Requester: The Hokage
Description: In the recent weeks, the success rate of the missions requested from Konoha had fallen severely, and several shinobi had gone missing. After some investigation, it was discovered that all important missions were sabotaged by a previously unknown group who call themselves "The Red Dawn". Their actions were carefully calculated to harm Konoha's reputation without revealing themselves too much or appearing as a direct threat to the peace of Fire Country. As such, they are not considered hunted criminals or even known of outside the Leaf Village. This allowed them to harm the shinobi village without becoming targets of the government.
However, their actions cannot be allowed to continue. A spy was finally able to discover the location of their hideout, and now a task force is being assembled to take this group down. The exact number of its members or their skills are unknown, however, it is safe to assume that they possess a vast amount of fighting power.
