IC:Ballian sat in his desk as Noah came when Ballian asked him."I want you to learn this summoning technique."He spoke softly."This summoning is of a creature much of a similar beast i am about to learn, since i want to make sure this alliance with oto works, i think hopefully if i make a good peaceful war against konoha will be demolished to the full extent of our three countries of power."He said as leaning back in his chair with his hands held into a ball.
Looking out the window and wondering, what is taking kenpachi so long, he knew the otokage, Zieg Amimura, wouldn't kill him."What could he be up to..."dismissing Noah to go learn the jutsu, he smiled as got up himself. _________________

Kuchiyose no Jutsu [Summoning Technique]
Rank: A (Kinjutsu)
Requirements: Approved Summoning Animal
Description: Having signed a contract in blood; any ninja with this ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. The user must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal. There are many variations to the Kuchiyose, and some of which include the substitution of a life as a blood sacrifice, or even no sacrifice or hand seals at all. Not all things summoned are animals. People and items can be summoned.
Noah looked with great interest at the scroll that was handed to him and he took it from Ballian making sure to be careful with it seeing as how it looked very old, the parchment seemed to be worn in places as Noah inspected it further before placing it in a large pocket within his coat for safe keeping. Wow the times ahead with the upcoming war must be really weighing down on the Kage for him to bring these contracts out waiting to hear the Kage finish his statement Noah stood up and hesitated before turning to walk away saying "thank you Ballian, I appreciate your trusting me with one of this villages greatest weapons and I will not let you down" before exiting the Kage's office.
Closing the door to the kage's office Noah started to walk out of the palace, taking the scroll from the pocket in his coat he unsealed it and began reading it as he walked through the palace doors stepping into the village. Looking over the text written within the ancient scroll Noah read to learn the name of the creature that he was going to bond with "the Sand Guardian huh? So that's it's title and it's name? That's a little strange but I'm not here to judge, but I probably should get somewhere a bit more private before I start my training." He said to him self before jumping to the top of the closet tall building to take a look around for a place to train I really wish that I knew the city a little better, I have to remember to get a more in depth tour next time he thought scanning the horizon of the village, seeing nothing but allot of sand in any direction so seeing as how it didn't really matter he simply picked a direction and disappeared with a swirl of water behind.
Re-appearing in the desert outside the the city Noah raised a hand to shield his eyes from the sudden gust of desert wind that kicked sand up in his face "huh quaint" he said looking over the desert "this is as good a place as any" making sure that there was nobody around before again pulling the contract scroll from his coat pocket. Unsealing the scroll Noah unraveled the contract and looked over the text until he spotted the part he was searching for, the instructions on binding yourself to the contract. When he finished studying the instructions Noah unrolled the scroll further until he came upon the signing spaces and found a blank one, than drawing the necessary blood by biting into the tip of his thumb he dabbed the rest of his fingers on that hand against the fresh blood.
Placing his finger tips covered with his blood on the top of the open space Noah peeled them off slowly leaving his fingerprints on the scroll "ok now all I have to do is sign it" he said as he wrote his name in blood in the space under his fingerprints. When he finished he looked over the contract for the rest of the instructions "here's what I was looking for" he said as he spotted the necessary hand seals for summing the Sand Guardian, looking at the scroll he performed each hand seal in the sequence "Pig....Dragon....Rooster....Horse....Sheep".
After running through the hand seals a few times to commit them to his memory he rolled the scroll back up and re-sealed it before putting it away in his coat. Well I guess it's time to start the real thing, taking a deep breath Noah bit into his thumb again because the bleeding had stopped and wiped the blood onto his left palm starting from the bottom center and streaking the blood up to the base of his middle finger. Concentrating on raising his chakra Noah started through the hand seals "I, Tatsu, Tori, Uma, Hitsuji" he said aloud as he performed each one, as he finished the last seal he slammed his left hand onto the ground.
