncle. After a few quite seconds Kanaru sighed then put the blade back down on the counter. ' Well Dante, I am not sure. I am no wood expert. I do metal, but this is different. Though I am quite sure that my assistant can do it. He is much more skilled in this sort then I am. he can have this done in a manner of minutes. Hey Tsudaite, come here for a sec." Kanaru called into the back. There was a rustle then a figure appeared rounding the doorway.
' Yeah Kanaru what is it?' Tsudaite was younger than Kanaru by a good ten years, maybe more, making him almost twenty-three give or take a year. he was wearing the same leather apron as Kanaru though his face was nicely angled like Dante's uncle. His eyes did not bare the same wrinkles as Kanaru, though one could tell that he had made his fair share of laughs none-the-less. He was cleaning off his hands with a rag, its color a deep brown and black mix from the off white that it used to be. Unlike Kanaru's his apron was still stain free, and well kept. he slipped the rag into the pocket of his apron and stepped forward.
' Take a look at this, you think you can fix it up or what?" Tsudaite lifted Spirit from the counter and just like Kanaru looked it over. he let out a whistle then tucked it gently under his arm. " You mean a little scratch like this? Yeah no problem. Ill have better then new in five minutes. Be right back." Tsudaite disappeared into the back and Dante could here a machine starting up. Kanaru leaned on the counter and sighed.
So then Dante, how have you been lately/ Learn any new tricks yet? How goes that Sharingan, any break way? Kanraru smiled at him showing his teeth, and one missing gap next to his upper left canine. Story goes that Kanaru lost that tooth many a year ago during his attempt at being a shinobi. Dante had asked him about it many times, and every time he asked, he always got a different answer. A badly thrown Kunai, a badly placed rope escape trial gone wrong, and his personal favorite, the highly moody shinobi girl he once tried to hit on. After awhile Dante simply stopped asking knowing he wasn't going to be getting the truth anytime soon.
' Not really my friend. Just the same old same old. And the sharingan seems to be harder and harder to try and grasp. How did you do it Kanaru? really you must have some hints to share." Dante gave him a slug on the arm, and Kanaru smiled again, then let out a hefty laugh. He dropped the kunai he was polishing again and quickly scooped it up, hitting his head on the counter as straightened up again. Dante laughed and Kanaru gave him a punch to the arm in return. Which made Dante fall back a step and rub his arm. Even being a shinobi he wasn't ready for a hit from a large solid metal swinging blacksmith.
' Not really Dante, it is always different for everyone. You will simply have to keep trying. You never know until it happens. Trust me on that one, when you know, you know." Dante nodded and then sighed. Looking around the shop, focusing on the items on the wall behind the counter where Kanaru kept most of his requested works for pick-ups. A bit of fabric caught his for some reason and Dante peered at it.
' Hey Kanaru, what is that? Dante pointed at the object he saw sitting on a small shelf on the far right. Kanaru looked up to see what he was pointing at and then smiled. He reached up and took the cloth from the shelf putting it on the counter in front of Dante. ' these Dante, are very special bags. here let me show you. Kanaru dropped the kunai he polished into one f the bags,. Then quickly he opened it, showing Dante its contents. Dante was shocked to see that it was empty, the kunai gone. Then Kanaru picked a shuriken from behind the counter and dropped it in the bag. Again he opened it and showed it Dante, and again nothing was inside. Kanaru repeated the process with a senbon and this time when he opened it the Kunai was in it's place. Snapping it shut Kanaru ,smiled and then opened the bag revealing the Senbon again.
He repeated the action many times every time showing a different item. The kunai, the Senbon, the Shuirken, senbon, kunai, senbon, shuriken, senbon. Dante smiled then looked at Kanaru awe stuck on his face." How do you do that?" Kanaru simply took the items out of the bag one by one then set everything down on the counter. He leaned forward and looked Dante in the eye then quickly he winked, changing his black eye into Crimson. ' Want me to show you? He said, smiling his missing tooth grin at Dante. _________________ ****Midnight Shadow****

Do you want me to show you? Dante looked at Kanaru with wide eyes. He did not really know what he was talking about. But he was sure that he would be using his sharingan for something and was reluctant to let him simply use whatever he wanted on him. The sharingan was very powerful, and it could do many things, if Dante were to simply let anything be put on him from such a bloodline he would be in some serious trouble. " It could be very bad, very bad indeed. But then again. Why would I need to worry about Kanaru.
Really it was true, why would Dante need to worry about Kanaru. He had always been nice to him so far and Dante could not think of a reason why he would want to now. to be honest to himself Dante felt a bit silly actually having to think about wither or not to trust someone who has treated him well for so long, let alone an fellow clansmen. But despite all of that. Dante could not sake the feeling that something was wrong. Something that simply hit deep within his mind to not accept the offer. Simply smile and say no. That small voice in his head was screaming.
