Bloodline Name: Matsuyama Tenshi
Clan Name: Matsuyamas
Leader: Angeal Matsuyama
Village: Kirikagure
Clan Description: The Matsuyama Clan used to belong to Konohakagure, but migrated to Kirikagure after being banished. The leader, Angeal Matsuyama, gained leadership after coming to Kirikagure and learning that this clan was the one where he was born, and was named the heir to the leadership.
The Matsuyama Clan was founded over 20 years ago, but was not considered part of the mainstream clans until a year ago. The former leader, Zinpachi Matsuyama, was the leader until seventeen years ago, when he was banished for taking profits from merchants to fuel a crime ring. Zinpachi was Angeal's father, and it was said that Angeal would come and take his father's place after Zinpachi died. Zinpachi retired to a life of wandering, selling stuff he stole or found on his travels.
After Angeal was born, his father was killed by a theif- some say it was an assassin hired by The Matsuyama Clan to kill Angeal and Zinpachi. Angeal was not at home, however, and came home to find his house destroyed.
He wandered, until he was accepted into Kirikagure, his rightful home. After learning his bloodline's history, and his place in it, He killed the new leader, Katome, and reclaimed his rightful Place. However, given angeal's restless nature, and his wandering ways, he had a reagent of sorts take his place in his absence.
The Matsuyamas are basically soldiers, proud and strong. Most are skilled with melee weapons and taijutsu, as well as having a few ninjutsu masters. Due to this, they tend to have hard bodies and strong arms and legs. They also have some weak genjutsu members, but these are rare in this family. But all of the members treat others with respect, regardless of talents or strength, and always desearve respect for their martial arts and ways of war.
Clan Traits/Characteristics: The Matsuyama Clan has a wide array of traits, but their honor is the most prevalent among them. This honor causes them to do good and bad things alike, but many are good-natured and willing to help others. Black and Blonde hair is prevalent in hair color, but there are a few red-heads, also.
Many Matsuyama members are heroic, using strength and courage to power through things.
Clan Personality: Some are very grim, but most are humble, good-natured and helpful.
Matsuyamas are very heroic, and great tales of this heroism are told within their clan and outside of them as well. When their clan is threatend, they will die to protect it, no matter wether they win or lose.
Bloodline Description: Matsuyamas are very proud of there bloodline, and tell others about it gladly. This bloodline allows the use of Telekinisis, with the exception being Angeal (as he never grew up within the clan) and they use it to great effect.
It was started ages ago by a lone man from the Konohakagure village, who rebelled against the Hokage and formed his own clan, now known as the Matsuyama Tenshi. As a small clan, they never got much attention until Zinpachi Matsuyama, the Clan Elder, was found to be taking funds from merchants to fuel a crime ring known as The Klawws. Banished to a life of wandering, Zinpachi was seldom seen since.
Katome, the son of a merchant, grew to become the clan elder, and exhibited this power the cumber their every aspect of life. Angeal Matsuyama, son of the late Zinpachi, learned of his bloodline and faced Katome in combat. Katome, being weak in battle, was killed in a huge battle that took about 2 hours to end. In the end, he fell, though, and Angeal took his robes and tossed his body into a small pond.
Angeal Matsuyama turned out to be an effective leader and war strategist, enabeling The Matsuyama Clan to become a mainstream Clan, forming alliances with the Hyuuga and The Uchiha.
Given Angeal's wandering lifestyle, however, he sometimes feels the need to get out of the leadership position and go on an adventure occasionally. At times like these, he has a substitute take place of his leadership. Right now, Jyuuken, a man Angeal trusts with his life, runs The Matsuyama Clan when Angeal is absent.
Bloodline Limits: The Telekinsis that many Matsuyamas use is one of their strong points, but a costly one. It puts a huge strain on their body and mind, so they have to devote much of their time to exercising and focusing their minds to the items they are trying to lift.
Clan Jutsus: Telekinisis
Number of Members Allowed: At the time, only 20 members are known to be in the Matsuyama clan (npcs.) They are accepting any members that are born into it or who have proven their worth.

Telepathy does not allow people to lift items with their minds that is Psychokinesis, or also known as telekinesis. If you want to make a clan for it, at least get the terms right please.

Okay, this is more of a confusion thing...
Bloodline description is purely about the bloodline. What it does, what effects it grants, how common it is, what strengths and weaknesses it has, etc.
Bloodline limit is the specific levels and details of what the bloodline does.
