Name: Nekojin Isan (Cat Demon Heritage)
Race: Nekojin
Name: Daikonran, Churitsu, Horitsu are the original names, but see below.
Leaders: Daikonran Miaow, Churitsu Gotnoonaru, Horitsu Shutiotootate
Description: The nekojin originated from three distinct types and anyone fullblood from the nekojin village has a bit of the main familys power. The originals are legended to be bijuus, but no one can confirm this. Each type had it's own unique job within the village. Those of Daikonran blood deal with the commerce and produce things that take a short amount of time but need mass production. Churitsu deal in food production, farming and running the restruants. They also make medicine. Horitsu are the law, running the government and also producing items that take perfection such as katanas. There are those that don't do their branch's job, and it's nothing that's a big deal. The only reason they do assigned job are there abilities and personality. The main leaders are each direct descendants of the clans original. Daikonran are usually easily to get along with, but are often too energetic. They don't have what you call a short attention span, but they prefer to do things that are short or exciting. Churitsu are stoic, calm and are the best at negotiation. This is because they take time to see things from all sides. They are good at caring for plant because of there patience and affinity for water. Finally Horitsu are perfectionist and have strong opinions on everything. They do everything by the book, never deviating. They all resemble humans with cat ears, long tails (at least body length if not longer), and feline aspects to their faces, but each subfamily has there own look to them. Daikonran have light colored skin with a pinkish complex and an odd spoon like shape at the end of their tails, and fluffy pinkish white feathered wings. Churitsu are gray skinned and their tails split at the end, with sleek gray feathered wings. Horitsu are dark, normally black skin, and they have "demon" points at the end of their tails, with black ragged looking feathered wings.(The wings are able to fold up flat against back.) Sometime mutations occur and offspring look more like foxes, the only noticable difference being that they may be born able to use the fire element. This clan is in no specific village, but lives in the deep forest near Konoha. As far as attire goes, they prefer to wear looses fitting items that closely resemble robes of sorts. Daikonran don't really like any armor, Churistu like to keep limbs protected withs headbands, light helmets, gauntlets, bracers and shin protectors, and Horitsu have been know to wear waist scale armor (in a samurai type) style, as well a things for joint protection that the Churitsu like to wear. Another place of note is the katana temple which teach the ways of the sword. Not the best in the world but pretty good. Their ability to infuse items with elemental properties are among the best in the world.
Another interesting note is that if a Nekojin and someone else with a bloodline have a child, it's nekojin bloodline will be replaced by the other one. They will have at physical charastics except for wings and their chakra will be effected as well. There are a few abilities that allows them to gain some abilities from the nekojin clan.
Specific Info on different families:
While different for each family, each one possesses a two abilities. Firstly, since the original Nekojin where indeed aquatic, they are good at holding there breaths underwater. Secondly, they have small wings that can help them jump, change direction in the air and somewhat slow their descent. These are the specific affects this has on each family;
Daikonran: The chakra fluctuates at time being high and at others be so low it's none existant. Also early in a shinobi's career they will channel excess chakra into all jutsu, and even later it will be a problem from time to time. Fuuton Jutsu works well with them, even though their chakra is so unusual.
Churitsu: They have an large amount of chakra. They are attuned perfectly to using Suiton Justu.
Horitsu: They always channel the perfect amount of chakra into each jutsu they do. Doton Justu is the style that they innately use well.
Bloodline Limits

Name: Elemental Control
Requirements: 3 Point Training for each stage above first; Elemental Mastery for 5th
Description: By using a special chakra variation, Nekojin can put it into an element to gain direct control. This isn't done with chakra, but any use of this ability will still affect their chakra pool as if it was. Note that this generally makes the element weaker due to not being enforced with chakra, but having no chakra within it may be and advantage against some effects. Of course a larger amount of manipulation means less chakra to deal with.
They can erect a barrier of the element strong enough to fend off jutsu and attacks of E and D rank, but this becomes two rank lower then themselves at B rank. This barrier can be large enough to cover the area of element they can manipulate, but costs more energy accordingly. Attacks dealt with elements are considered dealt with the highest rank weapon they can wield. Wind does very little damage when manipulated in such a way, so Kaze Dansu is best to be used for direct attack in this manner.
Stage I: A small amount of control, can only control the element within 5 feet of themselves.
Stage II: A moderate amount of control, can only control the element within 10 feet of themselves.
Stage III: A moderately large amount of control, can only control the element within 20 feet of themselves.
Stage IV: A large amount of control, can only control the element within 30 feet of themselves.
Stage V: Superior control, can only control the element within 50 feet of themselves.
Name: Elemental Mastery
Requirements: Lose of additional Elemental Release at A and SS rank.
Description: Labeling in unnecessary to deal in other elements, you've dedicated your training to your orginal one. At A rank your element jutsu and controlling takes 20% less chakra, and at SS 50% less.
Name: Original Prankster
Requirements: 5 Point Training, Element Control will be learned at Half Efficiency, Cannot Learn Additional Elements past your first. Cannot Learn Elemental Mastery.
Description: All genjutsu used by you is considered one rank higher than usual for purposes of dispelling and immunity.
Name: HalfBlood Prince
Requirements: Nekojin born with another bloodline, Lose of the ability to learn jutsu as if your bloodline is one higher.
Description: You can learn the Awaseru jutsu (see in Elemental Jutsu Section) to gain element control with your subclan's element at half the ability of a pure blood Nekojin. You can only learn the jutsu for this purpose.
Fighting Styles
If the person learning isn't a Nekojin, they must be taught by one or someone previously taught.

