The days were getting longer and the fatigue seemed to be wearing down. Minato lay there looking upon the blue sky with the intent to go there someday. someday he thought, he moved around slightly closed his eyes and started his sleeping cycle if it could last. It was almost time for a mission again, pressure like this he never felt before. It was as if he were going through that hellish training again. The one he had in Konoha, it seemed to have no actual immediate effect. Heh, if only this kid could take a little longer he could sleep. His mind was almost going into a sleep trance from which only he himself could wake up.

Unfortunately for Minato, Bakura was ornery about punctuality. He arrived perfectly on time, taking the precious sleep away from the other shinobi. He came upon him in the middle of the day, as was specified. The sky was clear and the air crisp. Bakura noticed none of it; the only natural beauty that caught his eye was the magnificent falcon, Kirtap. It soared a short distance above, cycling around his head like an enormous mottled colour halo.

" Minao," He said curtly, bowing. There was no sign of coldness in his face; he held a warm smile and a content look in his eyes. This was a boy who was truly enjoying life; partially from this young man's attitude, partially from the epiphany that revealed the truth. Nevertheless, it was time to clear his mind. A mission was to be done.

Minato looked at bakara a bit angry, that he came perfectly on time. Although he wanted this mission to end as fast as possible, it was not the mission for him. A mission was needed of him and he had no choice but to do it. Hardly the effort he got up a little bit lazily and then. He had hoped that he had brought the jade with him. It might turn out risky but he would let the genin keep it. Alright kid, hold on to that jade hold on to it like your life depended on it. Trust me it will, Summoning Jutsu Minato said, smoke was piling around him. Out came a snake that was an ordinary one from Minato's arsenal. He climbed on and then started using it. Come on kid, I don't have all day.

IC: Bakura sighed softly but there was no truth behind it. He slipped the jade into the depths of his cloak, hidden from prying eyes. He had hoped that they would meet no opposition on such a wonderful day as this. Of course that was part of the mission; they were to expect several thieves attempting to take the priceless gemstone. He started walking beside Minato at a quick pace. This was going to be a long journey.

OCC: It is a odinary snake in Minato's Arsenal of snakes 50' is odinary -.-

Minato quite confused why Bakura had not come on the snake decided that he would be better off here, but this kid needed to come on top for Minato to protect him to his ability. Maybe even more, dangers lurked it was as if there were more lurking than usual. He was in his 'constant vigilance' mode, more like active rather than just sleeping. He himself did not want this to go bad, if it did it would be his head on the Otokages platter, he much preferred it on his own. Although it was only around town it was going to be harder than expected.

Bakura soon tired; he was not known for his endurance. He doubted most shinobi could even keep up with the speed of the enormous snake. He jumped up and climbed to sit beside Minato. He laid back, watching his falcon circle above. He had complete faith in the bird that it would alert him. Some might say he was foolish not to be searching for enemies but he thought it necessary.

Nevertheless, the traps had already been set. He might not be searching for them but they will soon wish they were not searching for him.

Minato had almost reached the town, he almost about to make it, at the end. The other end was coming near, tired he was just sitting doing nothing. Lazy was not his style anymore. At least not since........... He got off as he told Bakara to stay there and give him the item, to which he complied. He quickly went into a store, and gave Halomi his item, although tired sweat had not come over here. He un summoned his jutsu, and walked away quickly. He was not in the mood to deal with anything. He walked towards the other end, slowly watching Bakara move the other way
