OOC: *cracks knuckles* I was just waiting for you to tell me when to go. ^_^

IC: Katsu (yes, I'm going to use that name) walks out into the arena, holding his right hand in front of his face so's not to be blinded much by the sun's intensive rays, and jumps onto one of the few floating platforms that's in the Water Arena. He waves his other hand to the massive crowd as they roar when he enters for he's quite well-known from around as being an excellent trainer, as well as a great strategist. But, as he looks down at the water, he immediately sees that it's not going to be as easy as some of his other ones, being that one of his Pokemon is a Rock-type, which means that he'll be almost useless in this area, but he feels that he just may be able to use him here, but knows that his other Pokemon are going to be alright. Knowing his he awaits for his challenger, not knowing the person's actual name, but has heard that he/she is also and excellent Trainer, which means that he's going to have his work cut out for him, but also doesn't know anything about the Pokemon that he/she has with him/her. Putting his hands in his pockets, he waits to see what's going to happen first before he makes his first move, as that's how a strategist works, which is to wait to see what kind of move your opponent makes to see how to counter it, and make the win as fast as possible.

OOC:*scratches back of head* My bad. Also, you PokÃ©mon are suppose to go on the floating disks if they are lands based. Let's just put that there is a disk in the center that is 5 times as big as the other smaller disks. Several smaller disks are around the giant disk. Sounds good? So that way your Tyranitar has some room to walk.

IC: Zeke was running to the arena. He was late because he threw his alarm clock at the wall last night. He had stayed up analyzing the trainer he was going to face. Across the region, he was very well known unlike Zeke. He didn't want to lose this battle, if he was able to win this one match, he would prove himself as a decent trainer. He stayed up all night analyzing and picking the PokÃ©mon he thought would be right for such a match. Now is the time for his training and studying to be put to work.

Zeke arrived at the arena about 5 minutes late. Luckily, the crowd wasn't too mad at him. He came walking about thinking that the crowd was cheering for him. He waved at the crowd but the crowd got quiet as he arrived to the arena. Bunch of pansies... he said to himself as he got to his platform at the Water Stadium.

As his platform arose, Zeke saw his opponent. Then, the referee began to announce the contestants for the match-up. "In the Red corner, A regional favorite, Katsu!" The crowd goes wild, everyone screams to the top of their lungs. The crowd was going so insane that the referee had to get security to keep people in their seats. After clearing his throat, the ref turns to Zeke and says, "In the Green corner, from the Junsei region, Zeke!"

The crowd cheered but not many people screamed. Majority of the people just clapped their hands, a few friends and family gave a chant here or there. Zeke barely got any love from the crowd. "Alright, I can't let the crowd's appeal go to my head. By the time this is over, they'll all love me." Zeke said as he grasped his PokÃ© Ball. He was pumped up to battle.

"This will be a 3 on 3 battle. Substitutions are allowed but, the use of Items and holding Items are not prohibited. You are to use the Water stage to your own use. And now, the computer will select who shall go first."

The computer blinked for a short amount of time. After a few moments, it then blinked Zeke's name. Quickly, Zeke grabbed a PokÃ© Ball from his belt and enlarged it. He then threw the ball and released his first PokÃ©mon. "Let's go, Feraligatr! Dynamic Power!" he said as the ball released the Water PokÃ©mon onto the center disk. He then awaited for his opponents move.

OOC: We're in the Indigo Plateau by the way. In the Kanto region, since you're all about the Generation 1 and 2.

OOC: Â Thanks for clerifying things, heh. Also, what's "Dynamic Power"?

IC: Â Katsu just stepped onto the actual platform, then he hears someone yelling at him from the sideline for him to get off, and get on the smaller platform, in which he feels embarrassed a little, and just chuckles some as he steps down, and gets where he's supposed to be. Â Seeing his opponent, who's a guy, coming into the arena late, which shows that he doesn't care apparently, but can see that the crowd loves him as well, which means that he's also very famous, in this region anyway, and watches to see what he'll do next, then laughs as he sees the crowd getting quiet once he actually comes in and waves to them. Â He nods his head as he's acknowledged by the Judges, and waves to the crowd again, then watches as his opponent's acknowledged, and nods his head again as he's clerified on the rules of the matches, and smirks some as he watches his opponent go first, and sees him calling out a Feraligatr.

