Description: A ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can instantly repair physical damage done to another person or themselves.

Description: This jutsu is an enhanced form of the One Thousand Birds, and has the same, albeit more powerful, effect. This jutsu requires a larger amount of chakra and better chakra control. This is exemplified in their respective appearances. Where as the One Thousand Birds creates a large mass of chakra in one hand that appears near-white, the Lightning Blade is considerably more concentrated and appears in the normal blue color of chakra. The amount of times this jutsu can be used is limited, usually to 2 times a day in the hands of a less powerful shinobi.
Unlike One Thousand Birds, Rakiri can be transfered into both hands,allowing for a more accurate attack, however the overall force is cut by half, for each hand the Rakiri is in.

Description: The user looks into his/her opponent's eye, and after that sends his/her opponent into an illusionary world, completetly controled by the user. The user can keep the opponent in this state of mind for hours if he/she wishes. The user's objective is to attack his/her target's mind, causing possible brain damage, and can possibly kill the target. The target can beleve he is in this illusionary world for hours, but seconds can pass in the real world.
Nemurihane [Feather Sleep]

Description: A Genjutsu technique where the ninja targets a mass of people and puts them to sleep. Illusory feathers appear to rain upon them, and they will then fall into a deep slumber. More useful than simple Nemuri [Sleep], this technique is still useless in combat, as most superior shinobi know Genjutsu Kai [Genjutsu Release] to counter it. It takes quite a lot of focus to target many people at once.
Chakra no Mesu [Chakra Scalpel]

Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses all of their chakra into one part of their body just before an attack. The moment that attack connects, the chakra activates the natural regeneration of the body's cellular makeup, repairing the damage done by an attack the moment after it is done. An extremely powerful jutsu, it uses all of the ninja's chakra and stamina. Even though this jutsu can save the user from death, they will certainly not able to continue a battle in this condition.

Description: A jutsu used to remove the poison from an infected victim. This is a very hard technique to perform and requires precise chakra concentration and control.

Description: A taijutsu technique that only the strongest ninjas can accomplish. With just one finger, the ninja can merely tap the ground and create an enormous split in the earth before them. Of course, with this strength, one finger could do more to the enemy directly, but this incorporates physical power and range into an attack.

Description: This taijutsu style is one that symbolizes the might of the mighty phoenix. This style was developed by a Missing-Nin that specialized in the use of katon jutsus. The shinobi focuses chakra into their fist and feet to cover those parts in fire. This allows them to burn their opponent and is as harmful as sticking your hand in a fire.

Description: The shinobi focuses fire chakra into their arms and legs which allows them to be covered in fire. This is a much stronger version of Flaming Blast and causes burns with searing hot flames. You also don't have to hit the enemy to cause damage though if you make contact severe burning will be caused. Thrusting your arms and legs in their direction will now release fire, unlike with Flaming Blast where you have to make contact. These flames are considerably hotter and can easily burn the skin off the opponent.

Description: Through this jutsu the user's whole body is engulfed in searing hot flames helping him resist physical attacks.. This jutsu can be quite harmful to the user even though they know the fire element they're body can be severely burned if in this form for over a minute. The strength and the speed of the user is increased as if he really "takes" in the aspects of a phoenix.
Rasentenkiri [Spiraling Heaven Blade]

Description: After traveling around the world and experimenting, Eric Hatake, Konoha Sannin, eventually figured out how to combine the famed Copy-Nin Kakashi's Raikiri with the famed jutsu of Minato Namikaze, the Rasengan. Putting the fury and chaos of the Raikiri in the middle, and a Ransengan around it as a protective sphere, this jutsu combines the best of both worlds. The result is a blade of pure light(chakra), and when it connects, it will not only go through them with the power of the Raikiri, but spread out and do the internal damage of the Rasengan. It takes a lot of chakra to do this technique, and unless the user is a bijuu, this can only be used once or twice a day.

Description: A Ninjutsu technique incorporating the chakra control needed for both the tree climbing training and water walking training. With the type of chakra control needed for the tree climbing training, the ninja focuses a set amount of chakra into the palm of their hand. With the type of chakra control needed for the water walking training, the ninja continuously releases that set amount of chakra from the palm of their hand in the form of a constantly spinning ball.
The chaotic power of this spinning ball of chakra comes from the ninja's chakra rotation. With the Rasengan, the ninja focuses their chakra in the opposite direction of their chakra rotation, creating a disruption in the chakra flow, which is where the force of the Rasengan comes from. Focusing chakra to spin in every direction is the first level of this technique. The second level of the Rasengan is power. The third level of the Rasengan is control.
The ninja has to be able to use one hundred percent of their spinning chakra and one hundred percent of their powering chakra and keep them firmly within the palm of their hand, creating the small and controlled ball the Rasengan is typically seen as. In this state, the Rasengan becomes more focused and powerful, and as it meets friction, it becomes faster, creating even
more power as the attack is in motion.
Background
As of lately she has been studying hard to become a strong medical kuniochi of Otogakure. She recently found out of the long lost family pet a nekomata named Kirara. Kirara helped Reileyn trained. During her times of training, she was promoted to the rank of chuunin. She would no longer be under the watchful eye of her brother.
As months went by, she trained harder and harder. Working her way towards the rank of jounin and to become Oto’s strongest kunzite. One day she was called into her brother’s office. He told her he was resigning from office. That he wanted to find someone as a better leader for the village. He handed her a scroll and on it stated the next leader of Oto, Reileyn Itichi. She was flabbergasted but had no choice but to accept the promotion. Hold this off for awhile...the Otokage part. I wish to battle her to the death for the rank. With my shinobi, Kamira Itichi. I put her into Hiatus awhile back, now I'm bringing her back out...cause this is ridiculous.
