On this particular day, Keto did a little patrolling with a group of jounin. They just took him around to show him a typical day as one of them when nothing went wrong. This set usually just did as they showed him and circled the main village, then did one check in the Land of waves every other day to make sure everything was just. They decided to stop at a local bar and the grown shinobi just broed nesuki to death. The talked about grown folks talk that Nesuki could not understand, so when he got tired of faking his laughs, he fell asleep. Some time later, Keto was awaken by a loud scream. He jumped up and seen a girl run his way shotuing, " Help my mommy! Some dogs are loose." Nesuki jumped from his high stool next to the bar and looked around. His first objective was really to find his superiors, but it seemed that they had headed back to Kirigakure once they finished their drinks. Nesuki was a sound sleeper, so they probably forgot about him or decided to play a prank. Either way, he had to deal with the new problem. He honed in on his hearing as he could hear yelping in the distance. he utilized a single handseal as he dashed to the area. he was not going to approach these dogs directly, so he used the stalls on the way to lead him to the foortops. he was going to finish this as quick and painful as possible. From the rooftops, Nesuki peered over the edges with his hands still locked and ready for release. Finally he came to the stall wherehis prey were performing their ruckus. Five dogs were around a food stall while a woman whimpered in a corner with a broom. Nesuki now had to end the troubles that this hardworking parent had to endure. His hands seperated and his right hand was engulfed in an electrical accent. He raised his hand backwards and threw it forward as a ball released and imed for the middle dog's back. It let out a loud yelp before jumping and attempting to run. Unfortunately, it was done. It too kno more than two steps before it collapsed. The remainder of the dogs turned around and just howled at Nesuki as he prepared another electrical ball. true it was a low ranked technqiue, but it hit right on the Ryo.

Description: This jutsu requires only one handseal, the one to the element the user wants. For the best results, the user will generally choose one of their elements. What this is is a very small chakra ball filled with elemental power, and can be fired off in rapid succesion, or be charged up for a semi-strong bigger ball. This is not a Rasengan technique, but more of a release of chakra. The chakra in the ball is wild, so it has a chance of dissipating and wasting the chakra used. It also bleeds chakra when it is held for a charge. To use this in rapid succesion, one would need a good chakra pool, in order to keep using the chakra balls. At B-rank, the ball is a little more stable, but it still has some chakra bleed.

After the four dogs turned to release their sorrow for the fallen member of their pack, the lade looked out of her stall and seen what was going on. She only peered when looking because she knew little about stray dogs or shinobi. She just knew food, gossip, and how to be a villager. Meanwhile, Nesuki was ready to launch a second attack as a dog charged towards him. He jumped jumped down towards the stray as it lunged up towards him. His hand emitted a crackling look and sound as he charged his attack for release. Out of all the times this technique wanted to lose potency, he hoped this time it was on the money. Nesuki blinked and his eyes oepned buldged as he threw his hand forward and the charged ball shot from his hand at very close range. It came with a force that sent the dog back to the ground before he could land comfortably. Soon afterwards, Nesuki landed and he was feeling like having some more fun. The range shots were gret, but he wanted to feel his damage across these dogs. He pulled his metal Bo from his back and placed it in both of his hands as he began to focus chakra through it using a clan technique. He then taunted, " Bring it on you muts." Nesuki prepared for the remaining three dogs to approach. His weapon of choice now illuminated with his two different chakra froms. Lightning and water all at the same time was present in the pole he was going to beat the dogs with. it was now time to finish his deedfor the day. The dogs lunged forward while barking and Nesuki's weapon just seemed to take over as all he did was swing various ways with style The Bo went from his hands to his back, between his legs, and back to his hands while just colliding with flesh and bones with enomous pressure. Once Nesuki finally stopped, the dogs dropped as he looked oneward to the stall and brethed hard while staring into the peering eyes of the woman that finally just made herself known. The woman stood and spoke, " Thank You. Take this." She threw him a reward and he was ready to take his leave while truning off his technique.

Description: This is a basic jutsu taught by the Shiatammes. It's actually more of an inborn ability, so a Shiatamme Clan member that had no contact with one who knew this already could, in theory, learn this technique. This takes the Shiatamme's connection with their element to pour it into a weapon that they are holding. This lasts as long as the user has chakra to maintain it, or until they release the jutsu. Once the member gets to D-rank, and depending on the element, it could be used offensively by sending the chakra down an opponents weapon.