Smirking at this still, Katsu reaches behind his belt with his right hand, takes out a Pokeball, knowing exactly who to take out, for now anyway, enlarges it, then tosses it down into the pit, tossing it above the water actually. Â Just before it hits, it opens up, and his Lanturn comes out into the water, and it splashes around happily, and the Pokeball returns back to him, and he puts it back on the backside of his belt.

Go, Ryoko! Â It's a pure Water-type, so you know what to do, but be careful! Â It looks pretty powerful!

His pokemon nods her head to him, then dives underwater to get out of view of the Feraligatr, both she and Katsu knows that the Pokemon is an excellent swimming, and is very powerful, but he's going to wait to see what the outcomes going to be, and hopes that it doesn't last too long. Â He doesn't give any commands to her just yet, and waits to see what his opponent's going to do, but knows that the Arena has underwater cameras, which means that he'll at least be able to see what's going on down there, and still be able to give out commands to her, then looks back up to his opponent.

OOC: "Dynamic power?" Kinda like my battle cry in PokÃ©mon. I was thinking of using Dynamic Action but then, it'd be like Naruto but, what they hay, I'll use it.

IC: Zeke smirks, A part water part electric PokÃ©mon eh? Zeke said under his breathe. This is going to be interesting. Most likely, he'll try to weaken my PokÃ©mon with electric attacks. But I anticipated some type of electric type against Feraligatr. I got somethign for him waiting....

Feraligatr! the water PokÃ©mon screams at the top of it's lungs. "Dynamic Action, Feraligatr! Stay out of the water, as long as you do that we stand a chance against that Lanturns electric advantage."

Gatr!"

"Feraligatr use Aqua Tail!"

Feraligatr's tail began to glow light blue. It's tail then began to shoot water out in the shape of a spiral. Feraligatr then jumped high into the air and smacked it's tail onto the water of the pool, directly towards Lanturn underwater. The smacked cause an underwater jet of water to aim straight towards Lanturn. Although, it wasn't very strong compared to the full effect of Aqua Tail when hit directly.

After smacking the water, Feraligatr hopped back on to center disk. There he awaited Lanturn and Katsu to make a move. Let's see if he fell for it.... Zeke said to himself as he awaited to see what Katsu would do next.

OOC: Ooooh, ok, heh. Cool. Also, I read up on "Aqua Tail", and it doesn't look like it does anything.... O.o Too late now though, heh. Also, I just saw something. "Hydro Cannon" is not part of Feraligatr's moves, but it's a "Tutor Move". You didn't say we could have those... O.o

IC: Katsu watches as his Lanturn dives underwater, then looks up at Zeke as he gives his commands to his Feraligatr, and smirks at him when he commands it to make the attack. Seeing what it does though, he knows that it's nothing that Ryoko can't handle as she uses her speed to quickly dodge the attack, then quickly swim up to the surface, and awaits for her Trainer's commands. Thinking up of something very quickly, Katsu starts giving out commands from the top of his lungs, making sure that his Pokemon can understand him.

Ryoko, we're going to try and make things much more interesting! Use "Confuse Ray"! (Ryoko) "Turn"!

Looking directly at the Feraligatr, Ryoko conjures up her energy, and her eyes glow a mysterious shade of purple, then a "ray" of purple comes out from her eyes, aiming to hit the Feraligatr into its eyes as well. With this, if it hits, then the Pokemon will be confused for a set amount of time, and possibly won't be able to perform any commands that his Trainer tells him to, and will actually hurt itself in the process. If it doesn't work, and Zeke tries to counter it, Katsu already has a back-up plan to counter whatever his Feraligatr might try to do, knowing that it shouldn't be able to do too much while its on land. But, he knows that he shouldn't take his opponent too lightly, and waits to see what happens next. If the Feraligatr gets confused, he already knows what he's going to do next.

