Head-Slicked backed hair, but still somewhat unkempt, that is tied into two ponytails that extend down to his ankles. The ponytails are tied with a piece of long silk that starts about one inch from his head and ends about two inches from his ankles. His face is wrapped from his neck to the bridge of his nose, and his eyes are covered up by black tinted goggles.
Torso-A fishnet shirt covers Razu’s torso with a small black leather vest over the shirt. The vest has short sleeves that end before his elbows and extends only down to the rib cage. On the back of the vest in red is the Japanese symbol for wrath. Also inside the vest, centered in the back, is a Tanto. On his left hand is a rust colored metal gauntlet that extends up his forearm. On his right hand is a black leather fingerless glove.
Waist-A brown leather belt with the symbol of sound for the belt buckle, with a weapon attached to each side. On the left spiked chains and a Wakizashi on the right, also tucked under the Wakizashi's sheath is a small pouch.
Legs-Black jeans tucked into the boots.
Feet-Work boots that reach halfway up the shin.

Strengths: Rage...a double edge sword. Razu has a very short temper and drawls power from it. With this tool he has developed both great strength and endurance, as well as an above average chakra pool. It has also caused him to be very aggressive in his attack’s, thus he prefers close range combat and has been progressing quite well. Razu is able to “do what must be done” to complete a mission, those task’s that leave you with a bad taste in your mouth such as killing an ally or teammate, without much hesitation. With that said if Razu gives his word, which in his mind is his oath and is not to be broken, he will stand fast and honor it with his life.
Weaknesses: Razu’s greatest strength is also his greatest weakness...rage. It clouds his judgement, can make him hard to deal with, and Genjutsu becomes nearly impossible. On top of that even though his rage has allowed him to increase both his strength and endurance, it causes him to go beyond his limitations. This makes Razu move his body and force chakra through it even though it would kill him, similar to a rabid dog. His chakra control is also horrible. Razu also wears his heart on his sleeve, and can’t control his emotions very well. He also takes what people say straight to his heart but never shows it(the only thing he even learned to hide) , he just bottles it up inside him thus only feeding his own rage. When the bottled rage becomes too much Razu explodes into a violent fury and unleashes it upon the one who generate it.

Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]

Description: This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the shinobi academy. It's the most basic technique a Gennin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a simple illusion clone identical to the caster. The clone however has no physical properties and will disperse the moment it is touched.
Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Gennin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Description: Kawarimi is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobi. The user uses speed to their advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other jutsus or attacks to create massive damage if done properly.

Magen: Jigoku Koka no Jutsu [Demonic Illusion: Descending Hell Technique]

Description: Jigoku Koka no Jutsu is a Genjutsu that causes its opponent to see a vision of a tremendous ball of fire that will descend from the sky to envelope the target. The victims of the jutsu will believe they are being engulfed by a torrent of fire and will flee from their location to safety.
Katon: Housenka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Mythical Fire Flower Technique]

Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is an extremely powerful and flexible technique. Housenka begins with creating many small, yet powerful fireballs from the users mouth, and shooting them at a single or multiple opponents in one strike. These projectiles either can be shot from fast in the same direction, to slow in a rotating formation. Basically, the ninja controls everything, from the strength, and path of the fireballs, to the speed they travel towards the target.
Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique]

Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is a very powerful technique that most gennin are not capable of performing due to the high amount of chakra concentration it uses. The user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower.
Katon: Karyuu Endan [Flame Type: Fire Wall Attack]

Description: A Katon (fire element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja inhales deeply, drawing in a full chest of air. They then exhale, producing a very wide stream of flames that approach their target as a huge wall. This technique however uses an extremely large amount of the user's chakra and cannot be used frequently.
Katon: Kasumi Engo no Jutsu [Fire Release: Covering Mist Technique]

Description: The user blows out a great amount of burnable gas. Once it comes in contact with any form of combustion force (from fire to small sparks), the gas ignites and literally creates a sea of fire.
Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique]

Description: This Katon (fire element) ninjutsu is believed to be the one of the strongest jutsus of the Katon series. This ninjutsu however requires a lot of chakra, concentration, and preparation time. A few diverse hand seals are done, and after gathering all the chakra in his mouth, the ninja will create so much flame that a red-hot fire will light up around them. All that chakra is then converted into fire inside the ninja's mouth, and it is all ejected at once, creating an extremely long blaze of fire, going directly to the opponent. This technique is straight, fast, and strong. It is most likely to be used after the enemy has been immobilized, because with such large amounts of chakra being used, the user cannot simply afford to waste it all by missing. It has to be a sure direct hit or the user will be considered a "sitting duck" while they take the time needed to recover.
Suimen Hokou no Gyou[Art of Water Walking]

Description: The user focuses their chakra to the soles of their feet and step onto the water. From the surface of the liquid, they would then need to be able to measure the amount of chakra it would take to support their weight along the surface of the water without sinking. Once this is mastered, the user would be able to easily walk on water.