Noah blinked a couple times looking at his hand for a couple seconds hoping to see the seal form but to no avail "huh...I guess I need to put more chakra into it next time" he thought getting back to his feet. Well my chakra was only raised to about twenty percent that time and the seal didn't even appear, so double it and it should be ok he thought as he bit into his thumb for the third time today and spread it across his palm. Focusing he poured double the chakra into performing the jutsu, reaching an amount he considered good enough he held it there before running through the hand seals and again as he completed the last one he slammed his left palm onto the desert sand and pushed the chakra down through his arm .
Taking him a little by surprise the seal formed on the sand and spread out from his palm come on just keep the flow of chakra steady he thought as he concentrated on the seal but something was wrong and while he was keeping the flow steady the seal just stayed under his palm, after a few seconds Noah released the flow of chakra letting the seal disappear from the sand. Standing up he brushed the sand off of his hands "ok so the flow of chakra was fine that time but apparently it's still not enough, it was close enough to create the summoning seal though so it can't take much more to complete the summoning....hmmm....another ten or fifteen percent should be enough" he said out loud to himself preparing for his next attempt.
Rubbing the palm of his left hand he decided to hold off on the training for a second to let his hand rest, it felt to Noah as if his palm was on fire and he couldn't decide whether it was from keeping his chakra flowing through it or the fact that he was holding his hand on the hot desert sand "god this training sucks, but I made a promise to Ballian that I wouldn't let him down" he said as he pulled some medicinal balm he had tucked away and rubbed it on his hands to sooth the burning so he could continue. Blocking the discomfort from his mind he slowed his breathing and focused on gathering more chakra as he drew fresh blood for the summoning sacrifice and rubbed it on his palm how much more blood am I going to have to lose to complete this jutsu he thought as he began the seal sequence again making sure to keep his chakra level from dropping.
Completing the seals he once again thrusted his palm onto the ground and poured his chakra into the summoning, now just hold the flow of chakra steady and it should work he reminded himself as the seal formed on the ground so close....just a bit more he urged himself on but the burning sensation of his left hand that was touching the seal started to grow to a point were it was messing with his concentration and his chakra flow began to falter and the seal shrunk with each second until he could no longer hold it and released the jutsu. "Damn that stings" he said shaking his left hand as the burning started to subside great I didn't even get as far as the last time. Taking a seat on the sand he gave his hand a little more time to return to normal "well this is proving to be more difficult than I'd planned, I think that the chakra level is fine I just need to keep my concentration" he said pulling something to eat from his coat I might as well eat lunch while I'm taking a break. When he finished eating and the pain from his hand had all but disappeared he stood back up and brushed himself off before getting back to the training "alright one more time" Noah said as he concentrated on raising his chakra back to the level it was at on his last attempt.
After drawing more blood and spreading it across his palm he focused on gathering more chakra as he formed each hand seal and again slammed his hand into the sand while rushing the chakra he's raised into his arm, seeing the seal form under his hand once again he held the new chakra flow and after a second a small poof of smoke came up from the center of the seal and Noah released the chakra flow and took his hand of the ground but the smoke was quickly wisped away in the desert wind "damn so close, that's it this time I'm going all out, no more pussy footing around" he said as he focused for a second and felt the familiar discomfort as he activated his Riyukous eye and felt the rush of fresh chakra.
As the fresh chakra flowed through him he could also feel it slowly starting to drain from his body and knew if he wanted to complete the summoning today that he had to be quick about it, he once again prepared the blood sacrifice on the palm of his left hand and started the hand seals, during the seals he raised his chakra up to it's limit choosing not to hold back anymore he finished the seals and slammed his hand on the ground and forced the chakra from the other parts of his body down through his arm and into the summoning. Noah watched as the seal began to form on the ground and he pushed even harder as the chakra flow to his hand was building, all of the sudden just when Noah thought he had it he grew light headed and became dizzy. Not being able to focus on the jutsu Noah dropped the chakra flow and fell to the ground, still feeling dizzy he sat up on the sand and held his head in his hand trying to stop the desert from spinning "woah I guess rushing all of your chakra into a jutsu isn't a good idea man this sucks, I have to remember never to do this again and next time I have to leave enough chakra behind so that I can actually stand up" he scolded himself as he started to feel a little better and slowly got back up to his feet. Taking deep breaths hoping to sooth the headache he now had he took a second to get his bearings as his chakra flow returned to normal, shaking off the headache he decided to continue the training despite the fact that he felt a little weak because of his eyes still draining his chakra "I have to hurry before I run out of chakra all together" he said before biting in to his thumb for his next attempt.
