Storyline:
The year is 2018. Â It's been ten long years since the first Viral Outbreaks of the T- and G-Virus, and the complete destruction of the U.S. Mid-western town, Raccoon City. Â Raccoon City's been completely rebuilt in all standards, and even added much-needed new stuff in it (Like a Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.). Â Just a year ago, however, there were rumors going around that a new Virus was being made, and it was literally ten times stronger than the T-/G-/T-Veronica Viruses combined, but, the problem is that, no one knows who made the Virus! Â Everyone knows that it's not Umbrella, the ones who were responsible for the making, and release, of the original T-/G-Virus, because, about four years ago, after being disbanded, by the order of the President of the United States, and Congress, they were allowed to start operations again, however, they agreed to never make anything like they did ten years ago, and so now they only make household products that people can use without any harmful side effects. Â However, in return as well, all of the Umbrella members that were involved with the creation, and release, of the Viruses were caught and executed on site. Â Only a few selected members are rumored to still be alive, one of which is Wesker himself (which will be an NPC). Â Now, a year later, a new, and more powerful and improved, Virus has been unleashed upon the city, and it's up to any survivors to find out who released the Virus, and why, put a stop to them, and, overall, survive this new, horrific, horror! Â The real question is though is...CAN they survive?!

Background:
John Walker was born and raised in Raccoon City. Â After going through school, and graduating from high school, he joined up with the RPD's (Raccoon Police Department) S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service/Squad) Alpha Unit, he knew that things were only going to get really tough, but knew that he wanted to prove to his parents and friends that he could do something like this. Â He thought he was the youngest one to have ever joined the elite unit, but then shortly found out that a girl, Rebecca Chambers, was only a few months younger than him, which made him the second youngest to have ever joined, but that didn't bother him at all. Â During the Mission to go rescue the Bravo Unit, he, along with the other Alpha Unit members, came across Zombies, as well as zombified creatures, that were made by Umbrella's T-Virus, and a very large mansion that belonged to one late Sir Spencer. Â After literally barely managing to escape, they know that they've lost all of the Bravo Unit members, with the exception of Rebecca, and a few of the Alpha Unit members, leaving himself, Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, and Barry Burton, blew up the mansion, with the Alpha Unit's leader, Albert Wesker, whom they found out was behind the entire incident, still inside of it, hoping that it all would end right there.
After only a couple months after that, there was another rumor that another outbreak of the T-Virus had occurred, thanks to Umbrella again. Â This time, however, there was another Virus involved at the same time called the G-Virus, and they found that, unlike the T-Virus, it had far more capabilities than the T-Virus on that it completely revitalizes the cellular structure of the Human body. Â They found out that one late William Burkin, the one who supposingly created the T-Virus, but did create the G-Virus, was the one that injected the G-Virus into his own body to keep from dying after Umbrella personell had shot him, and became a nearly-unstopable monster! Â Though he wasn't directly involved with that incident in the defeat of him, he was around to fight off the massive hoard of Zombies that plagued Raccoon City, but he was kinda involved with the defeat of the Tyrant "Nemesis" because it was programmed to kill off any surviving S.T.A.R.S. members, along with the help of his former teammate Jill Valentine, whom he nearly didn't recognize at first, and Carlos Oliveira, a memeber of the U.B.C.S. (Umbrella Biohazard Counter-measure Service), though just barely as he had hear from Jill that the Nemesis had killed Brad Vickers, or "Chicken-hearted Vickers" to most, who was the one that literally left them do die back at the Spencer Estate when he took off in their helicopter. Â When he had received word from Jill that the city was going to be completely destroyed by a nuclear missile that the President of the United States, at that time, had gave order to launch to erradicate the Virus, along with any surviving Zombies, and creatures made by the Virus, he immediately got out of the city as fast as he possibly could.
After everything had settled down, like the radiation and such, John returned to Raccoon City, along with some of the survivors, and helped rebuild it completely, and far better than what it was before, though it took nearly nine years to do so, and that's when it all went bad again... Â Just before the city was 100% completely rebuilt, John, at the same time, had made himself a safe haven to get to when things got bad, and stocked up on many items to survive off of, but, at the same time, he was taken by an unnamed company, and was forced to create a Virus that was far more superior to the original T- and G-Virus, and they chose him because, while he was helping to rebuild Raccoon City, John was also studying under biotechnology, and the likes, privately from the other civilians. Â When he did, they found out that he had indeed made a Virus that far surpassed both Viruses, including even that of the T-Veronica-Virus, all combined! Â After this, he created the ultimate Tyrant that they code-named "Ultimate" because it was far more superior than all the Tyrants combined, and then some, but at the cost of one of his childhood friends, Michelle. Â From this, they also gave "Class" names to any, and all, Zombies, and the creatures, that were made by all the Viruses, including the newest one. Â Class-D: Â Zombies made by the T-Virus; Class-C: Â Creatures made by the T-Virus; Class-B: Â Zombies, and creatures, made by the G-Virus; Class-A: Â Zombies made by the B-Virus (new Virus); Class-S: Â Creatures made by the B-Virus; Class-SS: Â Tyrant made by the B-Virus.
After all this happened, John left the company, gathered up what he could, and started slaying every, and all, Zombies, and creatures, that are still roaming around to repent for his Sin of creating the Virus and helping to release it onto Raccoon City. Â But, little does the company know, when he had made the Virus, he made it with a flaw in it. Â Though no one else knows about this, not even the President of the company, he doesn't want to share it with others, unless he does feel that he has to, as a last moment of repentance. Â As of now, he just roams around the yet-again ruined Raccoon City, not just to slay all the creatures, but to try and find any survivors to help him out.

