A few rules one must follow. Don't post here. (Didn't make that clear before)
1. All shinobi are required to wear " this" somewhere within their signature, as a sign of loyalty. You may add this only when you have been added to the Otogakure shinobi list. Any shinobi caught without this in their signature once they have been added to the list within two days will be considered traitors, and will be deemed missing nin. If found within Oto territory they will be killed on site.

2. When entering/exiting the village you must post within the Otogakure gates, located Here. This goes for everyone.
3. Shinobi of Sound are not allowed to leave the Land of Rice Fields without permission from the Otokage. If a shinobi leaves without permission they will be deemed missing, hunted and possible killed, or captured.
4. Respect your fellow Sound shinobi. This village strength lies within its ability to use brute force in mass numbers. Utilize your skills and team and you will be rewarded.
5. DO NOT ask me for a curse seal. Only a selected number will be given out. If someone with the seal dies then a slot will be open, in which case I will pick from a list of those whom I wish to have the seal if they want it. If you want the seal wait till a position is open. Those who have the curse seal will be marked within the Shinobi list.
6. All Sound shinobi must post within the Shinobi index. Failure to do so will lead in becoming a missing nin. You get one warning. ONE!
