Name: Ukojizai no Jutsu - Fierce Raining at Will
Requirements: Must be trained as a 4-point Kinjutsu
Description: This technique creates a strong downpour of rain over a target area. This rain has the ability to sense the chakra and its amount of anyone and everyone it touches. While it may cover a very large area of dozens of square miles, this ability does not detect the location of the people it senses, only their power and approximate distance to them.
Riku approached his usual large clearing in the Kirigakure woods. Trees on three sides and a lake on the fourth. He smiled and stood in the center, watching the thick mist swirl about. He was quite proud of himself. Not only had the Mizukage re-accepted him into Kirigakure, but he had just become a Chuunin. It was amazing how only a title change could make soomeone feel so much more powerful. His brother from Otogakure had also just been accepted into Kirigakure. It was a beautiful day. The only thing that could make it better was-
BOOM!!!!!
The crack of lightning boomed overhead, followed by a light rain. Wow, Riku had thought about rain and it began at the same second! Weird. Then, an amazing idea came upon Riku, He had heard about a legendary technique. The user could make rain anywhere they desired and, in this rain, they could sense the Chakra of anyone within their rain. As the rain cleared, Riku grinned.
Putting his hands together in a hand seals and staring at the sky, he focused on the thought of rain, attempting to project his chakra into the clouds so his chakra may be infused with the rain drops that insued _________________ Geassnosenkai.myfreeforum.org

A few rain drops patted down against the ground, though almost immediately ceased. It felt just like normal rain, nothing special about it. Damn. He was far from mastering the technique, though hopefully he could. He stopped for a moment and focused, thinking hard. How was he going to do this? Placing his hands together once more like a handseal, he concentrated.
BOOM
The loud bang of thunder boomed overhead. A quick, dense spray of rain came down for only half a second. It felt like someone had dumped a large bucket of water down on the ground. It was a good start. He seemed to be able to make it rain slightly, though only for a brief second. He didn't give up this time though. He held the handseal, focusing hard. The rain came back, light, but constant. Once he felt he had the rain going at a steady pace, he concentrated his chakra, hoping to forge it with the rain and sense other's chakra. Breathing in, he imagined the image of a heavy downpour. He envisioned a small purple sparkle around each rain drop, signaling his chakra. He made a hand seal to focus his chakra. He would build up much more of it this time rather than just attempting the technique again. He imagined a large purple cloud of Chakra flying up and mixing into the clouds, causing a downpour of rain that looked like his chakra. It was nothing like what the actual technique would look like, though it helped him focus. Envisioning what was happening in a literal sense helped him feel what the technique should do, or rather what it was going to do. He could feel his chakra building up inside him. It was becoming massive. Far greater than it had ever been. His eyes remained closed to help him invision the rain pouring down. The smell of fresh rain was thick in the air. A thin mist rolled over the area from Kirigakure, adding to the smell. Nothing could break his concentration at this point. The calming sound of waves accented by the distant sound of rolling thunder were all that could be heard. His breath was so calm that even he couldn't feel it himself. Oddly enough, even though he was training, Riku had never felt more relaxed in his life. As he felt that his Chakra couldn't grow anymore, he released it, focusing on the thought of rain. He kept his eyes closed, his hand seal formed, his feet firmly planted to the ground. He didn't want to move and break his concentration. [[ *sigh* I'll try. It's just kind of hard because I don't really know how to make a long post on me just trying to form rain ]]
A few drops of rain patted down on his face. It was a light rain, though it was progress. The rain continued to fall for about a minute until it cleared up. Riku kept his eyes closed though. As the rain began to let up, he simultaniously focused and released more chakra. The light rain continued in spurts, stopping and starting every few seconds until...
BOOM
It started up a little heavier and continued. Thunder echoed overhead as the sky lit up brightly from the lightning. Riku let out a deep breath and released the hand seal, falling backwards and leaning against a tree. It was tiring focusing that much chakra and then trying to use it to make rain. As he sat calmly, not moving, he began to feel something. He could almost sense chakra. He couldn't tell how much there was, where it was, or how far it was, though he could still feel a little. Again, it wasn't much but it was progress. He completely sat down on the ground and began focusing chakra again. It was much harder this time, being that he had already used so much the last time. He already had the rain going, now all he needed to do was imbue his chakra into it so he may sense other's chakra. He once again envisioned the rain dripping, glowing purple with his chakra. He built up as much chakra as he could and released it into the clouds. The amount of rainfall increased a bit and the chakra he could sense grew stronger. He had a slightly better feeling for how much there was and how far away it was.

Name: Kuro Zetsu Ni
Description: A bladed and hooked tail hanging from the spot in the back where the neck and spine meet. It's connected to the user's shoulders and around the back of the neck. It's grafted to the wearer's skin and can only be removed through extensive and difficult surgery. The bladed tail is manipulated with the user's chakra, like an extension of his body. It can grab things, throw things, stab, slash, extend, ect. The weapon starts where the neck and spine connects. It is about 6 feet long . This weapon is unique. Though other similar weapons can be grafted to one's body in the same way, each one is unique. The surgery causes an intense, un-curable pain that comes at random moments for the rest of the user's life. The surgery is so intense that about 40% of the people who go through it don't survive. Then, there's the obvious drawback of disfiguring your body.
