Katsuga enters the area, not too far from the innitial site where the explosions happened, making sure not to get too far from that place, so's not to worry the people too much, and will wait patiently for his "newly-found friend" to come to him, if he decides to, but knows that he most likely will, on that he brought up a very interesting topic, one that he doesn't even know about, but hopes that the man will accept that from him. As he waits, he comtemplates of what he's going to say/do once he gets there, as he knows that he's not going to flat out attack him, as that'll be a bad thing on his part, both on their parts actually, and will sit down on a rock as he waits for him to get there, his arms crossed over his chest as he closes his eyes, not only to rest a little, but to think to himself, but keeps his senses on high alert as he does, so's not to get caught off-guard. As he does this, he starts to think of ways to rebuild his Village back up to its former glory, when he was the Mizukage before Yasuo, ways of dealing with what's happened here lately, just moments after he was named as the "new" Mizukage, and of his past, which he doesn't quite understand, as it's been happening more and more lately, and believe that it's a sign of some kind, but he'll wait to see what happens on that, and just waits for the unknown person to come to him. _________________ Shigane, Makoto

The masked man followed Kats in the mist. He continued to have him on him but, as they walked, he put distance between him and Katsuga. He made sure he was out of sight range because of the mist. He didn't want the Uchiha to see him. He knew what the Uchiha could do. He had seen a Uchiha at work so, he didn't want to get barraged in that way. He spoke in his low metalic voice once again. "You misunderstood me. Tamotsu is not dead. He was attacked... by people who claim to be hired by you and Yasuo. Tai.... is dead. Not Tamotsu. So, You say Yasou must of done this? Why? After you awnser that... I will gladly awnser your questions...." _________________

Katsuga was going to start some more Jutsu training, but was stopped when the unknown man came into the area, and notices that he's keeping his distance, which is a very good thing right now, but he still smirks at the man, and listens to what he has to say, and looks at him curiously as he tells him this. As he tells him more and more about what he misunderstood, he growls some at him, not activating his Sharingan Eyes though, as he feels that he'll need them later on, just incase something's to happen either between them, or someone else comes into the area and decides to "crash the party" as it's called. He looks over to him, growling a little more, his Chakra starting to surge some as he does, and he usually doesn't get upset this easily, but, from what all's happened thus far, from him coming back to Kirigakure no Sato, becoming the Mizukage again, the explosions within the Village, him getting these new weapons which have started to affect his personality and all, and now hearing that his best friend was attacked, and one of his own students is dead.
I'm going to tell this now, and you better listen to me well, my friend. I had absolutely NOTHING to do with what's happened around here, or anywhere. The previous Mizukage was worthless, and turned my once-beautiful, and prosperous, Village, in a down-in-the-rocks hellhole! And, from what I understand, while I was gone, that Yasuo bastard did some serious s*** to those around him, mostly to those we were once allied with. So, before you start blaming this s*** on me, you should know the facts first! Now, tell me your name before we go any further!
Katsuga's Chakra continues to surge violently now, not caring at this moment, and the Mugenjin, as well as the Sui Tesaki, start literally glowing a purplish-colored Chakra from them, starting to slowly form all around him now, as he continues to growl some more at the unknown masked Shinobi. Still not activating his Sharingain Eyes to him, and starts walking towards him slowly, his fists clenched together hard, then stops when he's about ten feet from him, watching him carefully, pondering to do the same thing to him like he did before, but feels that he should keeps his Chakra as high as possible, instead of wasting it on Clones, right now anyway, and slowly starts to calm down, but his Chakra's still surging, not dropping any, and the purplish-colored Chakra still forms around him, but they soon start lowering as well, just not very fast at all.
Let me ask you something then... Where did you learn this information? Also, I have no f***ing clue as to why Katsuo did all of this, nor do I know if it was him or not completely, but I'm assuming it was since he was the previous Mizukage. After my "death", I appointed Ozanaru, Syra as the next Mizukage, and, when I came back, Katsuo had taken her place. I don't know what's happened here in the past six months I was gone, but I know I had abolutely NOTHING to do with what's going on right now!
His Chakra surges again, higher than before, as does the purplish-colored Chakra, as it's now about up to his upper thighs, slowly making its way up his body, starting from down at the feet that is, then takes a couple more steps forwards, his black irises glaring into what should be the Shinobi's eyes through his mask.
Now, I've answered your questions, now answer mine!
Tamotsu had walked into the village following Katsuga's scent that he had smelt some time ago. As he did, he noticed the damage done to Kiri and didn't think twice about it. His main concern was the Mizukage himself. He managed to finally find his colleague and then heard everything he was saying to someone else whose scent reminded him of Ukyo and Shizuka. His eyes flashed red and then returned to normal. Tamotsu stood there with one sword of the Master Sword and held it out. "It would be nice if you relaxed a moment, Mizukage-sama. If anything, I should be the one enraged. I lost my lover and I lost my wolf. I've lost my grip to my sanity so if rage and anger continues to swell, I might end up becoming too much for even the Sharingan to contain." Tamotsu looked at the other man.
He found a rock and made a chair out of it and then sat down on it and crossed his legs. "I hate Cursed. I hate the whole line of Vampires, Reapers, Reavers and Werewolves. You all exile yourselves for no reason. Claim to be the most powerful of all the Bloodlines. Even Ukyo until his final moment did the same." Tamotsu said as he began to laugh. "That's right, Katsuga, I...." Tamotsu's eyes began to glow red. "... killed...." A heavy storm cloud rolled in around them and then began raining hard. "... Ukyo."
As Tamotsu laughed an ANBU agent appeared and looked at Katsuga. "Mizukage-sama! Urgent news from Iwagakure! It says...." He whispered. "... Inuzuka Tamotsu's demonic powers are fluctuating. It's possible for him to cause massive collateral damage." The ANBU man said as he looked at the black dressed man.
"I'm dying to know why you're hiding and why you seem so intent to act innocent after being blamed for a terrorist act." Tamotsu smiled as he looked at Katsuga and the other. _________________ Kai