Just like if one was checking the house after hearing a bump in the night. That voice in everyone's head that said for them to go back to bed and that it was nothing. Not to turn that corner because nothing will be there. Or even the voice that pushes you onward and tells you that someone is there. Whichever one, Dante was certainly having that tiny dialogue in his head. [i] Don't, just don't. It is a nifty little bag but not enough to gamble over here. It has cool pockets, you have one just like it. It can hold stuff big deal. Dante gulped, knowing that despite that little voice. He was going to accept.
He couldn't resist the curiosity that was urging him on. telling him the Kanaru would never do anything like that. He was a nice guy, and he knew it. There was absolutely no chance an Uchiha would turn on a clansmen inless he planned to destroy the clan itself. And a simple scabbard fix was nothing like that at all. Dante looked up at Kanaru and smiled, shining his own teeth back at him before saying, " You bet Kanaru, show me"
Dante watched as Kanaru's sharingan tamoe began to spin. Slowly at first but it suddenly got very fast before it turned into a crimson and black blur and Dante could not look away. Afer a few seconds of this the walls and colors around him began to melt away. The weapons behind the counter seemed to meld together and the wood of the shelves lost it's color. Without a chance to even make a sound all his surrounding disappeared and Dante found himself in complete darkness. Nothing could be seen around him and Dante began to regret accepting Kanaru's offer.
Dante started to walk around, calling out attempting to hear any anwser. " Hey Kanaru, Kanaru. You there? What is going on? What is this place?" Dante sighed, knowing now that he made a big mistake. And that most likely he would be spending his entire life in this mindless void, slowly to grow insane until he died completely alone. Dante clenched his fists together as he began to get angry at himself for being so stupid. He knew the risk and he heard that voice in te back of his head telling him not make such a stupid decision, and that voice was right.
Dante spent a good hour standing alone in the dark, simply standing there and waiting. then suddenly Dante saw a light, and it grew, it grew so rapidly it went from a dim point to fully blinding him and surrounding his very being. He lifted his hands to shield his eyes from the glare. Then he heard laughing, it was a quite chuckle at first then grew into a very loud laugh. Dante turned around and found Kanaru standing behind him, half bent over and gasping for breathe as his face turned red. Dante took a second to realize what happened before he ran and punched Kanaru in the gut.
Dante cried out when his fist hit Kanaru's rock hard body. He shook his hand trying to simply shake the pain off his skin. Kanaru looked at him then burst into laughter again. Dante scowled at him and crossed his arms. Simply waiting for Kanaru to finish. He was stuck in his world now and he couldn't do anything until it ended. He realized this now and also figured out that Kanaru was playing a horrible joke on him. A really sick joke. " You done yet? really what the hell? I would think you would have ground up by now Kanaru."
Kanaru stood up, wiping a tear from his eye before gaining his composure again. " You should have seen the look on your face Dante. Kanaru, Kanaru." He burst into laughter again and dante shot him a hateful look. With that Kanaru stopped his laughing." Sorry Dante, I could not resist. Now then, what were we going to look at again? Oh yes that is right. The bags. Well then let me just show you this then..."
Suddenly the white walls that Dante and Kanaru were in began to melt way as a blend of color started to take over all of their surroundings. Within a few seconds They were both standing in a large room with stone walls. The was a furnace in one corner, and large water tanks next to it. As well there was a mass assortment of metal tools and weapons hanging from the walls. It took Dante only a second to realize that they were standing in a blacksmith work area. Dante looked over to Kanaru who was simply looked off to the right where a door was located. A dim light shown through from the room beyond and a shadow was walking back and forth past it.
Then a lone figure stepped into the room and was carrying a bundle of leather and scrolls. He knocked all the metal instruments on the work table to ground with a clang and dropped what he was carrying on the table instead. He began to sort through the items placing a small mound of scrolls on one side and then all the leather on another. He pulled a needle and thread from his apron and set is aside. With a moment to loose the man seemed to open a scroll on set it in the middle of the table. Looking over it the man began to mutter something that Dante could not hear, that or he could not understand, he did not know which everything seemed very strange to him.
Dante looked at the man carefully, he was facing away from him so he could only see a mess of dark brown hair that was all matted to one side. Dante circled around the bench to get a better look. As he did so he could see what was written on the open scroll the man put before him. It looked very similar to a sealing scroll. One that held items for use. Though instead of a seal area where to placed the item, there seemed to be a raised box rim only an inch high. Strange Kanji were written all around this area and Dante had no hope of being able to read them. In fact he didn't understand any of the scrolls that the man was reading.