Name: Kaze Dansu [Wind Dance]
Requirements: Bloodline or SA strongly attuned to wind, 4 Point Training
Description: Users of this jutsu use wind attacks and taijutsu-like movement to make a special style. It allows them to use wind as an extension of their body, sending out waves of it to hit opponents. Visible as wispy green chakra, the wind hits much like the shinobi themselve are physically attacking. They can project their attack through wind either with palm thrusts or swinging their limbs. Palm thrusts result in direct blasts, while swung limbs send a crescent of wind energy out. Being a fighting style, it's power grows with the users skill. The projection range is 5 feet per shinobi rank (starting from E). Alternatively, they can bring this wind around a limb to increase the knockback force of the hit. When used in this way it can send an enemy back as far a the hit would usually go, but will soften the impact of the hit. As a coincendence of the atonement to wind this takes, it also heightens speed and agility +5% per rank. As it suggests, this style resembles dancing.
Name: Yureru Nami [Swaying Waves]
Requirements: Bloodline or SA strongly, 4 Point Training
Description: This style give the user slight water control (or improves already existing control) and teaches them counter style techniques. It's movements mimic waves, receding like the tide and crashing upon the enemy like waves. It's evasive techniques are designed to keep one close to the enemy and take advantage of the small opening created by them missing. This is then normally followed up by a blow to a decently vital spot or to knock the opponent down (and possibly away in any direction). It motions are wide sweeping blows and quick throws. It’s precise footwork and attunement to water gives users 5% more agility and stamina per rank.
Name: Kosei no Kobushi [Fist of the Just]
Requirements: Bloodline or SA strongly attuned to earth, 4 Point Training
Description: This style allows the user to create small portion of temporary armor and teaches them elaborate grappling maneuvers. When used, this style you can turn dirt and other lose earth in armor. This is usually just around the fist in order to hit harder, but may be used to defend limbs and portions of the body. The armor can be formed quickly, considering there's lose enough earth around. This armor is shabby and will brake in one to three hits. Being law enforcement, the Horitsu added in grappling technique, because sometimes you just need to apprehend the foe. These grapples and pin are also couple with a few pressure point techniques, immoblizing then paralyzing the target. Finally, at the peak of this style is bone breaking and spine snapping skills, usable only by A ranks and higher. The training for this style strengthens the body, giving 5% strength and damage resilience per ranking.

Description: This makes the wind you project using this style slash enemies, rather than just bludgeon them. Also you can thrust wind forward to stab into enemies. This wind is seen as green chakra (like in the early version), and therefore as easy to dodge as a normal blade.

Name: Mizu Atsuryoku Jin [Water Pressure Blade]

Requirements: Churitsu member, standing in a decent amount of water.
Description: This jutsu fires a high pressure stream of water out of the users index finger. Â As long as your standing on water, you can draw water into your body for this jutsu. It takes alot of chakra, but it's no problem for a Churitsu house memeber. Fully channeled it can cut through even rock, but normally it's just a strong as a normal blade.

Description: By touching a person's stomach, you cause liquids from their body to fill there lungs. This happens rather fast, but there's nothing holding the enemy there. Retreating from the nekojin and taking a moment to purge your lungs will free you of the jutsu. If the nekojin has there hand there for three posts, the enemy will die from drowning.

Description: This jutsu is designed to be the final blow in a fight involving a Horitsu member. After gathering earth around the arme to create a strange gaunlet with vents, a large amount of chakra is put into the arm to improve it's strength. This hit has the potential to easily break bones and cause large crater when striking solid objects. Due to the chakra forcing it's way out of the gaunlet's vents, the speed of the punch is also boosted as well. This can be done with both hands but takes a considerable amount of chakra unless each is half strength.
Name: Noboru Kugi Niwaka-Ame [Rising Spike Shower]

Requirements: Horitsu member, standing on natural terrain.
Description: The user makes hand seals and channels chakra into the ground. In that instant spikes of stone shoot 20 feet into the air. These spikes can be launched in a 20 foot radius around the user, or a 30 foot cone shaped projection in front of them. This spike rise from the ground either way.

