I think its time that Iwagakure had a balanced team for itself, one to take on missions, to build trust and companionships (maybe more), to pursue strength and power, and overall to have a better rp. whos up for it? looking for a 4 man cell (1 teacher, 2 other genin)

for people that dont know. you get training bonuses when training with your team.

Bonuses

* Missions completed within a team grant all participants a 25% Bonus on mission rewards
* Post-Count required to train Jutsu's are lowered by 2 when training with your full team. Please note, if the Jutsu training occurs on a mission, the bonus is only 1 post. Only one Jutsu can be learnt per-member, per-thread.
* Kinjutsu Points are lowered by 1 when training with your full team. This excludes Rank Training. Please note, this bonus does not apply if the Jutsu-Training is occurring on a mission; it must be a dedicated training thread. Only one Jutsu can be learnt per-member, per-thread.