OOC: Fine then, I'll take it out if it's bothering you. Though I believe it said no TM's and HM's. But, whatever, it's gone.

Also, Aqua Tail is just an attack but, I have read the manga before and seen several ways of how to use it. Though, most of the times I have seen it, it's been in a PokÃ©mon contest so...yeah, might get a little flashy and girly.

IC: Zeke is surprised at how fast Lanturn was. Then again, Feraligatr wasn't very fast either. Lanturn hopped out of the way of underwater assault from the Aqua Tail, and then brung it's head ontop of the water. As Katsu commanded it, lanturn released a powerful Confuse Ray towards Feraligatr.

"Feraligatr, dodge it!" Zeke said but, the Water PokÃ©mon was too slow and got hit directed by the ray. A short moment of silence seemed like an eternity to Zeke. "Are you okay buddy?" Zeke said. Feraligatr looked back at his trainer and began to laugh out loud to him. Feraligatr began to roll on the floor laughing for no obvious reason.

"That PokÃ©mon is gone..." Zeke said as he got his PokÃ© Ball from his belt and pressed the button on it. A red beam was aimed at Feraligatr, and when it hit the PokÃ©mon it was turned into a red light, and then zapped back into the ball.

Zeke sighed. "I don't know if this will work but, what the hell." He put back his Feraligatr's PokÃ© Ball onto his belt and then took out another one. Since you like underwater battles He said to himself. Then, let's make it an underwater battle. Fire fight with Fire. Or in this case, Water with Water. I just hope type advantage isn't what settles the battle in his favor.

Grabbing a ball from the back of his belt, Zeke tossed it into the air and released his next PokÃ©mon. The creature was released into the pool, and when it rose up from it, it hopped high into the sky. As it revealed itself, the crowd stood in awe as they saw a Rare PokÃ©mon from the Hoenn region. Yes, Zeke's released PokÃ©mon was infact Relicanth.

"So, Katsu!" Zeke shouted to his opponent. "Try topping this. Dynamic Action, Relicanth! Hit him with your Hydro Pump!"

Relicanth took a deep breathe, and then release a powerful, and deadly spray of water. As the water attack was released, it spiraled to make an appeal to the crowd, as if this was a contest battle. The spiral Hydro Pump was directed straight towards Lanturn.

OOC: You didn't have to take it out, and you did only say no TM's or HM's, but you also didn't clerify that we could have "Tutor Moves".

IC: Katsu chuckles some and watches as Zeke brings his Pokemon back, knowing that it was more than likely that it couldn't fight anymore anyway, and calls it back, then watches as he brings out another Pokemon, one he's not too familiar with. With that, he knows that he's gotta be very careful, but, it appears, judging from the look of it, that it's a Rock-type, but he shouldn't let that fool him, because he thinks that he wouldn't unleash a Pokemon into the water without it being something else that'll counteract the Water Arena. Keeping that in mind, he smirks, thinking that his Lanturn will still be enough to take it down, so he starts giving commands again, hoping that this will work again, then sees it use one of the most powerful Water-type moves.

Ryoko! Be careful! This one's a lot different than the other one! Dodge it! Then, use your own Hydro Pump! (Ryoko) "Turn!" "Lan...turn!" *fires Hydro Pump*

Katsu knows that Ryoko's excellent speed will, for the most part, keep her out of danger, and watches as she does dodge the massive Water Attack, but barely, then she takes in a deep breath, conjures up her energy, then lets out a massive stream of water towards Zeke's Pokemon. Somewhat knowing that it's a Rock-type means that it'll be weak against it, but, he also thinks that it's also a Water-type because of it using a Water-type move, which means that it'll cancel out the Weakness, but it'll still hurt like hell if it hits. He waits to see what happens next, ready to give out commands when they're ready.