Background: Rock is the son of a very rich businessman/industrialist Geese Howard. Through incredibly successful, Geese earned most of his wealth through dirty means, and he is secretly a worldwide notorious crime lord. He has some legal and illegal business in every significant country in the world. However, because of his ways, Rock's mother left him soon after the child's birth. She wanted to take her son with her, but Geese forced her to leave him.
However, Rock and his father never got along. The boy inherited his mother's keen sense of justice, and always disapproved of his father's ways, but couldn't influence him. His life was actually really good, he got anything and everything he wanted, and his only responsibilities were being an excellent student. However, he couldn't enjoy this life which was based on the suffering of others. At the age of eight he started martial arts training, and excelled in it more than anyone expected.
He was leading a very strange life, having everything but never wanting it. He couldn't follow in his father's steps yet he couldn't go against his wishes either. This circle finally broke when he got information that his mother was living in Raccoon City from "a friend", as the letter said. Rock took off the same week he got the message, and started the investigation on his mother's whereabouts. However, it was only on its second day when the new outbreak of a mysterious virus occurred. He was in his hotel apartment when it started to spread rapidly.

OOC: Anyone can still join this after we've started it. ^_^
IC: John walks down the yet-again ruined streets of Raccoon City. With his specially-made Katana at his right side, he walks down the lonely roads of silence, with the exception of the soft moaning and groaning of the occassional Zombies that still wander around as well. He doesn't know if there's any more survivors that live amongst the ruined city, but knows that he can't tell anyone really about his past, as he was the one who created the new Virus, they named the B-Virus, which is far more powerful than all the previous Viruses combined times ten because of its capabilities, and what it does to the Human body, as well as other creatures. Stopping, and looking around some, he looks for any suviving Zombies, and other creatures, let it be from the new Virus, or from the old Viruses, so that he can fully eradicate them from the fact of the planet, and so he can repent for the Sins that he committed by creating, and relasing, this new and improved Virus. At this time, he keeps his senses on high alert, listening for any kind of movements that follow around him, as he keeps his left hand in his left pocket, and his right hand on the hilt of his Katana, ready to pull it out to defend and/or attack when it comes to it.