Requirements: Prehensile tail.
Description: This makes it possible to use an already flexible tail (it must be able to already pick up small objects) as an offense weapon. At first this is accomplished by using chakra to improve it's strength, but slowly yet surely the less chakra is used. This allows the tail to become naturally strong. The tail can blungeon with as much force as striking someone with your forearm. You can also grapple one of your opponents limbs with your tail, it's as strong as an single arm.

Description: This uses special chakra concentration in the tail to make it cut as if it where a kunai. If you have tail strengthing, this hits as if it were a wakizashi.
Name: Shippo Seicho (Tail Growth)

Requirements: Shippo Tsuyokusuru (Tail Strengthening)
Description: This justu causes the tail to double in size. They can now use it as a whip. They can use it to constrict and if the have enough physical strength can crush an opponent. If the user has Shippojin, the whole tail slashes as it were a kunai. It has the strength of two arms now.
Name: Hane Seicho (Wing Growth)

Requirements: Â Nekojin Wings
Description: This is a jutsu for nekojin that want to fly alot more often. Usually, they could only fly or hover for a few seconds. With this jutsu there wings become large enough to fully support them. After making handseal, the send chakra into the wings to make them grow. They can now fly long amounts of time without exhaustion.
Name: Hane Tatsumaki (Wing Tornado)
Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Nekojin Wings, Hane Seicho (Wing Growth)
Description: Using this jutsu creates tornado by flying in a tight spiral. This is a powerful tornado, but it can only affect one opponent at a time. Additionally the Nekojin must continue flying in a tight spiral while controlling wind, or the tornado will cease. This tornado will pick the target up until you either eject them or end your tight flying. Whichever you do, it'll send the target yards away and inflict great damage to them. You can continue this for as long as your physical stamina and chakra lasts, but this is a pretty exhausting skill.
Name: Suisei Hane (Aquatic Wing)

Requirements: Nekojin Wings
Description: This improves the nekojin's ability to swim by temporarily mutating their wings. The feathers withdraw into the skin, and a slick membrane grows between the left behind bones. These new fins allow for faster travel by to taking the rapid flapping normally used for hovering to propel you through the water. This can be combined with Hane Seicho (Wing Growth) to help swim against strong tides. You can swim quick longer with normal sized wings, but the large ones can provide a quick boost in speed.

Description: This is the underwater version of Hane Tatsumaki (Wing Tornado). It uses the fin transformation to swim around in a circle to create a whirlpool. This can affect multiple targets, but it can't send them flying. Instead it just drags them under so they will hopefully drown.
Name: Umo Bakuhatsu (Feather Blast)

Description: This jutsu launchs lethal feathers, either directly for the wings or from the fist. Either way you do requires handseals, but the later involve you pull out feathers from your wings. These feathers fired in spread and have differing affects according to the user's element.
Wind; These feathers are mixed with wind, which effectively makes them terribly "sharp".
Water; These feathers get surrounded in pressurized water. This causes them to blungeon, and if fired with enough force can knock it's target(s) down.
Earth; The feathers are merged with earth, making them hit as if they where jagged rock. Part of this earth is really lose, which causes the feathers to create small dust clouds on impact. These dust clounds may blind and/ or cause the opponent to cough.

Description: A technique similiar to Suiton: Suishouha, except it can be use to create a large amount of any element. It's expended from the mouth or produced from some part of the body and rapidly spreads from the user. The element fills the area in a way logic for it, most likely covering the ground. This only applies to elements that have a mostly physical form, so lightinng and wind cannot be created using this technique.

Description: Using your superior ability to manipulate the elements, you combine a portion of one into yourself. The amount of element and affects it has depend on what you learn this jutsu as. You only need to make a number of posts equal to the difference between learning the next level and your current level of this technique for your rank or you may skip a lower level if your rank/skill allows.
C Rank - You can infuse your limbs with elemental chakra, giving it the appropriate offensive properties.
B Rank - You cover limbs with an even stronger concentration of element, which gives it a supportive quality appropriate to the element. It's also prone to elemental strengths and weakness, which may make you more vulnerable in some situations.
A Rank - You are completely covered in you element, and it receives a stronger bonus to the supportive property of the element.

Description: This allows you to cancel ninjutsu that uses the same element you can control. B ranks and below are neutralized, A and above have thier power cut by an amount that depends on the chakra put into this jutsu. This cannot totally neutralize an B ranked kinjutsu however. This is a little exhausting against B ranks if used alot, and A ranks and above are really exhausting. C and below are easily countered with little exhaustion.

