Description: Since the attacks upon Kumogakure and the deaths of it's council, the village has been in a state of slow-repair. In this weakened state, a group of rouge bandits have been attacking the supplies caravans coming into the village, aswell as the villagers venturing outside the walls. These bandits include 5 Non-Shinobi, aswell as 2 C-Rank Shinobi [Both of whom posses 3 Jutsu's]. Defeat the Bandits, and return to the village for your reward.

Requirements: Kumo Ninja

For now, it will prohibit the use of B as well since the council is dead.
