It has a green head band. He wears gloves the same color as his vest. He has semi-long black hair, put back like shikumaru's. He keeps several weapon pouches as he has alot of small weapons and 2 quivers of arrows.

Strengths: Poe excels with projectiles. He is extremely accurate, and would never miss. Poe has alot of expirence is close combat, when put in a situation where both ninja just attack eachother with taijutsu he ussually comes out on top. Poe has an amazing chakra control, which leads to an amazing strength like Tsunade or Sakura. Poe is extremely courageous, he rushes into any situation without fear. Poe is extremely loyal to his friends, he would never betray them and has trouble when two are forced against each other.

Weaknesses: Poe is weak against genjutsu, he himself knows none and is bad at realizing when he is under the influence of one. Poe has a relatively poor endurance, he wears extra padding to try and make up for this but it doesn't quite work. Poe often jumps into situation that he can't handle, people would describe him as the person who runs in yelling. Like Naruto. Poe doesn't like giving killing blows, he can if he must, but he could never kill a defenseless opponent who hadn't wronged him extremely badly. Poe has difficulty when he has to chose between sides.

Description: A taijutsu technique involving several chutes strapped along the ninja's arm, loaded with poison-tipped needles attached to strings. The strings are tied to the loaders in the back of the chutes that house the needles, which the ninja draws back in attack. Upon release, the loaders shoot forward, snapping the strings and firing the needles at the ninja's enemy.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]

Description: Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.

Kage Bunshin Tai no Bakuhatsu [Exploding Shadow Clone Body]

Description: A ninjutsu technique similar to the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique] but where the ninja creates a suicidal Kage Bunshin [shadow clone] instead. After creating it, the ninja can cause the clone to remotely detonate and explode in combat, taking anyone or anything immediately surrounding it out.

Description: A ninjutsu technique where the ninja stares down their opponent and causes their opponent to become completely frozen in their tracks. This is a perfect technique for escaping a dire situation, or for stalling a target in an assassination. This is normally a jutsu known by ANBU members.

Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind]

Description: This taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a really fast movement. The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent, and by raising his dominant leg, kicks the enemy right on the chin. This would send the victim flying up into the air. The attacker can then proceed with an even more devastating follow-up attack. Leaf spinning wind is very hard to dodge, since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already high up in the air.

Description: An attack which on its own does pretty much nothing yet can inflict great damage when in combination with other jutsus. This jutsu is an aerial set-up, meaning the enemy has to be in the air for it to fully function. Once in the air, the shinobi positions himself just below the opponent while in the air. Thus, the ninja becomes their opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent unable to escape from a follow-up attack.

Description: This jutsu renders the user invisible to the naked eye, and can deplete their presence and smell. However, special bloodline techniques or abilities are able to detect the user performing this jutsu.

Description: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja shoulder charges their enemy, driving them away or even into something stable. With impressive strength, this technique can be quite devastating.

Background: Poe was born in fire country, he has always been a loyal ninja to Konaha. He doesn't know much about his own history. He suffered extreme amnesia with the fall of Sasiko. He doesn't know who his. He has been taking refuge in a small village in Fire country, he had to Konaha forehead protector, so it is assumed he was sided with them. There is no records, many other jounin were lost with the fall of Sasiko. He was only recently excepted back into the village, as only now they are almost sure he is not a spy, but he is kept under close watch and isn't revealed any vital information.

Sample Post: Poe was in the forest on a mission. It was only a C-Ranked Mission but there was supposed to be a missing-nin in the area so he had to keep his guard up. He was looking around for his target, but then he heard it right behind him. He jumped and turned around shoot the bow backwards he shot his target in the head and killed it... The deer died.

Poe looked around that wasn't what he thought it was. Maybe he was a little paranoid. He looked around, he had regretted killing a dear. It had to be done, if not how would the ninja eat. He picked up at put it over his back, he smiled. His work was done, he could finally work his way back. His work was done.
