I know I read it yesterday, that was great. Though it wasn't directly said that the 4th was Naruto's father, but the references were enough to make it seem extremely clear. This chapter kinda makes me think that they'll go into their history soon, but I'm not sure. Directly would be "The 4th is Naruto's father", or "Minato, is Naruto's father." That example you just have, is an indirect way of saying it. They did reveal in a roundabout way, but the 4th Hokage is defiantly Naruto's father.