Wiping more blood on his palm he ran through the hand seals one more time and slammed his hand on the ground and only had to wait a second before a large cloud of smoke exploded out of the seal and Noah quickly removed his hand from the ground and stumbled backwards a couple feet before falling, Noah was sure that the look he must have had on his face was probably the weirdest mix of shock and astonishment as the smoke was cleared away by the wind rushing over the dunes around him and left him staring at this gargantuan what looked like stone creature.
"So are you the one who has summoned me to this place" the Guardian said looking down at Noah who was still sitting after stumbling backwards and stunned by the entity that stood before him. After staring for a second Noah snapped him self out of it and stood back up brushing the sand off before addressing the Guardian "please excuse my rudeness, my name is Noah Itichi and yes I am the shinobi who has summoned you, I was chosen by the current Kazekage to be the new holder of your contract."
The Guardian took a few steps towards Noah and seemed to be sizing him up before he spoke again "Well it's good to meet you young one, it's been awhile since the contract I made with the Kazekage has been in use, things must be troubling the residence of my desert for be to be brought back like this. In fact the last time that I was summoned to this desert there was an army waiting for me and since the Kage has brought my contract back from the grave I'm sure I'll be seeing another one soon enough, so young one explain to me what troubling events would cause the Kage to approve the use of my contract after so long."
Having to crane his neck up pretty far in order to look into the Guardian in the eyes Noah made sure to speak in a clear voice for fear of upsetting him "There is talk of war brewing among the great shinobi villages in a time where the strength of the shinobi is at it peak and every village must call on it's entire strength to prevail." The Guardian broke his gaze at Noah with the mention of war and turned his head to look out over the desert to his right and it seemed to Noah that he was thinking of or recalling an old memory but he didn't have much time to be caught up in it "well young one it seems that there are going to be some interesting days ahead of the two of us, may we support each other in battle and strive to uphold that which resides within this great land."
Noah looked at the Guardian and remembered the contract and how old it seemed and a questioned popped into his mind, speaking up Noah asked "Guardian if you don't mind me asking, how did you come to be associated with the Sand village as it's guardian?" The Guardian turned it's gaze away from the desert horizon and looked down at the shinobi "well long before the great shinobi villages and the land of wind was founded I was the protector of this desert, I lived here and drove away those who seeked to enter with a desire to bring harm to or in anyway seek to change the land that I loved. Although I kept to the desert I was aware of the world outside it and I had seen the changing of the world and the population of the lands around mine. You see as one of the spirits of this desert I'm seen as the embodiment of the land and as such I had to act in the best interest of my home, so when travelers came from the ever growing outside world came here with plans to settle in my desert I knew that there was no stopping my once peaceful home from becoming overrun with humans." The Guardians gaze turned away from Noah now and to the village off to his left before he continued "in the many years that followed the creation of what would become this great village I continued to protect the desert from those who seeked to harm it but I kept my presence concealed from the desert dwellers, but as the village grew so did it's knowledge of the desert." Noah was focused completely on the Guardian, he'd always loved a good story and this was a great one, as the Guardian paused Noah took the chance and spoke up "so is that when you approached the Kage and formed the contract?"