The masked man smiled as he saw Tamotsu enter the area. The mask suddenly began to release a very very strong scent of death into the area. THe masked man looked at both Katsuga and Tamotsu through the thick mist as he suddenly spread his wings. "Hehehehe..... So... Tamotsu.....you're here....." He stretched his wings as he also stretched his arms. "Oh.... that reminds me...Tai wanted me to give this to you.....his last words was that....he loved you...." The masked man fliked a ring through the air that landed in Tamotsu's lap. "He died...... with a heart full of love.... you would of been proud of him....He asked me to do him a favor..... to kill the person who had attacked you.... at any cost. I agreed to it on one condition.....if I could take his power. He agreed...and here I am.....I found out everything through him. He told me what had happened. He told me what he had been through. It was.... sickening and also strangely courageous.... he was weak and yet he wanted to keep trying... he didn't give up....poor guy....." The masked man looked at them before turning around. He looked back at them."Also..... Kats... I do believe that Tamotsu can fill you in....." He then looked at Tamotsu. "You're wrong by the way on Ukyo's death.... you missed a very important detail.... I'm not dead...." He smiled under his mask."Spread the word....My name is Ukyo Tachibana..... and I'm back...." He hen opened his wings fully and flew out of the mist and into the sky.... heading to his next destination....Yasou.

