Appearance: Masakado burns his visage into the retina of all those that have the pleasure in meeting him. He is slightly above emaciated with short legs and a long frame with short arms and delicate hands that look as though they've never worked a day in their existence. He wields an unforgettable face, which is always smiling. His eyes are gems of sapphire sparkling against his mahogany skin and he wields defining features, such as, thick eyebrows perfectly maintained, a cobalt Mohawk, and a sprinkle of freckles. In the words of fashion, Masakado knows nothing about style. Yet, he sports a black shirt, a Cloud stylized flak jacket, gray pants, and open toed boots. On some occasions, he might wrap himself in a black coat or perhaps a cleverly orchestrated henge to cover his tracks.

Personality:Masakado is mysterious, quirky, and unique with his heart is in the right place, but his actions may seem as though they are out to cause trouble. He does what he feels like when he feels like it, which may go against societies norm; however, he cares little if any what others think about him. As far as he cares, everyone is living in his world. He is a very complex character that has his own quirks and issues that must be looked at with an open mind because you'll misunderstand the big picture otherwise. Some may say he is a serious individual that uses his goofy and mystifying gifts to get closer to his goals, and well they would be right. He has a goal in his mind and he's just out to manipulate everyone into making that goal come true. If you get in his way of his plan, he will not hesitate to eliminate you.

It is based on concentrating chakra to the soles of one's feet and using it to stick to objects, which would allow one to walk on vertical surfaces and even upside down. This is also often used as chakra control training, since the soles of the feet are said to be the hardest place to control your chakra.

Description: A more advanced technique than Kinobori, it allows one to walk on water or other similar liquid or amorphous objects. It is used in a similar fashion to its predecessor, but the shinobi must also release a constant flow of chakra into the water to keep themselves on its surface. It is often used as advanced chakra control training, since it takes the same basic concept as tree climbing technique and kicks it up a notch.

Description: The water clone technique is a simple ninjutsu that creates a replication of the user with a physical body. Because it isn't purely illusionary, it can attack and use ninja techniques, just like the shinobi themselves, but it still disperses into a puddle of water when it takes a hit. The clones created by this technique only possess one tenth of the user's physical ability and chakra level and they are unable to go far from the user or utilize ninja techniques of a rank higher than C, which limits them a lot, but a smart shinobi can make a lot of use out of them. Any special weapons the user may have had on them when using this jutsu will be copied partially, losing any special qualities the original has and only having the same power as a common weapon of that type

Description: This jutsu makes the target feel as if they have been submerged in water and cannot swim to the surface. It creates a horrified fear of drowning in the target, and they will struggle to try and hold their breath. The target can still breathe while under the effects of this jutsu, but will feel like they can't. As soon as they figure out that they can still breathe, the jutsu is dispelled. It is used to open the target's defenses temporarily, until they figure out that they are not actually drowning.

Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will expel a strong jet of water from their mouth. This attacks deals considerable pressure damage and is quite fast, but it's also very direct and, consequentially, not that hard to evade.

Description: This water element ninjutsu technique utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The user forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. They must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. This technique can only be used when there's sufficient water around.

Background: Fire, fire, everywhere, but where Masakado was born. On a night like any other, a shoe maker and his wife - a seamstress- were blessed with a beautiful young boy they named Masakado. His eyes sparkled sapphire as he cheerfully danced in his mothers arms. As his father examined his new born, he wondered why the boys hair was different than his own. Both of Masakado's parents possessed jet black hair, yet it wasn't until Masakado was five that they learned Masakado possessed shinobi blood. Both parents were decedents of shinobi clans that life force trickled into Masakado creating a mixture of the two clans. They both cheerished him and despite having two other children afterward that did not possess shinobi material in the making - they vowed to give Masakado the best in life and the best education they could afford. Therefore, Masakado's parents saved up money to get Masakado a tutor to teach him the way of the ninja. Masakado's teacher was mediocre at best, but he instilled in Masakado the basics, which Masakado mastered. Masakado found himself well prepared for classes at the Ninja academy. He'd studied in his own unique way and was very attentive in class passing with flying colors. Surpassing the Academy, he became a genin and then his adventure to become known began.

Masakado decided that his first step in becoming a ninja was to move out of his parent’s home. He moved into a shinobi lodging apartment and found himself staring at a bill. Frantically, he started completing as many missions as he could so he could afford his new living style. Although on his first mission to paint a man’s house, he could not forget a friend he made that day. Slevin was an interesting guy that Masakado instantly found himself bonding with. Slevin became a friend that Masakado could depend on as they acquired multiple hard missions and tested each other’s strengths and weaknesses. And became friends that Masakado was convinced could last forever.

It was around that time that Masakado found himself meeting the current Raikage at the time, the Shodaime, or Zaraki Kenpachi. It was like two ship glaciers colliding. Both were stubborn and unmoving from their current course and as they bickered for mere minutes, Masakado found himself belittled and meaningless as the Kage showed off towards another ninja, who he did not know the ninjas name, but he found himself hating. Masakado had just been beaten in a spar between himself and Slevin, so he left the Shodaime with a vulgar term and an impression that was neither good nor bad. As he returned back to his apartment, he decided that he had to get stronger since he was being looked down upon from every angle. So, he began his intense training to get stronger and become known.

Ok first of all, Explosive tags are a B ranked weapon, so you can't actually use them yet. Also body type Ectomorph? Generally speaking, body types are based on how your actually built, such as Height, weight, slim, muscular and other things like that. Also wouldn't 5 feet 9 Inches be a little tall for a 14 year old?

Also, with your 'reserved right' I would like to point out that the only people who can make changes to an approved profile are mods, so its best to finish your history before submitting the application, otherwise purely 'cosmetic changes' might take a while to be added.

Couldn't you have just put, tall, slim and really really skinny rather then forcing me to go on 5 minute google search to have to find it... And just remove the explosive tags until you reach C rank, and then Add them back in.

Also you are aware that disobeying an order might get you killed and/or in trouble if your characer decides to be 'quirky'. Also, please fix either the height or the age...
