It was a long and difficult year, but at the same time productive and, most importantly, happy. The family was together, well, almost, but it couldn't be helped. The plans Sol made so long ago were also finally setting in motion. He realized that his attempts would be futile without Rera only after they started acting. But it turned out well in the end, so he didn't worry about it too much.

This abandoned castle town in the middle of nowhere was absolutely perfect. The inhabitants could lead absolutely normal lives, and at the same time it had enough room to accommodate the troops. Surely, it took a lot of hard work, and money. First of all, both the town and the castle needed to be put in proper shape. It took a lot of time, but neither Sol nor Rera were just sitting around during those seven months. They put a lot of work into making this place what it was: a one-city country.

Common folk who wanted to escape unjust feudal lords, poor soil and other "disasters" flocked to this city, as all that was required from them here was order and keeping the place from falling apart again. The city also welcomed bandits on terms that they would keep their crimes to the "outer world" and enlist in the army or the police force. Getting them to keep order rather than disturb it was not easy, but Sol's display of power and Rera's imaginative ways of punishment managed where the display of good will failed.

However, it was mostly the vampiress who was busy ruling the city, with all what that included. Sol spent most of his time training with Saya or drilling the troops. Just now he had finally finished the special training exercises for the army and was going to meet his daughter in their "private" training grounds, which was actually just a barren plain outside of town. It was easily distinguishable by the signs of destruction all over the place. Sol stuck his enormous sword into the ground, waiting for Saya to show up, the blowing wind making his white outfit flutter slightly.

Saya's latest year had been full of one thing, and only one thing. She had spent her time training. Night and day, her stamina, strength, speed, and overall charisma increased beyond her recognition. She was far stronger, and over the year, her status was recognized. She was free to move about freely as she chose, but she also had to respond if the Mist called for her. Their demands were limited because of her training and the area of where she trained, but the times she was needed, her powers from her training proved invaluable.

It was finally time to cut loose from her father's training. A short year in her infinite life, was probably long for her friend Kaeor. She promised him she would return, but this trainig was neccesary, and in this day, she was going to learn from her father the last two jutsu that he knew, so that she would be able to use his style completly and freely. She would not be held bacck anymore. Anyone who walked around the destuction could see marks where water cut into the rock, lightning dug up against the ground, and scorch marks where flames had burn through the rock itself. No one was able to witness the vicious training save for one who barely had a chance to watch her daughter. If anyone would watch in the night, they would see flashes and light coming from lightning and fire. In the day, the unmistakable sound of rock being destroyed was even present during her training.

This day was of no exception, but Saya figured that this day she was going to cause destruction on a larger scale than she had so far. As she walked, her white dress flapped against her knees and black body suit. As she walked, it was clear her body was defined. Muscle rippled beneath smooth creamy skin. Despite the fact that she looked frail, her strength was far beyond a normal human. She took after her mother in looks, but she took after her father mostly in skill, save for her incredible speed. That too was far greater than it once was, and she was confident that she could match her mother's speed at this point and time.

That was hardly any case of debate at this point. She held her black sheathed sword as always as she walked towards her father and the training area. She had come from light snacking and mental preperations. She was going to leave her mother and father this day to travel to world, settle personal matters, as well as business matters. And as she walked, Saya saw her father waiting for her. She leaned from her position and traveled at half her speed, rushing towards her father to make sure he would not get impatient. In a matter of moments, Saya stood close to her father as she slowed to a walk, "I am ready father, for the final jutsu. I do just want to say, that this last year was probably one of my happiest."

Saya smiled gently at her father's explination and watched his expression, "You were never good with words were you father? I understand the base of the jutsu, so now I guess comes the practice part. With all of our training and my using your style it should not be hard with all of my training. Let me see what I can practice on..." Saya looked around the area. She did not want to attack her own father because of all the training, not to mention by the way he described it, even he himself would be winded for the second part of the jutsu to take effect. Her eyes closed in on a rock and she looked back at her father before choosing the practice her first attempt of the jutsu on. In her mind she pictured a shinobi standing in front of her, even closing her eyes to hold the visual. When she slowly opened them, the rock was as if it was an shinobi, despite the fact that it was an inanimate object, the visual would help her to hit her object dead on. Saya felt her hand and arm circulate with chakra and it crackled as she formed it into lightning. She punched towards the rock and hit the it in the direct center where the man's midsection would be. The rock gave way under her punch and was lifted from the ground slightly. Saya lunged forward, forgetting to add lighting chakra to her first. She punch the rock and it split it cracked even more. She was not using her full strength because she wanted the jutsu to break the rock.

