Appearence: The Mizukage is a tall and muscular man. He has straight black hair that hands down to about shoulder height, though it is usually unkempt. His eyes are a bright blueish silvery color. He almost always wears his Kage robes and hat with his specialized sword strapped to his back.
Ethnicity: Land of Water (Kirikagure)
Level/Rank: Kage
Village: Kirikagure (Mist)
Bloodline: none
Main/Favored Weapon: His special sword Fuhenmizu no Ken ("Blade of Everlasting Mist"). It is about four feet long (short compared to the other Mist swordsman's swords), and is straight, double-bladed, and comes to a sharp triangular point at the top. It is always perfectly sharp and suprisingly lightweight. It is also balanced just perfectly for the Kage. The sword is able to cut through most anything, and never gets dull. It also has the ability to return to it's user from a distance. Several jutsus were created around this, as the sword can be thrown like a prohectile due to its weight, and then returned to the user's hand. It can only be returned strainght back to him, so he cannot greatly control it's movement when he throws it.

Strengths: Very good offensivly.He is an exellent swordsman, and has great contol over water. He is able to preform many water based jutsus without a nearby source of water, or with very little water. He is especially skilled with his own fighting style using his sword, which is unique. He will always fight hard to protect the village. He is also strong-willed, and resistant to Genjutsu. He is fairly intelligent and wiser than his years.
Weaknesses: Despite his nickname, he is not as good at defense. He instead uses his offensive prowess to put his enemies on the defense. He would sacrifice himself for the protection of his village.

Name: Sword Windmill Shield Jutsu
Type: Taijutsu (Kenjutsu)
Rank: A
Requirements: A light yet strong sword, and exceptional finger dexterity.
Description: The user spins his/her sword at high speed in a circle by spinning the handle though his/her fingers. It spins so fast that it becomes one large circular blur. Any projectile hitting this shield will be harmlessly deflected. It can deflect large volumes of incoming projectiles, but cannot be kept up for long. Only a skilled sword master can pull it off.

Type: Taijutsu (kenjutsu)
Rank: C (A in certain cases)
Requirements: Very hard to do effectivly without a specially balanced sword. Consider it rank A without a special sword.
Description: The user throws his sword at the enemy with a flick of the wrist so that it spins like a shuriken. Once thrown, it must be retrieved, which makes this technique only useful if one is planning to be where the sword hits anyways, as a distraction, or if you have a special sword like the Mizukage.

Requirements: A special sword that can return to the user (such as the Mizukage's).
Description: The user throws his/her sword straight at the target like a kunai, causing him/her to dodge. Once the opponent starts dodging, the sword is quickly returned to the user. This is often followed by another throw to where the opponent was dodging, intercepting the target.

Requirements: Special sword that can return to the user at will (such as the Mizukage's)
Description: This attack pattern involves throwing the sword at the opponent and having it fly back into the user's hand. This can be used at a larger distance than normal sword attacks could reach. It is called a dance because of the smooth whirling movements used to both throw and retrieve the sword. It primarily uses circular motions. Any attempt of the opponent to catch the sword is foiled, as it is forcibly ripped out of his/her hand and returned to the user. This requires a great amount of skill to perform.

Description: Using chakra to extend the blades of the user’s blades, the user charges almost directly at their opponent with movements so swift it almost seems like they are flying. This usually results with a near-fatal blow across the chest to the target.

Description: The user can literally create water out of nothing, covering a vast area of ground. This is a great set-up for a person specializing in Suiton jutsus.

Description: This technique is used to create a massive blast of water. Hand signs are ox, monkey, hare, pig, bird, ox, horse, dog, ram, tiger, snake, ox, monkey, and hare. This is a very destructive jutsu, capable of uprooting trees and destroying the ground.

Description: This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent, making it very difficult to evade or block.

Description: This jutsu creates a water barrier to protect the user from any offensive attacks. Only a very powerful shinobi can create this wall without an outside source of water.

Description: A Suiton (water element) ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses already existing water and raises it around them in a circular barrier. Only extremely powerful ninjas can use this technique without available water.
Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique]

Description: A Ninjutsu technique that controls the density of water, creating a heavy area of water that become a bubble-like prison that is inescapable so long as the user maintains their concentration.

Description: A Suiton (water type) Ninjutsu technique using water as its base. The ninja manipulates the water around them into the shape of a large dragon that attacks their opponent as a torrential blast.

Description: This jutsu cancels or impedes the occurring of the opponent's technique. It takes a large amount of concentration and us usually only capable of being done by a Kage.
Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]

Requirements: None
Description: Being a forbidden and advanced ninjutsu, only a few people know this technique perfectly. It is similar to the Bunshin no Jutsu since the main function is to create clones. However, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu doesn't create mere illusion clones. This jutsu can create clones that are real, and can deal physical damage. They disappear after being hit by an attack.
Mizu Shunshin no Jutsu [Water Instantaneous Body Skill]

Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position in a swirl of water and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use.
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: None
Description: This Ninjutsu technique uses water as its base for creating the clones. Each clone is one tenth as powerful as the ninja using it and has a limited range it can move away from its creator. Like the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique], this clone can attack as if it were the ninja themselves. One hit will destroy it.
Background: He was brought up in a normal fishing family. They were fairly poor, but their son was talented, so they sent him off to be a ninja and make some money in Kirikagure. He was the top of his class in the acadamy, and participated in the old Genin exams, where he was forced to kill one of his freinds. Ever since then he was determined to change it, and had the perfect excuse when Zabuza came along. During his years of training, he worked hard with his sword and water jutsus, becoming accepted into the seven legendary swordsmen of Kirikagure at the yound age of 18. He quickly rose through the ranks, and became Kage at the age of 31. He survived Zabuza's coup d'état relativly unharmed, and is working towards building th e land of Water into a much larger economic and military power. To do this, he has allied with Konoha. He genuinly cares for the people of the Land of Water, and uses his influence and power to help them in every way possible. He does this because he remembers his upbringing in the small fishing village, and knows what it is like. Because of this, he has earned the nickname "Shield of the Hidden Mist ( 霧隠れの盾 kirikagure no tate)"