Description: The user concentrates onto the soles of their feet and coats them with a layer of chakra. Once this is done, the user will then be able to walk up any tree like they are walking up a regular foot path.

Background:
Not much is known about Razu’s distant past. What is known is he was found outside a burning orphanage in the Land of Waves, a lone survivor sitting down in the snow, by a three man ninja team from the village of mist. Razu was collected and brought back to the mist. There in front of the Mizukage Razu’a wrath was first experienced. One of the Chunnin approached Razu and stated “dirty orphans don’t belong in the mist”, with this Razu used a concealed knife to stab the Chunnin in the leg and then leapt up to stab the same Chunnin in the neck with another knife concealed in his other hand. At this point he was stopped by the Mizukaga. Staring into Razu’s eyes the Mizukaga could only smile and laugh, as he threw the boy to the floor. Seeing Razu scrambling to his feet ready to charge with both knives, the Mizukaga still could only laugh and smile. Before Razu could even complete two steps forward, the Mizukaga had struck him in the abdomen. With his mind clouding and darkness taking over his eyes all Razu remembered was the Mizukaga’s voice echoing in his head “This boy will do the mist good”. When Razu awoke he was in a strange room with a note on the table next to the bed he was in. The note stated “Show up at the academy tomorrow and do the mist good”.
Five years have past since then, and after failing the final exam to become a Genin for the last two years(due ti his anger getting the best of him) he left the mist but brought the villages unique spiked chain, which is Razu’s favorite weapon, with him. Once again Razu found himself in the Land of Waves,
this time though as a drifter and not an orphan. As he walked back to where the orphanage once was memories of his past filled his head, but they were shattered upon reaching the orphanage itself by the sight of three ninja’s with strange headbands he had never seen before. The three identified themselves as ninja’s of the sound and stated that Razu’s rage and cruelty would be desired and appreciated within there village, unlike the softening mist. Enraged by there intrusion Razu’s lashed out with his spiked chain, but all three of the sound vanished before he could land a single hit. Standing alone, in front of the old burnt orphanage, Razu thought’s fell on to one of the sound ninja’s. His thought’s focused on her eyes, much like his own, and her words “Which will you choose, to wander in obscurity, return to the softening mist, or follow us to the Land of Rice Fields where people like us are desired. With his mind wavering Razu finally decided his path, he stood up and headed toward the Rice Fields. Upon entering the Land of Rice Fields Razu was collected by the same three ninja’s that confronted him at the Orphanage back in the Land of Waves. The three brought Razu to the sound village where his training began once again. Here in the sound, Razu finally became a Genin. His rage, which failed him twice in the mist, was his key to passing in the sound.
Now a Genin, Razu lives upon the outskirts of the sound. With no friends or parental figures Razu mostly keeps to himself. Venturing into the heart of the sound only for missions, summons or the occasional whim. At home Razu is either maintaining his weapons or training, mainly with the spiked chains he brought from the mist. From time to time Razu indulges in a hobby he has acquired, which very few people know about, painting. Upon the walls of Razu’s house are numerous painting created by himself. This hobby, and sometimes a pleasant song, seems to be the only thing that calms his savage soul.
Sample Post:
Kneeling at the table with his hands under it Razu found himself in a familiar situation, absorbing the verbal punishment from another one of his Sensei’s lectures. Not even paying attention to a single word, Razu simply watched the man’s mouth move up and down while clenching his right fist tighter with ever word. Seeing his student shaking in anger Razu’s sensei let out a large sigh “look all I’m saying is you take everything too personal, there’s no reason to attack people from your own village”. After letting out another sigh Razu’s sensei walked over towards the right wall “ just try and calm down for all our sakes.....ok”. Razu, clenching his right fist so fierce blood began to drip onto the floor slowly staining it crimson, only nodded his head. Seeing this Razu’s sensei turned and walked out the door. Sure that his sensei had left, Razu lifted his right fist from under the table. Peering down at his fingertips that where imbedded into his flesh, Razu took his left hand and freed his fingertips one by one. Blood began to trickle down his palm and unto the table with ever fingertip that was freed. Seeing the four holes in his right hand., Razu rose for some bandages to patch his right hand before he began his training.

In the background Razu started his training in the mist, where he failed to become a Genin twice. Thus dropping out of the academy taking his favorite weapon with him, the spiked chains. Then he was recruited by the sound. Is this not allowed, because there are defects in Naruto and it only makes sense for them to bring what they know.
Also the spiked chains go very nicely with his aggressive nature. (I wont lie, this is the main reason why I made this post to try and get them. But in my mind the above point does have some standing)
