Description: The Village Council requires you to train academy students who have been failing their classes. Many are having difficulty in learning the basic 3 ninjutsu and training using them would be helpful to the young shinobi. No training points can be gained from teaching jutsu in this thread.

The ninja academy of Kumogakure sat at the top of a small hill with a large training ground in the back that several small ninjas stood in talking amongst each other about what they were going to do tomorrow. Masakado arrived at the front gate leading into the Academy, making his way to the front desk. A sense of nostologia surged through him as he remembered going through this same school. But as the front desk woman handed him a name tag with his name on it, he reeled back asking himself where his partner was. He wasnt going to be teaching alone.
"HEYYYYY!!!!!"
Nick was running up the steps to see the trainer and ask who he or she was.
"Huff, huff..... are you Masakado? I'm gonna help train your students. My name is Nick Goddard, From Konoha."
Then, he fell back, to sit down on the ground. It had been two days since Iwakagure. He had left a injured man there, to find a job here.
"Ay yi yi, my head hurts! Never run and fall in a pothole. Do not do that."
As he got up, he saw some students pull up, and asked, "we're traing them, sir?"

Masakado plugged his ears hearing a loud teenage boy shouting his mouth off for no reason. Hearing only bits and pieces out of what the boy said. Being around the same age, Masakado extended his hand, a tradition that he'd picked up from other cultures, and nodded.
"I'm Masakado and you'll be helping me tutor these kids and teach them right. " He said starting to walk through the hallways beckoning the male to follow.
"We got things to do my friend. Those that we teach are outside waiting."
Elisa walked through the village seeing her work place today, the ninja academy. It was a very active and happy place; she enjoyed missions such as this very much teaching younger children to be adept in the ways of the shinobi. After passing through and signing in as a substitute teacher she was given a sticker that she was to write her name on and patch it onto her clothing, she wrote her name in exceptionally fine handwriting. She walked through several doors to see Masakado and another kid wondering who the other was. She looked around while saying, "Eh hello." still somewhat embarrassed from her brothers speech days earlier.

"Hey, you. Are you here to help teach the students? I am too. Nick Goddard, at your service."
Nick held out his hand to shake hands with the young women who had entered the room.
Nick felt some kind of tension surrounding the girl, and pulled his hand back.
"Feeling nervous? This is my first mission, so I am."

Taiki decided to take a quick break from his training and walked ot where the team had said they would be with a newcomer. He walked into the building and saw his sister, Masakado, and Nick a person who had recently joined. he walked up to the group.
"Hello it would seem nick is making his way along quite well. Sorry for my rudeness my name is Kaguya Taiki You have already met my sister." He said holding out his hand to shake Nicks. He always read up on the petitions of people applying to be apart of his team they normally where starttled that he knew their names.

Nick took the handshake, a smile on his face. It was good to know some people here, besides the newcomer, and Taiki. Taiki, apparently, was the leader of the new group.
"So, we'll be teaching new students, huh? Good. Lets get started."
After he said these words, he headed off to the front of the group of students, and called out, "ATTENTION!!!"
All the students looked up at him, and the rest of the group.
"Now, me and my colleuges understand you can't do some basic jutsu."
Nick waited for a small response, and after he got it, said, "That's ok. A lot of the greatest ninja of our time had to start somewhere. We're going to go slowly, so listen after me..."
He then performed the handsigns for Henge, slowly so that they could see.
"repeat that cycle, slowly at first, but increase the speed a little everytime."
He walked around, looking at the students do as he said, and occacsionly helping one of the students get the signs right.
"Ok, good job."

As the day progressed it seemed like Masakado was on auto-pilot and when he finally came around to what he was actually doing, he had been pushed into the spot light of six children who were waiting for him to speak.
"I uh... Lets see... " He said stalling for time trying to catch up to what he was doing in front of the class.
"I get the honor of teaching you how to make a clone of yourself." Masakado said visually picking a student that was not paying attention, brushing his shoulder for his attention, and then formed hand seals creating a replica of a freckled red haired boy standing in front of him with his tongue out.
"Bunshin no Jutsu " Masakado announce looking over the students.
"I'm sure your teachers have informed you that this is an important basic jutsu that once mastered can be a handy tool for ninjas. Not only can it trick your opponents into thinking there's two of you, it can also draw fire and attention away from you. Which I'm sure if you are fighting some one, you want your punch to hit your clone and not you right, class?" Masakado said placing his hand on the clone's shoulder and then it puffed in a cloud of smoke.
"I'd like you to try making a clone of yourself. It might help to take a picture of yourself and practice against it. If you think you might need a picture of yourself come to me and I can help you out." Masakado instructed letting the boys and girls practice a bit.
Several minutes past by and he preformed a total of three Bunshin clones of three different people and smiled watching them as they struggled to get it right. He gave them helpful types on how they should mold their chakra and gave them the basic run down of how much chakra they should put into the jutsu.
Placing his hands on the bellies of four kids, he was able to coach them to near perfection as he sensed their chakra flow and could tell them when they were using to much chakra.
When every student was able to make a proper clone of themselves, Masakado clapped and laughed.
"Well done, you now no how to make a Bunshin clone." He stepped off the stage of attention and let the others in his party give the run down of the last basic justu: substitutions. For the most part, he was finished with his lesson and like a shade in the background disappeared to collect his money.

Nick taught the students how to use Kawarimi, and said, "Good. Now head home; its gonna get dark."
They left, and Nick was left alone.
He went to get his money from the front desk, and the lady there said, "Mister Goddard? The other mentors here want to offer you a job as reward for teaching the students."
Nick looked at the lady and said, "No thanks. I don't see myself doing this soon."
He left and followed Masakado out the door.