The sound of a blade moving through the wind, followed by the sound of the blade coming through moist, rotted flesh, and then a thud. after a few seconds, a girl walked out, kicking the head of a Zombie she had felled. She watched around, listening for the other Zombies that were nearby, hoping apon hope that none of them were closer than she thought.
She looked at the nearby wall, the trash cans, the trashed cars, and the empty Stores, and buildings.
"Where to next?" she mumbled, as she moved slowly to the street. She had since morning been narrowly avoiding death from Zombies, and from other people, though watching a couple people get eaten before she killed the ones eating them, and severed their heads.
She could tell by looking at the sky that it was aproaching afternoon.
'It's gonna be a long day' was her thought, as she ran down the street.

This is a real mess, - thought a young man who was running through the deserted streets of Raccoon city. The city really was a mess - trashed buildings and vehicles, damage asphalt, stains of blood, pieces of torn clothes everywhere, and sometimes dead bodies. Some were already dead for good, some were still going to get up in an hour or so. However, it wasn't what the young man was referring to. He came to this city with one goal - to find his mother. And now he was in the middle of a disaster, and what's worse, his mother was, too. He needed to find her before the creatures would get to her. The young man forbid himself to think that they already might have, or that she could get infected by the original aerial spread. He knew a lot about the whole Umbrella incident, when they released some kind of virus that turned people into man-eating monsters inside Raccoon city. But I thought they got shut down, so how could this have happened again? He also wondered how some people were infected by the virus and some got spared, at least until the time the zombies would come for them, why hadn't he turned into a monster, but decided that he'd rather remain human without knowing than become like those things. Damn it, and I didn't even have time to get any leads. Looking for my mother now is like looking for a needle in a haystack, - he thought, but kept moving through the city. He wasn't going to just give up.

Axel looked into the scope and took aim and fired. The sniper rifle buckled against his arm as it fired the bullet at 220 mph and into the head of a zombie. The zombie staggered and fell; axel took a piece of chalk and marked the wall beside him. The wall had over 30 marks on it. Axel reloaded and checked his bullet stock. "Damn things I hate them possessed things....damn only one more box of bullets for my sniper." he said as took a drink of his whiskey bottle. The burning taste relaxed him and soothed his troubles for a moment. Axel checked behind him at his make shift barricade. He made sure that he killed all the zombies in the bar but he wanted to make sure that he was protected. Axel looked back threw his scope and he saw something interesting and unexpected a survivor.It was a man with a coat and blone hair. axel poked out his head and whistled to the person and waved trying to catch there attention.

Background: Before the Outbreak John was an Ordinary Hit man. Not a profession you see every day but he earned enough to live from. John didn't have a house cause he always needed to travel and the cops would eventually find him if he stayed at one place. John was always blinded by pleasure and Money, because before he became a hit man he was just an ordinary guy searching for money to keep him alive. Also before the Outbreak, Before John became an hit man, John wasn't blinded by money and pleasure, He always had a sense of Justice. Now he tries to survive on the killing of Zombie's and restoring Raccoon city to normal again. John didn't have any friends nor enemies (because nobody knew who he was) He had different IDs for every case as a hit man. Some people had known him as Bill O'Hanigan or Seth. Now he tries to find survivors in Racoon city and help them from this horror.
John was running around in Raccoon City, He was being chased by some Zombies. "He he It's always the same with you. John took his magnums and started too shoot at the zombies. After a few bullets they fell on the ground. "Hehe, It looks like this is a new specie." John said. Suddenly a door opened up with more zombie's coming out. "Damn it, I need a place to hide for now." John said while running away from the Zombie's. "Man this city is crowded." He said. John found an empty building he jumped inside and waited till the Zombie's disappeared. "Man this is even tougher then being a hit man." John said. He looked around and saw some empty boxes and refrigerators. "Looks like this place is trashed too, I wonder if there are any survivors cause I won't be able to handle this myself." John said. "Oh crap I hear Zombie's coming." John said while he bucked.