Katsuga hears a very familiar voice, one he hasn't heard since the assassination of the previous Mizukage, looks over, and his eyes widen as he sees Tamotsu, and he starts calming down a lot quicker now, his Chakra returning to normal, and the purplish-colored Chakra slowly disipates as well, though it still lingers at the very bottom of his feet. As he looks at him, he feels great comfort at first, but it quickly fades as he can instantly tell that he's not the same Tamotsu that he once knew, as he can feel much evil coming from him, far more than what's coming from his two newly-acquired weapons that he found in the basement of the now-destroyed Kage Mansion. As he looks at Tamotsu, he knows that something's not right with him right now, and was about to say something, until an ANBU appears in front of him, and gives him a message, in which his eyes widen completely, nods his head, then looks back at Tamotsu, not liking what he's heard at all, especially given the current situation right now.
Tamotsu-dono....? What's...happened to you...? Why...
Before Katsuga could ask another question, he listens to what he has to say, not liking it at all really, then hears what the masked Shinobi says, which instantly grabs his attention, especially when he mentions that he's actually Ukyo, his mortal enemy, and the one that forced him to "kill" himself, just to save his own ass, but especially from what he did during that time, six months ago, in which he'll instantly look toward him, his Chakra not surging this time, mostly because of Tamotsu being there, and looks into where his eyes should be, and instantly feels himself getting caught in "something". He sees much death, destruction, and darkness around him, and sees bodies all around him, mutilated, torn to pieces, burned to nothingness, ripped apart, and can even smell the death of it all around him, as well as burned-down buildings, ruined buildings, pieces of them scattered all over the place.
He then hears something that sounds like wings flapping, and looks around, seeing that there's nothing around him that looks like they have wings, and instantly knows now that he's trapped in a Genjutsu of some kind. Growling some at this, cussing under his breath, then, channels his Chakra through his body, into his eyes, closes them for a split-second, then opens them up,though he doesn't want to he will, and activates his Sharingan Eyes, both to Level Three. With this, he channels just a little more of his Chakra, then dispells the Genjutsu, and looks just as "Tachibana, Ukyo" starts to leave, using his wings to try and escape, which doesn't make Katsuga very happy right now, and knows that he's extremely vulnerable right now, being that it'll take some time before he can really escape from the area that they're in right now. With that, he growls more, looking up at him, just as he starts to leave the ground, and smirks at him, knowing that he's not going to get away that easily, and follow his movements very easily with his Sharingan Eyes, and sees his Chakra flow as well, and knows that he's a Vampire now, something he should've known from the start, but didn't want to use his Chakra, or his Sharingan Eyes, that early into the game, but it's all good right now.
And where the f*** do you think you're going, Tachibana, Ukyo?!
With that, Katsuga performs several Handsigns with a quickness, almost in a blur actually, ending with the Tiger Handsign, channels his Chakra up, takes a very deep breath, to the point that he almost can't breath in anymore, bringing his hands to his sides now, then exerts all of his breath outwards, aiming towards Ukyo, exerting white-hot flames from his mouth, instead of the usual orangish-colored flames, aiming straight towards him. However, just before it gets to him, making sure that he won't be able to escape that easily, nor without some kind of injury, he channels his Chakra some more, and makes the white-hot flames separate from the center, and exert outwards, and also explodes outwards in a spherical-type mostion, going in both, and nearly all, directions, surrounding him nearly completely. Immediately after this, he'll bring hands back into the Tiger Handsign, channels his Chakra some more, and starts forcing the white-hot flames to start closing in on him very quickly as he looks up at him smirking, his Sharingan Eyes trained on him, making sure he doesn't try anything else.

Sharingan Eye Level Three [Rank: A; Type: Bloodline/Doujutsu] - This is the final normal form of the Sharingan eye. The clan members pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this form the clan member can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used later. This form can also initiate the Mangekyou "Kaleidoscope" form.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any handseals.

