Requirements: Lightning element
Description: This jutsu causes the ninjas lightning elemental chakra to become unstable and discharge at random intervals. With proper training a ninja can learn to focus this discharge and use it as both a weapon and a shield.
Midori was at the coast, her blonde hair waving in the wind of the coast. She was laying back next to her Sword, both seemed to be relaxed. She felt inside her the electricity of herself, and got curious as to what she could do with it. "Buster, do you think I'll be able to wield this power with in me?" She asked
The sword did many complicated fluxuations, and then settled, but she understood it, and smiled brightly. "Ok Buster!" She cheered, as she leapt to her feet.
She stood up, and listening to her blade, focused inside of her even more, concentrating on her chakra, she was listening to her swords instructions, which was to empower the chakra inside her, in order to try to cause it to come out of herself. She looked focused behind her Shades, as she felt the power starting to grow inside her. "Buster, am I doing this right?" She asked, only to get a couple of fluxuations. "Ok" she replied as she kept drawing it with in her. Midori slowly felt the building up even more and more, starting to feel the static electricity on the outside of her body to get overwhealmed by the static inside of her. She kept focused, trying to keep her body from bolting up and down along the area of the coast, she needed to focus other wise her sword would laugh at her, again. She listened to her heart beat as she built up elecrtical pressure. She would only let it out if it needed it, for now.
She let out a small spark with out meaning to, hitting a nearby point of Sand, surprising her, but she had built up more and more, it wasn't even her intention yet to unleash any, but her body could only carry so much, it seemed. Midori listened as her blade bade her to charge up more and more, through it's fluxuations. She could only listen and hope, as she started feeling the electricity run along her body outside and in, getting an occasional discharge, but not as powerful as the blade hoped it would be. She kept on the building, starting to feel the strain of such power.
She could hardly help it as she started curling in around herself, releasing another small blast of electricity, focused on the area around her. She felt the pain of too much, but would not stop yet, she could feel something here. She heard her sword speaking in it's normal method to her, encouraging her, as some fishermen from the waves watched her from the safety of their boats.
The little Blonde haired girl was making a spectacle of herself while training. The Buster wielder kept up the charge while being watched, slowly, she stood straight up again, this time looking angry with her focus, a bit of electriciy zapped from her forehead forward a few inches. She would master this force, and keep it that way, It would not defeat the young Swordsmistress.
She leapt up into the air about five feet, as she felt another shock coming from her, this time she aimed it into the sand beneath her, as it was discharged. She saw that it had hit and had caused some damage to the sand itself, she couldn't help it, feeling the energy from with in her as it was.

Midori was burning with the energy with in her, and couldn't help it, she was a bit of a crowd pleaser, when she had an audience and wasn't stealing. She picked up her Sword, and Spinning it above her head, she allowed more of her sparks release from her, the static electricity building in the air around her, as she tried to focus it through the blade. She wanted to see if she could unleash it at a longer distance by using the weapon of her's.
She felt the power transfer slightly, as the buster unleashed the spark in a small circle above them, she felt the pressure lessening, but knew that in order to please the crowd, she had to unleash it in a fashion, but also be sure she understood it. "Mini Buster, One last Strike, this will take up alot of chakra." She stated, smirking, as she built up her spark again inside of her, this would be interesting.

The Blonde haired Buster Kunoichi leapt into the air once more, this time using the blade to cause her to spin as she got high up, and then unleashing the electrical charges into the air from her body and her blade, caused a flash, though it wasn't intentional, it cause the desired effect, as the crowd Roared it's approval, and she landed. She smirked "Buster, Time for the Fanfare" She whispered, as she twirled it one handed abover her head, and then sheathed it behind her, in the manner of Cloud Strife. She felt happy, though a bit tired, that was alot of electricity and chakra that she had discharged, and she needed to rest, though next time she used it, she would be in a bit better condition, thanks to the knowlege, though she would train it often after this, being that it was only on theory, that she learned it.

IC: Katsuga walks along the coastline of Kirigakure no Sato just to see what all is going on in his Village, being that he's the new Mizukage his main job to make sure that nothing disrupts the Village to the point that it'll crumble like an avolanche (can't spell), when he comes up to a young Kunoichi doing some Jutsu training, so he stops to watch her. He can tell that she's using the Raiton (Lightning) Element, which is a great Element to use, but it does have drawbacks in a lot of its Jutsus, but he can tell that she'll do just fine. He then walks down towards her, both his hands down at his sides, showing that he means no harm to her, but hopes that the Nodachi-like sheath on his back doesn't scare her too much before speaking to her, he's in his traditional Mizukage robes, and stops about ten feet away from her.

The kunoichi just gave a small laugh "You don't look so tough, but I might as well respect your sword, My name is Shara, Midori" She replied, doing a bow, so that her sword would be seen. she then looked back up with her Shades covering her eyes perfectly "What brings you here, gramps?" She asked, suggesting he was ancient, though she could tell he wasn't. IC: Katsuga almost falls over at her remark, but just chuckles at what she had just said to him as he continues to stand there, crosses his arms over his chest, and shakes his head a little bit, then sits down on the sandy ground, looking up at her with his black-colored eyes. Reaching around with his left hand, he takes his Nodachi-like sheath from around his back, sits it down beside him, still well within grasping distance incase he'll need to get it for some reason, then starts to speak again.
"I don't look so tough"? "Gramps"? *laughs now* Midori-chan, I'm am your Mizukage, so I would like for you to show me at least a little respect, ok? As far as me being a "gramps", I'm only 25, just to let you know, heh. Now, I can tell that you're using the Raiton Element. That's a very good Element indeed, but it does have its weaknesses, like all the other Elements of his world, so be very careful on whom you use it around, ok? Now, what do you plan on doing when you grow older, Midori-chan?