Description: Highly skilled nekojin learn this jutsu to attune themselves to another element. This element most be from a release they already know. Requirements: Nekojin Isan Bloodline
Description: Utilizing the ancient and forbidden arts of the cat demons, the user summons a permanent elemental puppet formed from part of they're own soul. To learn this, you must take a test set by the elders in charge of your sector of Nekojin forest. They evaluate your mental performance and physical health and if you pass that, they send you into a special section of the forest that contains the instructions to the summoning. The forest is dangerous and has A rank assassins within. If one were to pass this test they spend the next three day gather material and doing the necessary rituals. The ritual basic has the user forming a alchemic seal involving his subfamily's element. This seal is formed on an important item to the person and may affect the puppet's appearance. They finally unleash a large amount of elemental energy and a bit of their own life force. They quickly combine this into a puppet that could have just about any appearance, but in size in no larger than ten feet.
Puppets of each element have the common features listed next. If it's Wind, It will be able to fly easily, and may be difficult to locate if it has a cloud-like appearance. If it's Water, it can swim and exist in water pressure fine. It looks like water, so it's hard to locate in the water. Earth can hide in the ground and can always take alot of damage. It knows any jutsu its' creator knows (as long as it's none or of the same element type) plus an addition C ranked and an A ranked jutsu (or any combination of jutsu that equal that). As far as weapons, they can have just about any no projectile weapon a physical puppet could have, unless you choose to loose that C ranked jutsu for a rapid fire canon of some sort (bottomless ammo), and/or the A ranked jutsu for a high powered rocket that take 15 minutes to reload. Once the puppet's abilities are chosen, they cannot be changed. The user most always keep the seal on them, or they will not be able to summon the puppet. The are a few who have been know to form the seal on there bodies and these puppets tend to be stronger. Self sealing is dangerous and unwritten (at least in what the elders leave you) process, if one comes out with a body seal they are considered a genius. If you do attempt it though, keep in mind it could kill you. As side effect of the spiritual force invested in it. It can strategize for it's own letting the shinobi concentrate on his own actions. All puppets obey the creator, but many tend to think to be of higher standards than the owner which may lead to them correcting the shinobi in the middle of battle. Lastly, some puppets manifests themselves as weapons rather than puppets. These are still sentient, but can't move by themselves. However they make this up by naturally synchronizing the shinonbi's movements. They also tend to be snobbish, thinking everything is below them. Combination element familiars can be created to, but you must have the appropriate jutsu.
Number of Members Allowed: There are many, but only about 10 or so that leave the village at any time.
Description: The Akuinu subclan is a mutation of the normal Nekojin. They
are a result of a infectious disease that attacked the mothers of the
children while pregnant. This disease was to weak to kill adults or children,
and even the baby themselves. However, it did affect the appearance of the
baby once born. Rather than taking the normal appearance of a nekojin,
the gained more canine like features. There tails and ears where those of a
dog and they lost some of they're natural speed and agility for more
strength. Unlike normal nekojin, their appearance very greatly. However,
there eye show what element they use; green for wind, blue for water,
brown or yellow for earth. They still have small wings that can carry them
for a brief time, and can lay flat against the back.
The first Akuinu was born a Daikonran, who where the ones who usually
created babys that resembled foxes. At first, this was payed much attention
to. But when there started being more and more Akuinu, the council saw
them as a bad omen and banished them from Yurinohara. The banished
Akuinu traveled the land in search of a place to settle, away from Nekojin
or humans. They found land near the Grass Country border that had fertile
land. They are more physical than nekojin (Daikonran and Churitsu at
least) and most prefer to use brute force.

One, more description needed for both the earth and water clan.
Two, explain how Those two would benefit from the Wings, since they are earth and water, and not wind.
Three, explain why Halfblood Prince is called that, being that is so rip offish, and also please finish up the descriptions.

The "Half Blood Prince" thing is sort of singling out your unique character, which defeats the purpose of a bloodline technique, and should be applied as a seperate SA. That said, what more do you need about the earth and water? And it may seem that Daikonran are stronger, but I had a Churitsu and he was strong enough. Versatility doesn't equal strength. For instance, water and earth can be used as a direct offense through the control ability, while it's only support for wind. Yea I ripped the name off, but other than that it has nothing to do with the ability, I just like the name. As far as benefits of wings, think about it. How do wings help anyone? They can be used to stay in the air, which can be used strategically. While I'm working on the revamp I'm thinking of situations dealing with all type of nekojin.
Kinzo, it's not the full bloodline it's only going to grant half strength control of the sub clan's primary element. Which is weak considering pure bloods can combine elements and learn to control any they know. And though it would be useful for my character, I was thinking of other combinations, the reason I made it. Would it grant only half the abilities of the other clan as well? like maybe only up to Sharingan level 2 of your Uchiha bloodline? Because you have to realize that nearly every bloodline is incredibly powerful, with the Uchiha being downright OP, and any additional abiltiies added to what the Uchiha already have is a bit too much
