Description: This jutsu is clearly one of the most powerful fire jutsu's capable of burning holds through even the toughest material. Much like Rasengan, the user channels their 'fire' chakra into their palms, as they move their free hand swiftly, to compact the ball of spinning fire. Though the ball is no large than a canalope, it has the power to burn holes in an enemy with even the slighest bit of power, in the thrust. But due to the chaotic nature of the flames, if is advisable, that the user is wearing gloves, and has excellent chakra control. No, it's a full jutsu. It takes up a slot. And Flaming Rasengan has no element, there's no point in putting one on it. _________________ Syra's Theme - 463