Dante continued to circle around the table and was able to see the man's face in the very dim light. His eyes grew wide as he looked at the young face of Kanaru. Dante looked from the Kanaru that was over the strange scrolls and the table and then back at the older one that was standing next to the furnace. The older Kanaru simply smiled at him. Dante was lost for words. He couldn't believe what was happening. Had they gone back in time? No they could not have done that, no jutsu can make one go back in time, the chakra drain would kill all of the five kage's to do so.
" You see Dante, I had spent years working on those bags. I gathered very rare sealing scrolls, showing how to attached a power to a container like no other. Inter-dimensional space slips. Being able to add an alternate mass space to a single item and area. Allowing one to cycle through the various special phenomena with simple touch." The Kanaru told this to Dante while the Kanaru at the table seemed not to even hear him at all. His words seemed to not even register that they were there. In fact, Dante was certain that this younger Kanaru really could not see or hear them at all.
" It is true, this is a memory of mine Dante. I am showing it to you through this genjutsu I had created. A world where I create all visuals, but other then that I can do nothing more. You see what I want, but everything else is the same. You cannot here my memory or smell, or touch. Dante nodded, looking at the younger Kanaru slave over his work. Looking more and more frustrated as the seconds go by. He had four scrolls open, each on top f the other, a bag sitting in the middle of the raised edge on the first one he had brought open. The young Kanaru muttered something inaudible and then placed his hands on the bag. There was a flash of light then suddenly the workroom was gone and Dante and Kanaru were in a bedroom.
" I finally did it though. I tried adding the seal scroll system to a bag to accomplish my idea. And I finally did it. adding a three dimensional weave to the bag. By thinking of the dimension desired and flowing chakra you could fit three times the mass into the bag and feel only the weight of the current reality serving dimension. It was brilliant. Kanaru's eyes then fell and he sighed. " but.. then" The young Kanaru entered the room again. He was carrying a bag. three people following them, easily identifiable as Uchiha simply by their features. Everyone was yelling and pointing at the bags. One man stepped forward and tried to take them from Kanaru. He stepped back shouting at him.
" Everyone wanted it. It was revolutionary. But what it took to make one, the chakra, the planning the scrolls, oh the scrolls. So much time. For me to perform jutsu, I thought I couldn't do it. A shinobi it would have been easy for, but I refused to give up my secrets. So I promised them I would make more. But I realized after the second and third I made. I would be dead by the time I cold reach demand. So I lied. The surroundings changed again and dante fround himself in another room. A larger one with many people, all Uchiha, some even had their crimson eyes focused on the younger Kanaru who stood at the front of the room. He clothes smoky and a bit burnt.
He was frowning, eyes sheepish and seemed to be repeating words over and over again. The Uchiha in the room were mad and began shouting like the ones before. After a bit of heated argument one uchiha punched Kanaru in the face. Blood spilled on the walls and a lone white object fell to the floor. Afterwards it seemed they gave up and began to leave the room." I told them I lost the scrolls, I had no way to make more and the "fire" burnt the last ones. But it only burnt two. I had two more, and the scrolls were fine. But I couldn't make as many as they wanted. After awhile they forgot about the bags. So I stopped worrying. Years went by and it was a myth. Then no one remembered at all. The world began to melt away again. And suddenly Dante found himself back in the shop.
He was at the front counter again, Kanaru leaning over and looking at him. The Tamoe of his sharingan still spinning but they quickly slowed and finally stopped and Kanaru's eyes fell back to black. Dante sucked in a breath as the genjutsu seemed to end. Kanaru put the weapons he had taken out the bags and set them back behind the counter. He walked around and set the newly polished kunai on the shelves with the rest of the stock. Dante looked at Kanaru for as second not knowing what to say. It was strange to him that such a fuss could be over an object.
" Wait Kanaru, if this is such a big secret, then why would you tell me. Why share you secret with me, I mean it could mean the respect of the clan for you if this leaked out right?" Dante watched as Kanaru chuckled and shook his head. He walked back around the counter and looked Dante in the eye, his large warm black eyes looking itno Dante cold steel ones. After a few long seconds Dante thought that Kanaru was not going to answer him, though finally Kanaru began to speak.
" Well Dante, because by telling you, the weight of the secret is lifted. I don't have to think about it anymore, ever I can feel it. Dante nodded, knowing exactly how that was. But he still did not understand why he told him, and not someone like, his assistant. But after a moments of that Dante realized that perhaps Kanaru didn't really know why either. It was one of those things that could not be explained rationally. Even though Dante did not really like one of the 'things'. He had to accept them sometimes.
