Ocean is a young boy with black hair and extremely blue eyes. He always seems to have some sort of a scorn on his face. His clothes consist of basic clothing, only, he always wears a flak jacket. He wears a leaf ninja headband, however, he is a missing ninja. His hair covers his right eye when the headband is across his forehead.

Personality:
Ocean is an all around badass kind of guy. He always knows what to say and has wit about every word that comes from his mouth. His intelligence is only matched by his skill, giving him an amazing mastery over not only physical combat, but an intense training of Genjutsu skills. He is very, however, arrogant and can sometimes loose his temper. He is usally loved by all, but plays the part of just some average guy.

Background:
Ocean is a young boy who was born and even raised in Konoha. When he was born, his parents could find no name for him, so he grew up just being called "boy" until a young girl came to him and pointing at his eyes saying "Ocean!" He took that name and made it his own, branding it as him. During his life in Konoha he met many people, life long friends, and life long enemies. He was close friends with one other boy named Amegaki Inuzuka. Together, Amegaki and the boy took on classes in their school. Amegaki, however, was the stronger of the two. Amegaki taught Ocean many Taijutsu moves, but Ocean prefered Genjutsu and learned it instead. At the end of the year, Ocean passed the class at the top, breaking a few record at the school and graduating at the rank of C-Class, while Amegaki graduated at the rank of E-Class, like the others.

Ocean knew that he would at some point go in search of more knowledge, chasing wherever the world could take him. He left the gates of Konoha, searching for more to learn. During his travels, he met a boy about his own age of the name Vatu 'Ryo' Kaji. They also became life-long friends, however, Amegaki remained his rival. Ryo, Ocean, and Amegaki, together formed what they called themselves, "The Triumvirate." All of them gaining knowledge in different areas, Ryo having swordplay, Amegaki in full on Ninjutsu, and Ocean in Genjutsu.
