Renima walked into the open plains away from the forest to keep from destorying it. He looked off into the distance and saw several shinobi battling and trainign which was normal for around here. There was no reason to stop it, so he went on with his own buisness. "Pergin....With what i'm aobut to do I dont want you to be near me....go hunting or something." The falcon nodded and flew off in agreament. Not sure what his master ment by that but figured it was the best.
"ok I have the chakra of wind and fire, they feed each other. My blade is also one made of wind...so how do i combine this?" Renima had been theorizing a new fire jutsu to add the collection of katon jutsus in Konoha's pocesion. For some reason he loved to come up with new techniques. THis one was going to be for a purpose though. One involving a strong offense with a amazing defence against most techniques, exspecilly wind.
"Enoreth Roar" He drew his blade and the wind seemed to flow around it. The gold titanitum color was sending off reflections of light that were being trapped in the wind that surronded it. Then it stoped and Renima looked at the blade. "if I channel my Fire chakra into the blade it should be able to start out" Renima closed his eye's and began the process of directing his fire chakra into it. He wasnt sure exacly what was going to happen yet but he couldnt wait. He then opened his eyes and a line of fire was out in front of him like it shot out of the blade. Burning some of the grass around him and then it stoped.
"ok I dont want that to happen its to uncontroled. Mabey I can bring the Chakra together into a sword or something and have it extend while gaining power from enoreth? " The Kage did the same thing again but slower and created a flame like object to come out. "hum....I have to do something with it now...I'm not skilled with fire chakra so i'll start by manipulating the form first." Renima adjusted his chakra countinuly modlign the shape of the line of fire as he willed. He tired a falcon but couldnt expand the fire long enough, then a bear or some other creature he liked. "why not a serpant.....or a dragon" He tried it and it worked ok but he had to be able to do this in a moments notice. So he spend the next few hours working on starting the jutsu and forming it into a serpant all at the same time.

Renima sat down for a bit to rest after manipulating the fire into the shape of a wip like fire dragon. "what a intresting power...I have the idea mastered but there's always so much more to a jutsu that that....I want to use it like a wip, not just a straight line weapon" Renima stood up and directed chakra to his blade once again. Creating the large fire serpent like strand to appear. "now" The Kage focused on his chakra flow and moved the wip around rapodly trying to get it to loosen up and act the way such a weapon should. He moved with his fighitng stances and spun it above his head quickly to build momentimum and increase the flow of air around him so he didnt have ot use as much chakra. Then he would pop it out and deal a large ammount of damage to the surronding area. Next he move don to changing the length quickly to maintain control of the large jutsus. THen moving back to using the wip in stranger motions like straight out and then zig zag to give more attack possibilites. Renima went on to do this for several hours.

last post
Renima had that down along with several new offensive powers. He could usmmon it in a instant and it didnt require hand seals. Then he could move it in nearly infinte possiblites. How ever he was creating this to fight wind and so he spun the wip above him and then let loose some of the tension off, and it fell aroudn him in a way a dome of fire was created with some spaces tha towuld increase in strength as it picked up on wind. Doing this he had fully mastered his new jutsu. He took the time to write it down on a scroll and walked back to konoha