Katon: Shirouka no Jutsu (Fire Release: White Flame Jutsu) [Rank: S; Type: Ninjutsu] - This is considered as the most powerful Katon (Fire) Jutsu, next to the Amaterasu (Goddess of the Sun). This Jutsu requires the user to already know the "Karyuu Endan". It is called the "White Flame Jutsu" because the flames that come out of the user are literally white-hot, and it can melt even the strongest of metals, except for "Special items", but it requires a lot of Chakra usage to the point that even a Kage could only use it a few times before they're spent of their Chakra pool.
Requirements: Ninjutsu as main Style, Katon Element, must know "Karyuu Endan no Jutsu (Fire Dragon Missle Technique)", a lot of Chakra.
The masked man heard the man yell and reacted quickly. He created a lightning clone behind him to stop whatever the man had in mind. The clone flew backwards and performed hand seals as the fire got closer. The fire had almost gotten to the clone when the wave of water appeared and smashed into the fire jutsu. A great amount of steam erupted from the two jutsus meeting. The clone had brely survived the attack and had let its creator keep going. The clone then flew forward to attempt to attack Katsuga and ensure a safe escape route. As the clone dispersed from the use of the jutsu, the real masked man continue to fly as fast s he could away from the danger that both of the enemies presented torwards him.

Name:Suiton: Suishouha - Water Collision Destruction

Requirements:Water as first element
Description:After the user forms the required hand seals, a massive amount of water will appear out of nowhere around them. This water can then be controlled by the user to some extent, but is mainly used to alter the battlefield and as a set-up for other water element techniques. This ninjutsu is very close to Baku Suishouha, the only two differences being much faster execution and strong affinity to water element required to do it.

Description:This technique creates a physical replication of the user made from lightning. It acts like a normal clone with a physical form and has the full physical and jutsu ability of the user, though it is still quite limited in chakra amount. When it is hit, the clone will burst into lightning, effectively shocking anyone who was within two feet of it and dealing light damage to anyone who was touching it. It doesn't require many hand seals to be executed. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has.

Tamotsu watched as Katsuga attacked noting that the man had the ability to manipulate his jutsus in a manner that was much higher classed then before. Tamotsu smiled as he kicked off his rocked and broke it. "Enough of this running away shit." Tamotsu bit his finger and then made it bleed. He then slammed his hand on to the ground and smiled coldly. "Kuchiyose no Jutsu." As he did, a massive earth mound shot up and Ramuh appeared, his staff sparking harshly to the sky making the winds blow like a typhoon and enclosed the area with a wall of wind making it impossible to escape. "You know what to do." Tamotsu said as Ramuh nodded and the wind ninja jumped up the sky as hard as he could. "Sorry, this flight has been delayed due to...." He waved his hand and a vortext would blow against the fleeing man and Tamotsu. ".... TURBULENCE!" He laughed as he was blown back down the ground.
"Forgive me, Katsuga and the man who claims to be Ukyo. I now pass judgment on both. I call upon the gods of all the world and summon the punishment of those who stand against my master. Devestation!" Ramuh roared as the winds began to pound into Kiri and began uprooting trees and blowing them away. The sky cracked with lighting as the wind began to become more violent and then a single huge burst of lighting made the sky turn white as if a Super Nova had just happened.
"Suffer like I have." Tamotsu laughed as the bolt of lightning shot down upon all three of them.

Description: This ninjutsu does not require any hand seals to be used. By using their wind natured chakra, a shinobi is able to create a wind vortex in a desired direction. However, this technique does not do any actual damage, only serving to blow away enemies and/or attacks.

Requirements: Ramuh Only
Description: Ramuh uses up all his energy to summon up a mega storm. This devastates the area with lighting bolts and severe wind speeds. A whole village can be devastated by the storm. After summoning the storm, Ramuh desummons immediately due to the amount of chakra used.
OOC: Yea it can. I was thinking at most it could do 2 S rank before it would disperse. That or an S and a B wasn't sure which so I just did a S. I'm pretty sure it can do what I had it do.
Edit: Hey, all I know it takes as much chakra that a S rank jutsu takes. And I do think that a clone of a SS rank person would be able to do a S rank jutsu and keep going.

