Could you explain what a special chuunin is, and how the ranking works? Is it just the same as Special jounin, except for chuunin?

umm...how do I say this,...this Ranking system has many flaws. For one thing, what is so special about a Special Chuunin? Lemme guess, they can be in ANBU? Not special.

Also, how can a Missing Nin be stronger then a Kage? not too mention, I didn't think people could receive Bijuu's in this thing. That would be kinda godmoddish if you ask me. Not too mention unfair.

Just a short comment. Then again, it's not my place and point to be judging you guys.
