Appearance: Nick is a tall young man, and very good looking. His long blonde hair is pulled back into a pony tail, and is spiked up, resembeling that of large spires poking out of the ground. The hair is swept back to reveal his forehead, which resembles a blank sheet of clear paper in apperance. His eyes are a sea-blue, looking like the sea after a storm. However, a scar runs down his right eye, the only mar on his face.
His ears are slightly pointed, like an elf's, and his right earlobe holds a small diamond earring. His left earlobe holds a medium sized sapphire earring in the shape of a tear drop.
His mouth holds a dentist's dream- or some would say nightmare, cause they would not get money off him. Nick Goddard keeps his teeth spotless and clean, resembling white soldiers on a pink battlefield. His teeth are perfectly aligned and in order. However, their is a slight difference; his canine teeth are filed into points, giving the impression of an animal at bay.
His skin is lightly tanned, making it obvious he gets out into the sun. His skin holds no imperfection or scars of any kind.
His shirt holds the Konoha symbol, making it obvious he holds alliance to Konoha. The logo is faded, and shows signs of aging. The color is black, with blue sleeves protruding from the shoulders.
His pants are black, with white circles decorating the back and front of the sleeves.
His legs and feet are covered by the long pants, but one can see the toes of his sandels.

Personality: Nick Goddard is scarred by his sibling's disappearance. He holds a grim, solemn demeanor when he talks about it. However, he is caring, compassionate and fun-loving all of the rest of the time. He is always fun to have around, but fearing him in battle is a good thing to do. He is always quiet, but always seems to make himself heard. He always has a thought, and puts it out there.

Background:Nick is the only living member is his family, which once belonged to the Hyuuga clan, but were banished for some crime before he was born. He got into the Ninja Academy at the top of the new arrivals, and astounded his mentors with his skills of the kunai.
A year ago, he came into Konoha alone, and asked for admission into the village. The village elders gave him admission. After that, he built his house, and has lived ther since. He goes away every now and then, but never for long.
He is looking for his brother, John, and sister Kairi. They went MIA on a mission in kirikagure, and never came back. Now, Nick is trying to find any info on his siblings. When he does, he intends to go where they are rumored to be and reunite with them and try to recreate his shattered family.
Nick Goddard currantly lives in a house on the outskirts of Konoha, listining for all and any info on anything revolving around his siblings.

C-Rank Chuunin, how? Also, you don't start off with the Byakuugan. And, Hyuugas don't get Elements, nor use weapons, except for maybe basic ones like Kunai, Shuriken, etc.

Hyuuga don't get any weapons what-so-ever, not just non-standard ones. It is one of the ways their abilities are leveled out. Crazy Doujutsu bloodline, great defensive jutsu, unmatched taijutsu, AND powerful weapons? It just becomes to much. Remove even the Kunai. That is unless an Admin will allow the exception this time.