OOC: Ok, got that taken care of. Posting now so I don't die! O.o
IC: Katsuga watches as the one who called himself Tachibana, Ukyo creates a Clone of himself, but, because he has the Sharingan Eyes activated, he can instantly tell that it's not a typical Shadow Clone, as the amount of Chakra isn't even distributed amongst the two, and can clearly see the Raiton Element swarming around, and inside, of it, and watches as it performs a Suiton Jutsu to cancel out his Katon Jutsu, and is quite amazed that he even knew such a Jutsu, on that the massive wall of water just came out of nowhere, even though there's a lot of Mist in there area, he knows for a fact that there's nowhere near enough to make something like that, and kicks himself in his ass for not learning the Uchiha Clan Jutsus/Abilities like he wanted to. He was going to do something to stop the Clone, but sees it dispersing before he could get to him, which is a good thing on that he can save his Chakra for something else, and hears something that he doesn't think is a very good thing that he just heard as he looks over to Tamotsu, just as he performs the "Kuchiyose no Jutsu", and watches as a massive piece of earth comes up, and sees a very old man standing on top of it.
Just as this happens though, Katsuga hears Tamotsu say "Turbulence", and feels a massive amount of the Fuuton Element baring down on top of him, and makes it to where it's very difficult to move, and watches as Ukyo plummets towards the ground from it, which is a good thing, on that he can be killed a lot easier now, as he knows that using that Jutsu just a while ago, must've took quite a bit out of him, but looks at Tamotsu again, hearing what he has to say, and his eyes widen completely when he hears him say "Forgive me, Katsuga..." then "I now pass judgment on both." then "Suffer like I have.". He knows for a fact that the Juubi inside of him is taking command of his body as he looks at his Chakra flow and can immediately tell that it's not Tamotsu's Chakra flow, and tries to say something, but isn't too sure if he'll be able to hear him or not, but he knows that he should try anyway, and immediately begins forming several Handsigns, almost in a blur, ending with the Tori (Bird) Handsign, even though he most likely knows that this just may be the end for him...
Tamotsu-dono! Stoooooop!! This isn't like you!! Fight the Demon within you!!! But... If you do wish to kill me, even though I've done nothing wrong to you, then... *yells out, anger building up* I'm going to try my best to stop you!!! I will not try to kill you, unless you truly mean that you're going to kill me!!
Even though his Chakra's down quite a bit, both from using the Sharingan Eyes, and the "Shirouka no Jutsu", Katsuga knows that this is most likely going to take his Chakra Pool down to only about a third of the maximum, but he knows that it's the only way, that he knows of anyway, that'll stop an oncoming attack. He can instantly tell that the Summon that just came out uses the Raiton Element, judging from the small lightning strikes coming from him right the time he's summoned, and knows that he doesn't have the Fuuton Element with him, which is the strong point to the Raiton Element, so he has no choice but to use the next-best thing in his arsenal, which is a Suiton Element, but knows that he must be extremely careful, as it could backfire and get himself electrocuted right there on the spot. Upon finishing up the Jutsu that he's wanting to use, he channels it straight up into the air, as that'll be where the Raiton attack will most likely be coming from, being that the summon's way up in the air on top of the earth pillar, and a massive Water Dragon will appear out in front of him, far enough so that the water left behind won't be touching him, and will shoot up into the air.
Because of the amount of Chakra that he just had to use, nearly back-to-back, Katsuga falls to his right knee, and looks up, hoping, and praying, that it'll work, and hopes that Tamotsu, the one he called his best friend, will realize something, and will stop the attack that he's doing, and come to his senses. He mumbles under his breath, and knows that Tamotsu will be able to hear him, starts crying some, sniffles some, and he'll say.
Please... Don't do this, Tamotsu-dono... I don't want to have to kill the one who's my real only best friend in the entire world... Please... Stop...! What have I, the one you say is your best friend as well, done for you to do this...? Please... Tell me...

Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Dragon Projectile Technique) [Rank: B; Type: Ninjutsu] - Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.