Saya shook her head and looked back at her father who merely watched her. She rubbed her face with her hands and rubbed her eyes as she thought about what she had just done wrong. She forgot to have added the second strike. A small mistake she intended not to make. Saya once more composed herself and stared at the rock, the cracks did not mess up her visual, and this time she prepared herself, letting chakra lightly circle her right arm as she jumped forward, she added more chakra, increasing the strength of the inital punch. Saya's hand pounded deeper into the rock, it once more was pushed back by the force. Saya charged her left hand similar to her right, but adding more chakra to the blow. The lightning charged arm pushed towards the rock and she used her strength to add the to punch and the rock crumbled underneath the attack. Where Saya stood, her arm was outstretched, unmoving. Bits and pieces of the rock fly away from her. She pulled herself up from her crouched position and dusted herself, patting at her hair to remove stray rocks. She was able to use lightning chakra, but she had to use her second element to further her progess.

Once more she looked around the area. She knew there were various large rocks that had been once the earth scattered around. She just had to find a tall and skinny one. As she searched, Saya found another tall slab. She smiled and walked towards it. She could not truly master her technique with just a few attacks, she would have to practice with her other elements. Saya looked at the rock, this time not pretending for it to be a shinobi in front of her. She channeled her chakra to her arm once more, this time forming water around her arm. She stared at the rock and jumped forward, determined not to make her first mistake agian. She punched forward, the water exploding against the rock surface as she punched. The initial impact caused a rather extensive amount of damage, but without missing a beat she pushed a much larger amount of chakra into her arm and punched forwards, punching the rock and watching as the impact of her water coated hand completly devestated the rock. As the debre cleared once more, Saya pulled away, shoved her hair back to remove some of the rock pieces and looked around.

Saya cracked her knuckles, listening to her bones cracking under the strain. As she walked forward, Saya looked for another rock to practice on, she just had one more experiment, and that would have to be using both her elements seperately in the jutsu. Saya looked at another rock and walked forward. She stared at the rock and decided that due to its nature that she would use water for the impact and coursed water based chakra along her first and arm. She punched forward hard and caused the rock to bounce into the air. Before it have the time to land on the ground, at the peak of its ascension, Saya's left fist crashed through the rock, puncturing it and send electricity running all around her as it crackled along her arm. Saya once more cleaned her hair and this time smacked at her dress. This time she looked at her father and smiled, "I think I have a handle on the jutsu already."

Saya nodded as she listened to her father's explination and smiled at how he threw off his own self. Saya breathed in through her nose and exhaled through her mouth and spread her legs a little apart, centering herself for full concentration. The most she had done in training was using the jutsu around her arms and legs, but never had she done something like forming lightning and water chakra compeltly around her body. Saya looked at her father once more and merely nodded before turning back, completly facing away from her father. Before she even tried to perform the attack, she wanted to master forming the ball of chakra around her body. No doubt the harder part. Saya closed her eyes and breathed in and out through her nostrils once more. As she prepared herself, lightning based chakra began to circulate around her. She started with the soles of her feet, having practiced this various times, she easily began to form the chakra from her feet. Outwards was another matter as she molded the sphere around her body. She knew that if she could not managed this in seconds that this jutsu would be useless and decided that she had to do just that. She opened her eyes and pushed chakra from all the pores in her body, lightning chakra flickering out rapidly, catching against the rapidly developing sphere. As the sphere took form, Saya paused and released it.

Saya smiled to herself and positioned herself in a crouching offensive style. Saya once more pushed chakra from her massive reserves and the area around her crackled with intensity as she formed the ball, this time much faster around her body. From inside, she knew that she was flawed. Despite forming the ball faster around her, she had not perfected forming the ball evenly. Saya released the sphere once more and crouched agian, folding her arms towards her midsection to help with distributing her chakra properly. She felt every pore of her body tingle as chakra coursed through her entire form. She began to release her chakra to form the sphere, but this time she made sure that she evenly distributed her chakra, making sure the sphere was perfectly formed. Now came the fun part where she always felt a bitterness towards, holding the ball. She made sure she had an even flow of chakra to the sphere as she held it there. Five seconds passed and she was sure that she could relax and not have to concentrate as much. Ten seconds passed and the even distribution was becoming easier for her to maintain. Twenty seconds passed and she felt her chakra draining slower as she grasped the concept behind the jutsu. Half a minute passed and Saya released the sphere once more, but this time, ready to practice the attack.