The Guardian seemed to laugh at the question or what Noah thought was a laugh anyway before answering "first off he came to me and it was actually the elders of the village that became aware of me first, they informed the Kage of my existence and he took it upon himself to travel into the desert and seek a meeting with me. I chose to give him a chance and hear what he had to say but what he said I wasn't expecting, he inquired as to my history with the desert and I told him about my home. He than proceeded to ask me to go on protecting it but with him by my side, he told me of the villages love of the desert and how it was also his job to protect it and suggested that we work together as partners, I gave it some thought and decided to agreed to sign a contract that would allow me to be brought to were ever a villager was in trouble, and so I came to be known as the Sand Guardian and fought beside Kage after Kage to keep harm from befalling this land."
Noah felt a smile come over his face as he looked upon the gargantuan Guardian and nodded in approval of his last statement "I look forward to a time when we will stand side by side on the battle field and I thank you for giving me your approval, I'm truly honored." Noah stated as he gave a small bow to the Guardian who said his goodbyes "the Kazekage chose the new holder of my contract well I'm sure that you will not let him down and from now on I'll always be here to keep you safe, well until the next time we meet young one." Description: This jutsu operates on the principle of "the hand is quicker than the eye", a phrase the user will often say just before activating it. It delays the target's sensory perceptions by one second, making it seem as though time has paused. The pause is only one second long, so it seems as though it never really happened. The user will then continue the battle, but the opponent will think the user is one place, while they were there a full second before. This allows the user to usually get in two or three hits before the target becomes aware of the delay. After this the target might realize it is Genjutsu and use Genjutsu Kai, or they might not realize it and just try to anticipate one second in advance.

Popping a soldier pill into his mouth to replenish the chakra that he lost training the summoning technique Noah decided that since it was the middle of the afternoon he would continue his training and learn a bit more before he called it a day, taking a deep breath to calm his nerves Noah drew his arm into his coat to one of the deep pockets and pulled out a scroll. The scroll is one that he had obtained on his travels that contained various jutsu that he intended to learn. Creating a water clone to help him with his training, Noah activated his Riyukous eyes to raise his Genjutsu strength to it's maximum he closed them for a second to focus his chakra before opening them back up and looking at the clone "ok I'm going to throw a kunai at you and you dodge it, very simple" he said as he grabbed a kunai with his right arm from the pouch in his sleeve ok here goes he thought as he threw the kunai at the clone and focused his chakra into his eyes as he performed the jutsu. "Damn, it looks like it didn't work I'll have to pour more chakra into it this time" he said to the clone as he looked over the scroll again to make sure he hadn't missed anything. Rolling up the scroll and putting it away back in his coat Noah had the clone toss him back the Kunai he had thrown at him before, not because he didn't have more but because he didn't want to lose them in the shifting sands of the desert. Taking the Kunai in hand he focused more chakra into his eyes this time around and whipping the weapon at the clone he caught his gaze and released the chakra performing the jutsu. Creating another clone to replace the one that he killed to told it to pick up the kunai that was lying in the sand were it struck the other clone "ok now I want to rush at me and try to cut me with that kunai" he told the clone as he took a stance with his hands behind his back. The clone gave a little smile and ran at Noah and as the clone came closer he raised the weapon preparing to slash down across Noah's chest. When the clone was almost right on top of him Noah focused, rushing chakra to his eyes and catching the stare of the clone as the clones arm started to come down with the kunai just a foot away from Noah. Looking right into the clones eyes Noah released the chakra he'd raised and instantly noticed a slight hesitation in the clones attack while Noah stretched a leg out and side stepped the clones attack before grabbing his arm and twisting it around towards his back taking away the kunai. "Well what do you know, it worked" Noah said before plunging the kunai into the clone making it disperse into the sand beneath his feet "ok well what's next he said putting away the kunai and pulling out the scroll again."

Description: With this jutsu, the user can make themselves disappear so that they can approach their opponent unnoticed. Once near the desired target, a tree will grow at the target's feet and branches from an illusory tree will bind them from behind so that they are unable to even move or use hand seals.