" I see, well in that case Kanaru my friend, thank you for sharing. Dante smiled at Kanaru when he said this. He heard the machine off in the other room still going and dante began to wonder how much time had really passed. Kanaru said that his genjutu only effected sight, but then again most all genjutsu effected time in some sort of was. That was relativity, and there was no way to get around it. The estimated time for repair was five minutes. So if it wasn't done then it was safe to say that no more than five minutes had passed, most likely less.
Dante let his mind wonder on how such bags could be used. Three dimensions that could be cycled, holding three times the weapons, the supplies, food, water, anything really. If it fit in the bag that was. He wondered what Kanaru had to do to make such a thing. Obviously it needed some sort of sealing jutsu or sealing Kanji. Though Dante had note recognized the scroll or writing in the memory at all. So there was no way he could replicate such a thing. the only ones left, for now that was, were in front of him.
Dante heard the machine in the back suddenly stop and then he heard Tsudaite moving around. It seemed that he had finally finished the repairs. Dante heard Tsudaite apparently putting some finishing touches on the scabbard before bringing it out. He had sad he was going to make it even better than new. However much Dante doubted such a thing he had learned not to underestimate his clansmen when they say they were going to do something. Number one rule, never underestimate an Uchiha.
Tsudaite walked out of the back room and over to dante and Kanaru, holding a cloth wrapped item in his hands. He set it down gently and then unwrapped it. Dante smiled when he saw the end work of Tsudaite. The cherry wood was buffed and polished began anything that Dante had seen before. It even seemed to have e a clear coat of protection now on the outside. the crack that had ran half way up its length was not just simply gone. but to say that this scabbard had a crack at all would be absolutely inconceivable to anyone who could se it now. Dante had a sudden urge to give Tsudaite his other blade to get the same treatment but he didn’t have to time for that.
Dante thanked Tsudaite and paid for the work. As he said his goodbyes to Kanaru he notched that Kanaru had not yet put the bags back on to their own shelf as they had been when he walked in. Dante looked at them and back at Kanaru. Dante stepped forward and said," Hey Kanaru, do you think I can have these? A gift to a friend from a friend?" Kanaru looked at Dante for a few seconds staying silent. wait have what Kanaru, what does he mean?' Tsudaite asked in reaction to Dante's own words. Kanaru looked blankly at Dante for a second before his lips slowly curled up into a very large smile. _________________ ****Midnight Shadow****

Dante looked at Kanaru as he seemed to be thinking over what dante had asked. To give away his seemingly life's work and total secret, giving away the life he worked so hard for simply because Dante asked for it? It was not something that he really expected Kanaru to do. And after ten seconds went by of silence Dante was ready to accept defeat and take his newly repaired scabbard and move on. Simply saying. " well nevermind then Kanaru see you around."
Kanaru said.. " Ok then Dante. You have have them. No charge go ahead." Dante looked at him dumbstruck. He was not expecting that at all. Not one bit. he had asked for the bags simply as a joke not intending to take them at all. But this was a turn of events he never saw coming, and he believed no did. Even the Kanarus face looked like he was shocked by what came out of his mouth. Hours and Hours of work sat on the counter between them and Kanaru was offering it to him. TSuch a time as this dante seemed lost for all words and action, he stood there looking at Kanaru then the bags then back at Kanaru, not moving an inch as the words went through his mind again and agian.
" Well go on Dante, take them, you want them right? You have no idea the ease I feel knwoing that I don't have to concintrate on those blasted bags now. Take them dante please." Kanaru pushed the bags towards Dante as he stood in his stunned state. Kanaru looked at him with a stern look and dante was knocked back into action. He picked up the bags and turned them over in his hands. They felt completely normal, as if nothing was extraordinary about them at all. But dante knew better. The brown tanned leather held a secret that he could let be known.
Dante folded up the bags and put them in his hip pouch, cramming them next to the rest of his stuff. Not willing to try them out just yet, Dante thanked Kanaru over and over again. And he was met with the same reply every time. " Go Dante go, they are yours now go on then," Dante grinned and then turned and left the shop. Glancing back at the Shop;s sign that hung overhead. The Sharingan on the hammer seemed to be spinning at that moment, but Dante knew it really wasn't. It might have been an illusion it might be just lights, but he knew one thing. He had something very important to Kanaru in his hip pouch at that moment.
Dante walked down through the streets thinking about what he was going to do for the rest of the day. He had his scabbard repaired and even two free gifts from the smith. Dante walked across the street and to his left He glimpsed the edge of a ramen shop. Dant stopped and looked at the shop again. He remembered that the Inuzuka he say when he was heading the the blacksmith had gone in there. He thought about maybe going in to have a chat. Who knew there might be some others in there as well.
